I stopped by during the Memorial Day mattress sale with my wife. Buying a mattress is an investment of 8 – 10 years so we wanted to make sure we purchased the right mattress this time. The previous mattress purchase was over 10 years ago and we felt rushed by the sales person. That lead to a bad quality mattress and an awful experience at Macy’s.
Miguel at Mattress One was our sales person. He was very knowledge of the mattress selection and once we told him what we were looking for, he narrowed the selection down to a few manufacturers. We spent well over an hour laying on the final two choices to make sure we picked the «One» for us. Miguel’s patience and willing to work with us on the options was outstanding. He didn’t have to offer incentives for us to make the purchase because we were sold on his demeanor.
I would recommend Mattress One and asking for Miguel when you are ready for a comfortable nights rest. You will get the right matress.

Being a newly homeowner, I wanted to get a mattress that will last a longtime as well as give me the comfort I need to get a good nights rest. I happened to stop at this location while shopping around. Upon entering the store, I was glad to see that the store was clean, debris free and all the beds were arranged nicely and appealing. I was immediately greeted by Chris Gaither. He was professional, informative and very patient with me. His knowledge of all the different brands and types of bed that they offered was quite impressive. His impeccable customer service is the reason why I had to come back and purchase the mattress from him. After visiting other mattress stores, Mattress One and Chris Gaither was the reason why I decided to go back. Not only did I get the mattress that I wanted, Chris was also able to give me an extra mattress. Since I needed an extra bed, I felt this deal was the best I could asked for. I would recommend you to come to this location and ask for Chris. Not only is he informative with all the products, but he is quite helpful with making sure that you get the best mattress that will fit your sleeping needs. He also went above and beyond to make sure that he was able to give me the best deal that was offered as well as meeting my financial needs. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this location so that I know they will be taken care of by Chris. I can’t wait for my Cloud Luxe Breeze Mattress to come in so I can sleep like an angel and for my guest to enjoy Coolform Gel Plush Mattress.

Stopped by to see if we could find a quality mattress for a reasonable price. We just purchased a mattress for our bedroom and we needed a mattress for our daughters bedroom. We were promptly greeted by Chris who answered all our questions and provided useful information regarding the technical aspects of each mattress. We learned that they were running a deal where some mattresses were the same price as a twin. We took advantage of that deal right away. We ended up getting the Sealy Hybrid Copper Plush mattress (not included in the same size as a twin pricing deal), Serta Coolform Gel Plush mattress (included in the same size as a twin pricing deal) two sleep gel memory foam pillows and one essential sleep memory foam pillow. The deal also included a 43 inch television which was an added bonus. Our overall experience couldn’t have been better! The level of service was exceptional. Mattresses were displayed nicely and free of stains which put us at ease when lying on them. The selection ranged from economical to high end, and the pricing was MUCH more competitive than the other big name mattress store we visited.
Something to note, the mattresses on the showroom floor are showroom ready which means they will likely be softer than your brand new mattress purchase. Had Chris not shared that information with us, we may have ended up purchasing the wrong mattress. We weren’t rushed or pressured into making a purchase. It was nice to see that there are other brands who offer the same quality products as the other big name mattress brands at better cost. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase!
