My wife and I love this place. The food and ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the staff are courteous as well. I usually get the beef and lamb kebap with garlic sauce, and it is has been delicious every time. The regular French fries are also the best I’ve ever had.

Really enjoyed my kebap!!! Had the chicken with the vegetarian selection of sauces! It was really good! The veggies were really fresh even for after 9 p.m. The fries are cooked to order and were perfect! Not oversalted! Would definitely go back! The staff was friendly!

Amazing food, the wraps are extremely delicious and also on the healthy side. The crew is really nice and helpful. If you’re up for Mediterranean food, you came to the right place. Plus free wifi!!! :D

Quick, fresh, and great atmosphere. I was not a fan of the sauce and the spices used on the meat. I ordered beef and lamb salad with garlic sauce dressing with a side of potato fries. The fries were delicious!!! This just isn’t my preference of food.

Vertskebap is wundebar! There are hardly any good gyro places in Houston. Not only does it fill a huge void, but the food is great.

My first time here and they really took care of me! savanna, when learning it was my first time there, walked me through the whole process and helped me make sure my order came out right! When paying for the bill she even applied a discount since it was my first time eating there! The wrap was delicious! Got half lamb and half chicken with veggies and the house sauce! Yum! Go check it out and say hi to savanna!

Loved it, will return: good amount of food for the price, a lot of fresh ingredients, tons of flavour in the sauces/meats. The bread for the kebab is well done(pide), crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, as expected. Some reviews have complained about the price, but the sandwich was huge(regular) so I had to get a take home box, and only 7.5 $ in this day and age that’s about right. Yes sides/drinks are extra so expect to spend 10 $/person easily. However they overflow it with whatever toppings you want. Just loved the yogurt/dill sauce(aka ‘house’), specifically vegetarian style, and I will try the Garlic sauce next time as many have recommended. Random rant: Do not have their fries, I mean really, why would you want them here? They’re very pedestrian, and for the record I didn’t order them, my wife did, just sayin. But they were still good, crunchy but just salty, and that’s it and that’s all, no twist. Clearly they are on the menu to satisfy the ‘stereotypical American side’, but if they wanted to throw a spin on it and make it theirs, why the heck not throw some dill on them in the same way smashburger fries have rosemary and olive oil?! I would surely buy them again then! How about with the yogurt/dill sauce to dip too. But I know, I know, they need to be plain fries to cover your bases for that niche. And it’s my culinary pitfall to compare incomparable things, so I can’t help but think about Turkish cacik and wish the yogurt for their sauce was thick instead of runny, allowing it to be more prevalent because it would be lighter and fluffier. That’s honestly what I was expecting, but i know it’s fast food after all! I’m thinking I just got more vinaigrette in there and that watered it down perhaps. And they claim their vegan pide bread won’t get soggy, well it does eventually, trust me, but what bread doesn’t after a few hours? But I think they mean while you eat it fresh. The meat(lamb/beef) was really good, in fact good enough to eat it cold, hours later, from a to go box that ruined its contents(ill never learn not to take home take-home), good as in nibbling on it like a savoury morsel of Serrano(ok, maybe just prosciutto) good. That’s definitely a meat good cold too! The spices come out nicely: for sure the cumin, mint and oregano, the red pepper is kicking nicely. Typically the spices would include sumac but I didn’t taste it too well, maybe it was lost while competing with the vinaigrette because I like that tang, citris pop, but still very good meat.

Takes me back to my youth! Elephant leg Kebab on the way home from the pub, except healthier… but sauce tastes the same! Really great customer service, time taken to explain the concept and tastes of meat offered. Chicken/beef/lamb on salad/wrap/bap with loads of veggies to add and sauces. Cool kinda joint for kids to hang out. Think the cost was $ 7ish but each a meal and some. Great fast food!

I think you really, really, really, really have to like sauces. I asked for light on the sauce and it felt like my sandwich was more of a moderately thick soup. The mixtures of the sauces was weird — and that’s saying a lot for someone who likes weird things. If you like their stuff, I don’t think you’re out on left field — and I think they have a good concept, especially for quick lunches and sub sandwich alternatives. I guess a lot of people like soupy things — I just don’t like my food having the consistency of being pre-masticated. So, I think my review is more of a matter of personal taste than anything. The staff was super friendly and their falafel was alright. I like the esthetic of their dining area and the fact that they load thing with vegetables — yeah vegetables! Good concept — but just not my style of food.

What a nice surprise! Simple food done good! Warning the hot sauce is super spicy! But everything was flavorful and the staff was super friendly! Table tops & trash area definitely needed some tender loving care, but all was well!

This place just opened five weeks ago, and since it’s super close to where I live, my friend and I decided to try it out for lunch today. I’m super glad we did, because I love it! The service is awesome, as is the food. The ambience is really casual and reminds me a bit of the Smashburger on the other side of the road due to the red accents. The food is served Chipotle-style, where you go down the counter and assemble your kebab(or wrap or salad). They also have some pre-paired options to make it easier for you. Kebab, in their terms, is a pita sandwich stuffed with meat and other goodies of your choice. Their main filling options are lamb & beef, chicken, falafel, and veggie patties, but you can also get falafel on the side, as my friend and I did. They also put the calories for each meal on their menu, which I really appreciate. I got a snack-size kebab sandwich with the lamb & gyro combo and the«original» sauce, a mix of three different sauces. The snack size was definitely enough to fill me up for lunch. The meat combo was well-spiced and delicious, with crispy bits from roasting on their rotisserie. The veggies were beautiful and fresh, and the sauce tied everything together. However, I do wish they would let you order lamb and beef separately. I’m not sure if that’s possible since I didn’t bother to ask, but I’m actually not the biggest fan of lamb. I also shared a regular-sized order of falafel with my friend. The falafel are deliciously crisp on the outside and light and savory on the inside. I would definitely recommend them! We got them with the spicy sauce, which is really yummy but also very spicy! Watch out if you have a low spice tolerance. My only complaint is that the sauce came in a cup that was smaller than the circumference of the falafel, making dipping difficult. I was most impressed by the service. The guy who served us was very friendly and took the time to explain to us how their meat is cooked and how to handle our sandwiches for optimal(read: least messy) consumption. He might have been the owner, as he is Lebanese himself and seemed to have a lot of faith in his business. I really enjoyed my meal here and would definitely come again! The food was both delicious and healthy, at least relative to other fast food. This would be a regular lunch spot for me if I went to school in the area. Definitely give this place a try!

Go here!!! Their healthy selection of different foods certainly sets the bar for other«health» food places(cough cough) in the area. Food is great, the staff was extremely helpful(the chicks working then were total hotties) So, food is good. Customer experience is excellent. And the female staff is hot(on my visit) Just eat here already.

Stopped by here with our 2 year old before running some errands. The place was very disorganized — completely«lost» one of our kebaps between the end of the vegetables and the cashier. We both had the beef and lamb kebap — and the meat was incredibly disappointing. To start, it wasn’t freshly sliced off the«gyro cone» — it was in a covered, heated pan. I don’t know if it was because it was resting in the pan or what — but that meat was *dry*. I don’t understand why they would pre-slice meat when they have it literally right behind them and could slice it fresh when needed. That was the most disappointing. Overall, the kebap was unremarkable, just another sandwich really. The falafel was a bit too … sour… tasting for my likes. It’s great that they’re putting calories on the menu, but it seemed inconsistent — how many calories for the sauces? No kids menu(or sizes?) whatsoever — which made it difficult to find something for our son(we ultimately got him food elsewhere and let him have some french fries). Got a 50% off coupon for our next visit, but I honestly don’t think there will be another visit — at least to this location.

The best service I have had in a very long time in Katy! Friendly staff explains everything to you as well as letting you taste it all! Food was hands down amazing at 9pm at night! Our family tried it all and took a lot home! Portion size is regular and large, large was plenty enough however I still wanted to eat more! We will be back soon!

Its only losing a star because there wasnt hummus anywhere on the menu. Other than that– THISPLACEISFANTASTIC!!! We came here because the place we were going to go to was closed and we are so happy we came in! Service was phenomenal! They walked us through the menu and offered us samples. They have not one veggie options but TWO! of course I went with the falafel and it was very good ! You can get either a wrap, a salad or a kebap. I was with four people– we tried all 3 options and were very happy! Even the salad had a lot of veggie options ! So tasty and the PRICES were great !!! will be back and recommending for sure!
