The Chick-fil-A restaurants that Rusty runs in Katy are the best! I don’t know what he does to make his employees so much better than other Chick-fil-A restaurants but he needs to keep on doing it!

5 stars service 5 stars food quality(New BBQ chick salad) 1 star for value. $ 7.00 for a small salad… uhhhh don’t think so I can find somewhere else to get a decent salad or meal for a better value. I’m not a fan of CFA, but I think it’s way overpriced. Also way too many employees. All the chit chat(males talking – one on duty, one off) was distracting to my dining experience. The food is good, just worth ½ of what they charge.

Unparalleled service hands down. Always friendly faces when you eat here. The Lemonade and sweet tea are awesome. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my fave.

Has anyone ever experienced bad service or food at a CFA? I sure haven’t. The food speaks for itself and the service is as always… Impeccable. I’m finding myself going to this particular CFA quite often for their delicious and fresh salads, they’re sooo good. This location seems to always be quite busy and therefore parking and traffic can be problematic at times. But, be patient, in the end the food is always worth it!

I work near near this location so I find myself going heer quite often. Pros: Easy to get to, great, friendly staff and the food is normally pretty good, a few times my fries for cold and my sandwich a little on the cold side but it’s still pretty good! Cons: The parking is HORRIBLE, the is drive-thru causes accidents sometimes for those coming off the highway and a majority of the time, people do not follow proper instruction on how to enter and exit the parking lot. All and all I would say this location isn’t too bad, not my favorite but I don’t mind eating here.

I don’t frequent Chick-fil-A much. When I drove up, I was slightly intimidated by how extremely long both drive thru lanes were. So, we decided to go inside. The dining room wasn’t even half filled. The staff is SUPER friendly. The good arrived quickly. The food was just as yummy as any other Chick-fil-A. I know this place is new, and this wonderful service could possibly be temporary. But, I’m happy and will be back.

I was so excited when I saw that a Chick-fil-A had opened up near my neighborhood because, like any true southerner, I LOVE Chick-fil-A. It’s clear to see that many others feel the same, as there was a winding line for the drive thru at 5PM on a Thursday. However, though still wonderful in the way that all Chick-fil-A chains are, this location doesn’t quite stack up to the other ones I’ve been to in Houston. The shop itself is quite nice, especially the play jungle, decked out with a model car. The tables are nice and generally clean, each topped with a cute potted succulent. However there’s just something off about the lighting — it’s fluorescent but also rather dim. The service is friendly, and the wait for the four sandwiches my family ordered to go was not overly long. Our sandwiches were as good as always, but the fries were sadly not as crisp as usual(though I still wolfed them down). I have read other complaints about the fries on here, and since this place is pretty new, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that their still working out the kinks with their fryer. Yeah, I’d come again, but solely based on proximity. The food was still good, but it could’ve been better.

The fries are HORRIBLE! Stale, hard and chewy with no flavor! There was an extremely long line(which is at every chick fila) but it moved so slow! I’ve been in longer Chick-Fila lines and they moved much faster. Then, the guy in the window couldn’t get my extremely simple order right. Never going back to this location again!

This place seems to be getting a lot of flack. I went to use the free sammich coupon they sent me in the mail as part of their opening. Problems? The only problem I had was that maybe their staff is a bit too enthusiastic with asking if you like your food. I could barely take 2 bites before someone was asking me if I was happy with my food, if everything is okay, etc. That said, they may have been doing it because of all the poor reviews here or elsewhere. This may be their effort to increase customer service and keep on top of any issues. So otherwise, the fries were just as good as at any other CFA storefront, the lemonade was just as lemony. The parking lot is kind of odd and I can see it becoming an issue if people come here enough.

Went on Friday night(drive-thru) 7÷17÷15 at 9:00 order a #2 w/sprite. The fries were hard look kind of burned, the chicken between the bun was really thin,(something I have never experienced at any chick fil a) and top it all off the sprite didn’t even taste like sprite, tasted more like sparkling water. This chick fil a needs to get it together. I’ll just keep going back the the chick fil a on hwy6 and west road. Even though it’s always packed they still manage to get the orders right every time.

I was pretty disappointed and disgusted with my first experience at this location… I went by this week to get breakfast and since I didn’t have time I decided to go thru the drive thru on my way to work and was disgusted to find a piece of hair in my breakfast biscuit… Talk about gross… It’s safe to say I won’t be going to this location again and just stick to the mason location…

I visited during their grand opening so I will need to go back to further review them. It was very busy and there were @ 11 employees taking orders. I have eaten at other Chick-Fil-a’s in the past but my experience here was very different. I only ordered a shake and I expected to set aside and receive it in a few minutes like the other locations. Instead I took a seat in the lobby and was told they would bring it to me. I was given some type of item to put on the table. I cant really describe it as it was different. Well I sat and waited and waited and finally someone asked me if I had been helped and I explained I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for a shake? Well they went to check and a few minutes later they arrived with my shake and offered me a gift card for a free sandwich on my next visit. I will go in for a real sit down in a few weeks after they get the kinks out and update my review then.

My new favorite spot!!! Thank good for opening new location here, love the place very busy for the grand opening, the staff are friendly and the parking lot it’s huge!
