Terrible service. My partner asked 3 times for a medium fry with small drink. Ended up getting small everything. Then they got my order wrong and I payed more then intended. The cashier had to look at the menu to verify what I ordered existed. They took FOrEVER to correct my order. Terrible terrible. Plus they need to fix their exhaust fans bc the place is full of smoke.

Budget about 30 minutes if you go through the drive thru. It takes forever!!! Chicken fries were gross like the chicken nuggets. Both are like eating sponges. Also if you ask for ketchup make sure to ask again when you get to the window… they won’t remember…

They bukkaked our Whoppers with ketchup. No, we did not ask for extra. It was all over the outside of the wrapper, all over the buns of the burgers, and in the bag. What’s up Burger King? Did someone just squirt ketchup in the bag? It looked like a horrible murder took place in there! The photo I took is of the burger where we asked for NOKETCHUP. Maybe that’s where we went wrong?

Just had lunch here today w/my two toddlers & mother-in-law. We had better service here than I’ve had at most fine dining restaurants! The manager brought our order out to us, cut up my son’s burger into quarter pieces, and gave us free pie for the«inconvenience» of the 3 minute wait for our food. He also came back two times throughout our meal to check on us. A very impressive experience… such a nice surprise! Way to go BK for getting it right!!!

I have been to this location in the past where the soda tasted dirty.(like nozzles were never cleaned) But I went recently, and the manager Jared was there. The soda tasted clean and he was so nice! Thank You Jared for giving this place a come back!

Seriously can the drive through EVER get my order right? Doesn’t seem like it. I ordered a whopper jr no mayo extra pickles. The screen got it right but what I received was extra mayo no pickles. Backwards. And it was drive thru I was long gone before I got to the goopy mess. I’m rethinking drive throughs in general cuz they are all bad in my experience. Anyone else frustrated by this?

Jared was the manager when my family and I visited and I gotta say, we had a very unexpected pleasant service there. I have two toddlers and when my food was ready and they saw that I couldn’t go to them and get it, they bought it to me. Not only that but when we were done, Jared took our trash and tray and have my toddlers free ice cream! Thanks Jared!

This burger king is so cute inside. It has burgers and fries! A little expensive but worth it. The wait can get bad so bring an iPod. Kids will love the kid area. Grown ups will love the hip music. You can’t go wrong with some bk in your life! Make sure to order the number 3 with extra cheese and a shake! Chocoholic heaven!

Came here to get some ice cream cones because last time I came here it was $.89 but noticed it was $ 1.79 now haha wth… ended up leaving and going to McDonalds(was only $.69 there).grabbed 15 for everyone at my mother in laws house. love the burgers here tho so 2 stars.

What this place desperately needs is training for their employees on customer relations and how to greet and speak to their customers. I ate their this morning. When I walked up to the counter to order, the server did not give me a greeting and all she said was«Can I help you?». No smile, no Hi or Good Morning. After I ordered, I said thank you but she did not say anything such as Thank you, or you’re welcome. When my ordered was called to be picked up, she still did not say thank you. This lack of courtesy or appreciation is not unique to this one worker. Many of their workers are just like this one. Now, for their restaurant, it is dark inside because it has a black ceiling, dark gray floor tiles and most of the window are covered with advertisements. The lighting is poor and the place looks dingy. Furthermore, if you drive by at night, you can’t even tell if they are open because there is no sign or lighting on the keahole side of the building.

We came here for a quick lunch. It took them about 5 minutes to get the lady in front of us. She did not seem happy about her order or the way they took it. I was just thinking maybe she was a mean customer, but when we ordered our food, we found out why the lady in front of us was mad. The cashier was very slow and did not seem like she knew what to do. We ordered and my boyfriend always asks for a bun with no sesame seeds or two bun bottoms because he is allergic. She said okay, but when we got our food the order was not correct. We told them and they didn’t say anything so as we stood there someone finally came up and we told her and she said” They are making you a new sandwich!” Okay well no one told us or acknowledged us and we have been waiting for about 5 minutes! This Burger King is ridiculous! Oh yea the meat on the Whopper Jr. was non-existent. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds or someplace else.

What in sam hell is wrong with this location? This is strictly for breakfast. Every time I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich here it just taste disgusting. This past Saturday I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. #1 it was so oily, the wrapped was effing glistening in the sun! #2 when I bit into it, the cheese tasted like Cheese Wiz, and the eggs were just mushy! Tasted like something out of a M.R.E. bag. Don’t even think about ordering the Iced Coffee! It taste like straight Liquid Sugar and a splash of coffee on ice. I keep coming here bc I start work pretty early and everything is still closed :(I keep hoping for change but even after the renovations, they still suck.

We like Burger King food. The service is what hurts here the most. Drive through is horrible during lunch, which seems they aren’t prepared for. The drive thru screen doesn’t display the whole order correctly and you can hear the attendant greeting people when you aren’t in front of the speaker. Please fix drive thru. Big king and original chicken sandwich ordered. Chicken sandwich apparently broke in half while cooking it. Seemed overly cooked. Still tasted great. Big King seemed microwaved. The center bread was rock hard. Lettuce was really soggy. I ended up throwing it away.

So I just went to bk and I got a chicken sandwich with large o rings. My fiancé got a whopper jr with fries. They have mixed up the fries and o rings sizes, and my chicken sandwich has the smallest piece of lettuce that can’t even cover half the sandwich. I asked for onions on my sandwich and the gave me 3 little rings. I have to say… Completely disappointed.

Yup. Got caught in the drive-through window trick. Cold, soggy UN-Satis-fries when I got home. Should have snuck one from the bag on the way home but I live less than 5 minutes away. Fries were good when I first tried them the Saturday that they first came out. The Saturday that(I didn’t know) they were giving them away for free. The Saturday that they charged me for the fries. Lesson learned.

5 Stars for the total Remodel Job. I think they could have had a little help from the tv show«Bar Rescue» and add a wet bar becuase it would fit in the new chiq atmosphere of the whole place — the outside is still the same — which is a shame as the inside is all new and nice and a great college hang out or upscale restaurant except that it is still a BK with BK food. I would go there if it was an upscale steak house and feel right at home. Still good for them to upscale the place so much– BTW the kids playroom is removed and coffee house seating is in there now. Bathrooms are still not up to par but hey — it’s not a real bar so no worries.

This establishment has made a major interior upgrade. The interior is modern. The colors are dark, but nicer than before. The food quality is the same in my last review. Same old lady working the register with a sour face that still doesn’t know how to smile. Other workers are found just lounging around the restaurant. If they are off duty, they should be dressed in street clothes. It makes the workers look lazy. Maybe they are… Burger King is still not the king of anything.

This Burger King is really cute inside, they have a whole section for Kids. Is it just me or are the prices here higher though than on the mainland? Anyway, I find that«1 re-fill per customer» sign quite funny on top of the soda machine =P
