I am not saying this Taco Bell is perfect, but it is probably the best as it gets in San Antonio. All the other Taco Bells in San Antonio are nasty half the time, just depending what type of employees they have working. These Taco Bells need to learn to put sour cream on both the soft & crunchy taco supremes. Half the time there is no sour cream on those orders. A taco bell is only good as its current employees at the time. This one seems to have more reliable employees than the other Taco Bells around the San Antonio region.

My experience here was so bad, I was praying I was on some sort of prank reality show where they were trying to see just how much I could take before running out and revealing I was on TV… Unfortunately, this was not the case. I knew things weren’t going to go well when I pulled up and the guy working the window randomly starts listing the guy’s order(that at this point is no longer at the speaker) off to me and I tried to be polite and let him know that«hey, that guy has already pulled forward» and yet he paused for a second and then gives me the guy’s total. After an awkward silence he greets me «Welcome to Taco Bell» and I’m just thinking«what in the hell?» Nonetheless I place my order and the guy says he’ll be right back and after what seemed like 15 minutes(the same guy or another guy) comes on and says there was a mixup in the kitchen and could he take my order and I’m just thinking«wwowwww, seriously» at this point — I’m on a lunch break at work and I’ve been in the Taco Bell drive-thru for damn near 25 minutes and apparently I still haven’t gotten the order placed yet. So after I place my order, the person working the drive-thru window repeats it back, screwing it up a good 2 – 3 times and I’m trying to keep my composure but it’s 105+ degrees outside, I’m hungry and this guy is remedial in the worst of ways so I’m really ready to bludgeon this guy at this point. Nonetheless he finally gets it and I finally got my food pressing 30 – 40 minutes INTHEDRIVE-THRU. I won’t be back and I hope these guys learn the operative word in fast food is FAST.

This Taco Bell is always on point. If you are craving the favors only provided by the bell then here is where you go. Friendly staff and clean seating is always available.

Typical Taco Bell establishment. This one is new so it’s nice and clean. Same food as any other TB, but I feel the service here is a little better than most. My only complaint is the speed of the drive thru. I’ve gone during breakfast and dinner hours and it takes forever for the line to move. The wait time for the drive thru definitely needs improvement.

Although the restaurant itself is one of the nicest looking taco bells out there, they do lack in speed. Granted this place is brand new, especially in a location where we’ve been waiting for a Taco Bell(believe me), the workers there aren’t probably used to so much traffic. Give it time and I’m sure this location will get five stars soon. If you can wait a bit, this place is worth it.

It seems that the new crew does not know how to wrap a burrito all the good came out if the tortilla and the service was slow. I want to go back but when the service is not the same as other taco bells. NOBUENO.

This Taco Bell location just recently opened a month ago. So far the food and service are great and its crew are very friendly with have positive attitude. Just a note on the side: don’t go to this TB around lunch time on weekdays as students from O’Conner HS crowds the place and drive thru wait will be longer.
