I just left this place. For someone who really enjoys Vietnamese food, I was very disappointed. 2 drinks & a sandwich $ 15? That was already a red flag. My drink took 25 mins to come out & my sandwich was not even hot! & the bread was so hard.

I travel all over the USA… At every stop I find a great phở spot in some cities it take a few differs spots before I come across the best… If you look at reviews I have left you can tell I’m str8 up when it comes to service and food… I gotta say there are no words for how good this phở is … The services forget about it… The owner comes out to talk to each table every table all the time and still pumps out tru PHO … If you are a phở lover trust this is your spot… Place is 100!

Coworker got bo luc lac… More like he got onions with a side of bo luc lac. I got the banh mi ga(Vietnamese sandwich with chicken)… Where was the chicken?

My husband and I thought everything tasted great and likes the clean and peaceful atmosphere. I am vegetarian and appreciate the stir fry options as many phở places don’t have anything. Veggie stir fry was fresh amd flavorful! Still looking out for place with vegetarian phở(no meat broth).

This is by far my favorite Phở restaurant in town! I come here several times a week. Their Phở is very tasty and fresh. Recommend this place to anyone.

Although the ambiance is nice, the way they serve their phở is not to my liking! First and for most, they will not come to you. You will have to order at the cash register. Veggies such as bean sprouts, cilantro, lemon are all left out in the open and most of all not fresh! I had the Bön bue hue and it was too salty! It’s a little over price as well compared to other phở place! Over all not at all impressed with the phở and the way they serve their phở!

I had phở ga and Vietnamese egg rolls. Not impressed at all, if your looking for good phở this is not the place.

Phở Hoang opened a few months back, it’s was new so I gave it shot. Phở was ok, nothing special but great location. At least the restaurant was clean and sanitary. Initially gave it a 2−½ stars for the phở, rather drive to bellaire for the real deal. Service is above standard, for an typical Bellaire Asian restaurant but typical for Houston standards. Fast forward today, I decided to give it another shot. This time try I tried the Bun Bo Hue aka Traditional Spicy Beef Noodle soup. off the menu, much much better. This is the reason I will come back. It’s very comparable to homemade with some good flavor. If you are familiar with this dish or disappointed with the phở dish like me, this is the dish that will bump up those 1 star ratings a bit. So if you are area and wanna try something different, get the BBH! Rice plates are average, nothing special really. But expensive for Vietnamese food

Do NOT ask for a glass of water or prepared to be lectured. She stopped when I suggested she just return my money or give me a decent size cup. Chicken was dry and over cooked but rest of dish was OK

I think this place was awesome! I’ve had alot of phó in many places and this one was by far the best in broth. I had the number 5, all the meats, but subbed the regular broth for spicy broth and it was amazing! The rolls were delicious as well. Definitley coming back! Also, my wife got the strawberry boba and that was really good too! Great place!

Vermicelli with grilled chicken(and shrimp if you are into that) is excellent. Fish sauce is great, toppings fresh. Service is fast and kids working the place are all excellent employees. This is great local phở for us and a go to place for a quick dinner occasionally on a busy week night. We will keep going back.

My Go-To Phở spot! I usually get the brisket phở which satisfies my craving :) This place has refreshing smoothies, good food, is clean, and has friendly staff.

Waited on in a very timely manner. The food was fresh and came out very fast. Wish they had real tea. But overall I give it five stars for taste and speed of service. If you have little time for lunch they will get you in and out. I hade vermicelli with pork and shrimp.

Was craving rice, so came out here with my mom to have lunch. Got there rice plate and I found it to be like your avg rice plate you’d get anywhere else. Nothing stood out to me. It wasn’t bad nor was it outstanding. I’d probably come back if I wanted some place to go to thats close to home.

I’m not a Phở expert like so many other commenters, but I think the food tastes fresh and flavorful. Not sure how it compares to other noodle houses in the area. I always get the Phở Ga and love it. The small is the perfect size. The staff is very friendly and remember my order even though I only come once a week.

I had the Phở Tai(number 6) with an avocado smoothie. Cantaloupe was my first choice which was on the menu but not in their inventory. Watermelon was my second choice which was also on the menu but not in their inventory. Avocado smoothie was ok, not much to say about it. But i’ve had better… Onto the phở review. I had the large bowl which was $ 8.95. You a fair amount of noodles but a very small amount of meat. The broth was bland and had a lot of fat in it. I’m disappointed.

I was excited to have a phở place near the house… You must walk up to the counter and order, I see where they are trying to go with this concept. I guess they are only a week old so they’re not familiar with the registers yet. We ordered bun Bo hue which I would probably order again. The serving is small but the taste and authenticity of the bbh isn’t too shabby. There was nothing spectacular about the phở dat Biet… So watered down and bland… I even tried to drown it with some hoisin sauce and still I was disappointed. My nephew wanted to get cake from the dessert counter, so he ordered a slice of red velvet cake that seems to have been sitting out for a really long time. It was so dry, the icing was so clumpy and hard. For almost 5 bucks that was a major rip off. I would maybe give this place another try later down the road since they are brand new and probably is trying to get a hang of things … And will update my review but this is just the honest truth for now.

I wanted to try a new place since I usually go to Phở An 2 on 249 and Gessner. This place just opened last week and it is slightly closer to my office. This place is counter service so you go up to the counter, order, get your own drinks, utensils and your garnishes for your phở. First off, I noticed the prices. Almost $ 8 for a small bowl of phở and $ 9 for a large. What the hell? Phở An 2 literally 5 minutes down the street for less the cost and better quality. I also ordered a eggrolls, 4 to an order. At Phở An 2, if you were to order egg rolls you get 4 to an order as well. Cut their egg rolls in half and you’ll have a total of 8 regular eggrolls all together. Phở Hoang gave 4 small eggrolls which would be the equivalent of 2 eggrolls at Phở An 2. The broth was so bland and oily even after dumping hoisin sauce and«sriracha» into it. They give you ketchup sized sauces for your phở and half of a quart of a lime. Even though Phở An 2 gives you the ketchup sized packs too, their broth makes up for it so hoisin and sriracha isn’t needed too much. The«sriracha» was not the real sriracha that goes with phở. I had to take the sambal oelek that I got for my eggrolls and dump it into the phở. I know that is complete blasphemy but I needed some sort of flavor. It didn’t help. I’ll stick to Phở An 2 down the road. Cheaper and tastes better.
