We recently visited this restaurant/adventure place. While there, we had a children’s party for my kiddo. The reservation process leading up to the party was fantastic — even when I asked for changes.
The night of the event things were ready to go. The kids had a fantastic time. Only two «rides/games» were broken while there — and to their credit, one was fixed while we were there.
The food was good. My kiddo ate an entire piece of pizza. The veggie tray and sandwich tray were also very good and a surprising addition that I was not aware of for the parents (and the kiddos) until I made the reservations! Yummy!
The manager visited us to make sure things were good — they were. Our birthday hostess, Kat, was nice and helpful. The Chuck E Cheese employees were great (even when other guests were not and kept trying to invade our party table, which certainly is not a negative reflection on this establishment, but rather the people in question).
All in all, a BIG thumbs up!
