I love going to red lobster for a quick work lunch, a family night out or a special occasion. My favorite would be a leisurely lunch with my coworkers after a stressful day at the office. I can always rely on Bobbi to be our server, she is attentive, always has a good attitude and is very informative with all of the new menu items. She is a for sure asset to the company and anyone who thinks otherwise is a nincompoop!

I have dined at this fantastic establishment for many many years. The highlight of my trip is always the superb service by Bobbi. She has a wonderful personality, makes sure we always leave happy and is extreme friendly and entertaining. Her smiling face is so inviting and welcoming and she makes us feel like family. She deserves a big fat raise and a company car.

While this may be the best stop on Gordon Ramsey s tour for Kitchen Nightmares. It is understandable why they built it next to retirement communities where most people have lost their sense of taste. The clam strips tasted like onion rings letting me know they do their best to either use one fryer or don’t bother changing the grease. The scallops were over seasoned by a rookie cook who finally got promoted from busser. The baked potato was overcooked which is really hard to do. The service from Bobbi was the same service I expect from the teenager that has been at McDonald’s for the past 3 years and has no goals in life. I waited over 10 minutes for a drink while she took time to talk to the other servers. Her scowl could turn mary poppins away. Maybe someday the management will look at their operations and fix at least one of their issues to make me come back to this once beloved restaurant.

The food was superb! My sister and I had the Ultimate Lobster Fest, her husband had NY strip steak and shrimp and mine had the parmesan crusted tilapia. Everything was great. We also ordered drinks and got to take home commemorative glasses! Sadly, here comes the part that makes it a 3 star restaurant: the staff. Not my waitress, she was on point. It was the ones cleaning and walking around serving. Gossip! Drama! Hateful remarks! Cursing! We heard it all. They were openly hostile towards each other. It was shocking. They didn’t even care that we were nearly the only ones in there and could perfectly hear every word that was said. NOT professional.

I felt it was adequate, no more. Service was slow and lacking. I ordered fish and didn’t get any tarter sauce and by the time the waitress came back to check fish was getting cold. Overall food was tasty but service was so bad I couldn’t get beyond that.

On arrival. the parking lot was pretty much empty so I was thinking that I should get right in. instead of the employees taking care of the guest that wete, eating the hist and staff decided to only cater to the birthday gathering in the back. it has, taken over 15 min for an waitress to ask me what I wanted to drink… however, the waitress was very friendly and I do feel she recognizes the fact that this facility is under-staffed.

Went last night. There was a wait but about 15 empty tables. Service was okay, food was good. Wasn’t surprised.

The service was very good tonight with server Jason. He was attentive, and super polite. He didn’t make us feel any pressure at all. Not too loud and not too much crowd on this dreary Friday night. The green beans were a bit undercooked, thus tasting like celery. They needed some seasoning or something to make them special. The fish and chips is what I got as my course. It was OK, but didn’t really stand out in my head and I have enjoyed it more other places. The coconut shrimp was good, but the plain shrimp was bland. You need to ask for the sauces on the side. The Caesar salad, ask for light on the dressing unless you want your lettuce drowning. :) Fries weren’t very fried. Overall, it was an OK meal!

Bypassed the New Port Richey location because of poor reviews. Went to Spring Hill. Delightful server Kathy. She gave me a birthday card. Friendly, courteous, staff. Seated immediately, promptly took order, food came soon after. Food fair. Smaller portions which is good but so much butter masked the flavor. Can’t wait to see my cholesterol results.

Upon arrival with my family(party of 5) we were told it would be a 20 minute wait… after 60 minutes we were seated at a table designed for 4, they stuck a chair on the end. Once seated we waited about 10 minutes before we were helped. However our waitress Lindsey was very kind and helpful. So first the salads arrive… I have never seen a smaller salad in all my years of eating out. The food was average but definitely not worth the price per portions size. I hope management does something me and my family/friends will NOT return.

Yes, I’m as surprised as you that we had a great experience — obviously, not everyone does. We haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years because their food & service had become mediocre, but decided to visit this one last Sunday evening because their parking lot is always full. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes waiting on a table & ordered a mojito, which was freshly-made, not from a mix. Yummy. When we were seated, our waitress was friendly & efficient, explaining their specials and checking on us regularly. She also had a back-up«partner» to help, which is a great idea, and we saw the manager making rounds & overseeing things throughout the time we were there. The cheese rolls were hot & flakey, and meal service was perfectly timed. The salads were a little skimpy but fresh, and our entire meal was amazing! We each had seafood dishes, which were cooked perfectly. We were so impressed, we asked if they had a real chef on staff(nope, just very well-trained cooks). Our booth was comfortable & despite a full dining room, the atmosphere was quiet & pleasant. Loved the décor too — doesn’t feel like a typical Red Lobster. One caveat: if you plan to order pasta & like flaked red pepper, you’ll have to bring your own. We are locals and wil definitely return!

Nothing special here. If you’ve been to the average Red Lobster, then you know what to expect from this one. Service was middle-of-the-road, as was the food. No extra effort, no mistakes. The Shrimp Fest offerings came out fast some times, slow others, putting it(again) right smack in the middle. It’s just about as 5⁄10 as you can get. No major complaints, no major compliments. On a side note, one waitress advised us during a recent visit to try a different restaurant for fish and chips. Awkward!
