Bare Bones Fish & Steakhouse

Will never go back again. Had a large party in their back room, only 1 server for 20 people. Not enough glasses for regular beverages and some of our guests had to go to the bar to get drinks. There were no apologies from management, nothing comped off bill. We spent $ 1000 on everyone’s meal. It was our treat since we had just got married and we took everyone out for what we had thought would have been a good meal. I even had to help serve the party because the server was new and had no clue as to what was going on. I had preordered everything and even had it set up on a seating chart… I’m a restaurant manager and did many banquets in past. I made sure it was stupid proof. Food was good but the management sucks. Doesn’t know how to handle the job.

My friends told me about this cozy little Fish and Steak house. They have great seafood as I had wonderful Baked Flounder. They serve Angus beef as well which my friends said was excellent. I came for the early bird special. It came with a hot crusty little loaf of bread and butter. Next was a cup of New England clam chowder mmmmm good! My fish came with my choice of a baked tater. Cake and coffee were included. All this for only 9 dollars!!! Staff was attentive and friendly. Don’t come on Monday as they are closed. Can’t go wrong here!
