Me and 7 of my friends did a blind taste test of every biscuit in the triad area, where everyone showed up at a central location with hot and fresh biscuits, and were then served blindfolded by a neutral party. My money was on this place winning… and I was absolutely right. It won in a landslide. This place is a high point institution, I have been coming here for decades… they serve the best biscuits I have found anywhere. They are always perfectly buttery and with a nice golden crispy layer on the top. Never burnt, just a nice buttery crisp. My favorite is a country ham, egg, and cheese biscuit, which i prefer to the typical bacon egg and cheese. The country ham is a little saltier, but pairs better with their eggs and creamy cheese. Their fries are kind of like McDonald’s fries, but always just the right level of done, and with just the right amount of salt. I recommend getting these instead of a hash brown, as you’ll be disappointed that it is one of those hash brown patties instead of home fries. For a real, but overly indulgent, treat… have them make you a bacon cheeseburger but serve it on a biscuit. You may hate yourself, but while you eat it, it will absolute carve up your taste buds in the best way possible. You don’t come here for a quiet meal, as this place is rarely not packed out. Nor do you come here for the ambience, which is super dated. You simply come here for the best biscuits in town. Period.

The biscuit was so delicious. I had the bacon egg and cheese. The biscuit fell apart in my mouth. And the fries… YUMM! Love this place!!!

My review is only based off service, the lady(old and Caucasian) who works at the drive thru is VERYRUDE! I tried to call and complain, the manager would not get on the phone. In fact I heard him in the background saying he didn’t have time to get on the phone. I will and have never been back to this establishment!

We love the biscuit factory! I had to dock a star because they aren’t open on Sundays and that is a real bummer. The biscuits and fries are phenomenal. I personally think the crispy chicken biscuit with cheese trumps the Bojangles equivalent. Sorry but not sorry. The biscuits themselves are huge, flaky and buttery. It takes me forever to finish one! The fries are always crispy and seasoned properly. There is a wait to get your food sometimes, but I promise it is worth it! Clearly…we are frequent customers.

Melt in your mouth! Amazing place! Only thing I did not like it was to much of a fast food place. Loved the Low price and great taste. Will be back again. Love the place.

Bland biscuits and rude service. I’ve tried it for both lunch and breakfast a couple of times, was not impressed with either. The rude service being the worst part. Always packed but I have a feeling it is all local who have been eating there since childhood and are mostly going out of habit. No thanks.

If you’re lookin’ for an awesome biscuit then you need to wheel it on into The Biscuit Factory. These big ol’ cat head biscuits here are awesome. The pictures just don’t do justice in showing how big they are. I had the fried tenderloin biscuit & it was outstanding. They offer grilled tenderloin also if you don’t want the breaded fried kind, the ham, egg & cheese is great too. I usually don’t care for scrambled egg on a biscuit, but it works well on their biscuits, it was still kinda intact as one solid piece of egg, not a bunch of little egg chunks that fall off the biscuit. The ham was just right, the saltiness wasn’t overpowering the good ham flavor. I went through the drive-thru & it moved very quickly even though there were about 6 cars in front of me & the drive-thru line was backed up out the parking lot & down the side street beside the restaurant. Business was boomin’. The burgers looked pretty awesome also, I’ll definitely be back to check’em out.

The biscuits are fresh and delicious. I ordered by way of the drive thru and it did not take long at all even despite 3 cars being ahead of me. They have preset biscuit sandwiches that you can order or you can create your own like I did. Service is very friendly so I see myself coming back in the near future.

What a great place!!! I have come here for many many years. Everything you order is GOOD! Locally owned and operated. The employees are always nice and act happy to see you. Will always return. But the fries are the best!!!

Great place to come and break your diet. Due to lack of planning on my part I had to find a place to eat quick. I ordered the country ham biscuit and added egg and cheese to it for $ 4.21. The biscuits are big and good! The ham was too greasy and oily. Be sure to get extra napkins! Felt like I was risking getting a clogged artery, however as with any other fast food this is the case. I would recommend if you want a great tasting biscuit, love breakfast and want a quick meal to eat. I didn’t like how my biscuit was breaking off because it was a little messy to eat. I probably won’t be back, BUT only because of my personal nutrition plan. The drive thru made it so convenient, but it’s nice you can eat inside too. Enjoy! :)

Service is awesome, very friendly, and the food is great! Fresh and fast. Get the fries and the cheer wine to go with your biscuit!

I have lived near High Point for most of my life and I can’t believe that I’ve not once tried The Biscuit Factory before. I decided to try out the drive thru this morning after dropping my dog off to be groomed at PetsMart, right next door. The drive-thru wasn’t crowded and was very quick. The cashier was friendly. The biscuit was AWESOME! I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a sweet tea to drink. The biscuit had a nice lightly crisp crust on the outside and was very nice and flakey inside. This biscuit had the most generous portion of bacon that I have seen on a breakfast biscuit. It had to be at least 6 – 8 pieces of bacon. I’m not complaining at all! The egg was scrambled, which is my preparation of choice. The cheese was gooey and melted on top the egg. A perfect biscuit, imho. The sweet tea was pretty spectacular. If you are in the South and you are being served sweet tea in one of those white styrofoam cups with seagulls on the side of it, it will ALWAYS be good sweet tea!

By FAR the best biscuit you will EVER consume if you decide to try the deliciousness that is the Country Ham Biscuit at the amazing Biscuit Factory.

Anywhere that has a loyal following of college students and has an abbreviated name(B-Fac for Biscuit Factory) is probably going to be delicious. I only had the fried chicken biscuit, but the buttery goodness and crispy/moist chicken was a perfect start to the day! Not the kind of light, airy biscuit that isn’t all that filling, a B-Fac biscuit is soft, salty, buttery and leaves you wanting more. This place is pretty convenient with the drive through window, but there is still plenty of seating to use if you want to relax with friends or read the paper. Certainly not someplace you want to make a daily destination, unless you are really are trying for a heart attack. It is one of those places that, when you drive by, pulls you in for a repeat visit and makes you wish they were open for dinner or for a late-night snack.

My husband and I were in town for my best friend’s wedding and stopped by there in the morning. The best biscuit I’ve had. It’s huge, very buttery and delicious. Coming from NYC, it was surprising that my order of 2 sandwiches, french fries which I ordered because EVERYBODY seemed to be having some, a coffee and OJ came to $ 12.00. I couldn’t finish the whole sandwich but felt like I gained a few pounds after the meal.

This place is called The Biscuit Factory, but the burgers are where it’s at! Get one(or two) and some of those wonderful salty, greasy, stick to your arteries fries and you’re good to go. If you must get a biscuit, try a bacon, egg & cheese one. Not a bacon-eater? You should be ashamed. Get on the bacon train like the rest of America.

This place is a well-established staple in little High Point, and for good reason. Growing up, we’d always drive right by it, and its exterior is very humble. The Biscuit Factory knows it has a VERY loyal fanbase and does not need to grab attention with showy signs and remodeled design. When you go in, the setup is like a typical fast food restaurant. This place is SUPER crowded in the mornings, and the workers behind the counter are bustling to fill orders of biscuits and coffee inside and at the drive thru. But the wait isn’t long at all, and you’re soon rewarded with the tastiest biscuit ever. These biscuits are cheap, and HUGE. Done country style, you can get them with ham, sausage, egg, etc. They fill you up and you’re instantly in a better mood to start your day. I’ve never had anything else, but since that is their namesake, you should obviously skip the other offerings and go straight for the biscuits.

GREAT place for a breakfast biscuit. And that is the only thing I can speak to on the menu as I’m sure no one orders anything else here. The biscuits are HUGE and totally down home country style. Upon arriving you will walk up to the counter with others trying to place their orders as well. It’s usually packed due to locals that know about this place. Parking came sometimes be a pain due to the drive-thru being backed up and so many trying to get in. Trust me, its worth the wait. I always get a country ham and egg biscuit and split an order of FF. NEVER have I EVER gotten a bad biscuit here.
