Love this location, I’ve never had a bad experience. His AM me and my bf went in for breakfast, as always we got our friendly«welcome to whataburger!» By the whole staff. Jaynan was our cashier, he was friendly and held a nice but short conversation. Unfortunately my boyfriends order came out as a Jr meal, no problem human mistake, and the very friendly manager Carlos came out with a full new meal, fresh fries and a complementary pie! Such a great staff and always a great experience at Whataburger.

A Texas institution. Some Texans swear this is the best burger you can buy at a fast food joint, and second only to one’s you make yourself… I tend to agree these are near the top of the hamburger chain restaurant offerings, but you don’t have to buy burgers at the chains if you’re willing to check out recommendations on Unilocal and walk inside instead of sitting in a drive-thru. Whataburger is also famous for being a bit slow at the drive-thru window, but that’s because they advertise that each burger is made when it is ordered and not sitting under a heat lamp McDonald’s style. As for burger flavor… it’s pretty good, and at least the meat has a lot more flavor than a McD’s burger. On the other hand, I still like In-and-Out burgers Animal style over a Whataburger, and so does my wife… and I am a native Texan that has eaten Whataburgers since long before they expanded all over Texas… and I tend to boycott anything from California, but In-and-Out does have Whataburger beat on flavor and service.

I normally don’t rate fast food unless they’re terrible or over the top. This location is so fast! The parking lot was full and the drive thru line was long after a football game. I got through the drive thru line in under 5mins and got my food– fresh and hot and a correct order in less than 2mins. Kuddos to the staff for being excellent and fast!

Coming from California this was a place that was definitely on my places to go. I was honestly surprised to see more Whataburgers than McDonalds. Anyway, the food was okay but nothing to truly rave about. I ordered the Bacon and Cheese Whataburger without pickles. I wish I had known they put mustard on their burgers so I could tell them not to put any on. The burger wasn’t impressive, more standard than anything. I was most impressed with their fries and their version of a «medium» drink. The fries were crispy and not soggy at all. They were nicely salted so I was happy with that. The«medium» drink was more of a large. That was a nice change. As for this specific location, it was pretty busy especially around 12pm. The store itself seemed pretty clean, and the service was standard.

So my food was made incorrectly again on 04⁄16 I called right after I got home back to whataburger and reported the experience with manager josh who was very nice and always patient as I’ve dealt with him before when my food was messed up. today when I went back to re do the order I was helped my manager Carlos who was very rude and quite frankly scary he needs to realize that I am a customer! More than anybody I understand frustrated cust as I have worked in a c s capacity all my adult working life so I take every exp and try to make it positive no matter how upset or how many time u have to take my food back! He even tried to raise his voice with me! Very in professional and acted as if he was mad at me! Whataburger general manager needs to school Carlos in how to treat customers! I love whataburger and will continue to go however I will not purposely drive out of my neighborhood to another whataburger to avoid Carlos. It’s not the food but the manager! I feel a bit sorry for him because it’s easier to be nice than nasty to customers! He can be replaced easy! Be carefull how u treat customers Carlos!

A Texas-based fast food chain. I enjoyed the double burger I had, the bun reminded me of The Varsity in Atlanta, however, everything was a little salty for my taste. Not overbearing, but just a little too salty for me.

This one is great! I always tell people that when In Texas… You know the rest! Think particular location has served me well and I like it. The only time I can think of when I was disappointed was when I added guac to my burger It was tasteless and didn’t add to my burger like I had thought … Otherwise I’m always happy here

Decent food. This location ALWAYS gets my order wrong though. Say no pickles or mustard… get pickles and mustard everytime :-(Their fries are always perfectly cooked.

Never disappoints! I have always had great food and great service here! The drive thru can be slow at times, but it is usually the volume of cars, not an inefficient staff, that is the problem. If the line is real long, park and run in for your to-go order!

Great customer service even at 2 am! Came here after a night on the town and encountered a friendly staff. Had the chicken fajita taco… pretty good since it comes with bell peppers and it’s not dry compared to some Mexican restaurants. They were pretty busy but the food was delivered fast. They also had someone taking care of the dining area… delivering your food, offering condiments, and refilling your drinks! You’d figure at this time of night they would drop the ball but not this Whataburger… they stepped up! Great job guys!

Just like any other Whataburger in town — I was totally pleased with the cleanliness, food quality and prices. I loves me a Whataburger whenever I can…

It’s hard to rate a place like Whataburger. They are all over Texas and have lots of imitators in other places with names like Thatsaburger, lotaburger, etc, etc. I have eaten at a few of these and not even known they were imitators. Compared to other fast food burgers, Whataburgers are pretty big and greasy. They will definitely window-pane the bag and you will at least need a good handwashing afterwards. .if not a complete change of clothes and a shower. It is a tasty burger — the meat tastes good and the toppings are very fresh. Something funny about the ketchup. . it seems to have worcestershire sauce or something in it. It’s very tasty. Oh — and an iron gut will help you out here. I imagine there is a certain circle of hell where vegetarian IBS sufferers are forced to eat nothing but Whataburgers.

I’ve been eating Whataburger for as long as I can remember and in all of those years, I cannot think of a single time where they did not disappoint. From their burgers to their breakfast, they just make good food. My old faithful is a Whataburger with cheese, bacon and jalapenos. When the A-1 burger is being offered, I switch to that until they take it away again. For breakfast, I hanker for the taste of a sausage BOB(breakfast on a bun). Their coffee is better than the swill at McDonalds. Their shakes are so thick, you can eat them with a spoon and that is definitely not a bad thing. One of the traditions I keep is to eat at a Whataburger whenever I am on the coast. Whether it is at their original restaurant in Corpus Christi or the one in Port Aransas, or even in South Padre Island. You can’t do the Texas coast without grabbing a burger or breakfast from here. Keep up the great job Whataburger and my family will continue to be a life-long customer.
