Very disappointed by the service. Staff told us wrong information and after the order was ready manager was asking for more money than what staff had promised. When asked for the refund manager was very rude. Finally, staff told the manager that it was their mistake and then manager agreed for the refund. We left the location with anger and hunger.

I’ve also been patronizing this Subway location on-and-off since their opening. Their service, like the Subway in my previous review, is sporadic. Sometimes there’s a full crew and sometimes there isn’t. Well, at least, I get my sandwich(or sandwiches, if I’m order for co-workers) made correctly without repeating myself multiple times. My love/hate relationship with Subway still lives on.

Great job! They open at 7:00 am but at 7:28 am they already run out of the sandwich. Come on!!! Sandwich store ran out sandwich after 28 minutes?

This is one of the most average Subways in the world. There is nothing particularly noteworthy in either a good or bad sense. Their tomatoes are just as bad as everywhere else. The line shuffles forward just as quickly as every other non-bad location. Service has never really been the kind to come«with a smile» but at least they aren’t aggressively rude to you like the IAH location. It always looks very busy during the traditional lunching hour so I use the place as a safe spot to pick up dinner on the way home, since everyone is either driving home if they don’t live in the immediate neighborhood or they are already at work for the overnight shift. Very cheap, reasonably quick, and you can tell yourself that your sandwich is healthier than the fourth double bacon cheeseburger of the week.

Sometimes when I’m working, I go to subway to eat lunch. The food is always muy sabroso. I usually end up going twice or three or four times a week. Sometimes, when I am feeling adventurous, I add avocado to my sandwich. Delicious!

I usually come here after the gym for a cheap, quick, and relatively healthy meal if I know they’re doing a promo or I have a coupon(they send out a ton and you can quickly Google them on your phone, never buy a sandwich here w/o one!). The staff here does a pretty good job of getting food out quickly, but there’s one worker here who is has the perpetual evil eye and snaps at you while you order. Today I asked for wheat bread and she acted like she was personally offended that I managed to choose the one type of bread they had run out of. Oof. I’ve also witnessed her verbally fighting with another customer about the placement of cheese on a sandwich… really? Unnecessary hostility aside, it’s an average Subway — clean, quick, cheap.

I don’t always eat Subway. but when I do I like to eat Subway here! Like Nicholas S said, this Subway is predictable. Predictable to be great enough that he checked in almost 100 times in one year! I believe that deserves more than 3 stars! Parking is what I like best about this place. Easy in, easy out on an intersection. Seating is also abundant. It’s a free-standing Subway and they’re on top of their cleanliness. And service is also top notch. I’ve always had my sub made exactly the way I ordered it. Hablan español.

Mexican guy gave me the wrong sub, then when I returned it, he tried to give me the sub the other person returned because he got the wrong sub. Flat out disgusting and ignorant. I had to argue with him for 5 min before they finally gave me a new sub. That is disgusting. Pitiful customer service. I would recommend driving the extra 3 blocks to the other subway.

Standard Subway here — nothing special, nothing bad.

Typical Subway, if you have been to a Subway then you have seen one like this one. The veggies have always been fresh. Not really a fan of some of the cold cuts, so I normally get the vegetarian. If you haven’t tried the jalapeño cheese bread, you may want to as its pretty good toasted. They can get busy during peek lunch hours, but the line moves quickly. My only complaint is they tend to run out of spinach at this location. Employees are friendly enough. Be sure to do the quick internet survey on the back of your receipt, you will be rewarded with a cookie of your choice on your next visit.

subway is cheap enough and reasonably healthy, so it’s always a good choice. i never really have to wait in line, which is nice. it’s a relatively clean subway, which is a bonus. they have good iced tea here, depending on whether you like iced tea or not. i really like how sunchips are always a selection(sunchip is best chip(besides salt and vinegar)). i always get a veggie d’lite sandwich with Italian herb and cheese bread(toasted), honey mustard sauce, Swiss cheese, lettuce, cucumber, pickle, salt and pepper, and black olives. you’d think because it’s all vegetable they wouldn’t skimp on the lettuce or olives, or even any of the vegetables, but alas, they do. leaving me an always very hungry and disappointed mel.

It’s Subway. Thankfully, this location is predictable. If you’re near the Med Center and need something quick to eat, this is a solid option. Since most of us know what to expect from your average Subway, I’ll drop some knowledge about this location’s particulars. 1. Stay clear from 11:30 to 12:30 unless you enjoy waiting in line. 2. If you like sweet tea, take a taste test first. Their«sweet tea» ranges from no sweetener added to pucker your lips sweet. 3. Keep an eye on the lady preparing your sammy– a few of them don’t really pay attention when they ask«what kind of cheese» and«do you want it toasted.» 4. If you work in the Med Center(especially South Campus) they offer good breakfast specials that you can take with you to the office. If I have time to kill in the morning, I’ll pick up lunch early and store it in my work fridge. It beats standing in line or waiting until 2pm to finally eat lunch. All in all, the service and prep time are above average. Unfortunately, this location gets slammed during lunch.

Subway’s my back up for a healthy dinner sometimes, so I drove out to my closest Subway. It was like 10pm at night, so I did drive thru. The guy at the window told me to wait a couple minutes– I guess he had a customer(or something…) inside, so I waited. I waited for 7 minutes, then the guy comes out and I order… BUT they were out of bacon and swiss cheese… Needless to say, I drove off disappointed. And very hungry.

I’ve been here a few times for lunch because it is either this, cafeteria food, whatever food I was able to bring to work, or nothing at all. I just buy a foot long sandwich of whatever meat topping I feel like that day and bring my own water. As expected, there are long lines during lunch but the line moves pretty quick. There are several tables by the window walls but I usually just take my order to go and eat by the«park» situated by the VA.

I usually drop by this place for lunch every so often since I work pretty close. This place is located in a newer strip mall with Le Donut. It is always packed at lunchtime, with the line often going out the door. But they are always prepared for this and have numerous staff on the sandwich«assembly line» to quickly make orders. I usually get the footlong chicken breast sandwich since its on the $ 5 menu. The veggie toppings are always fresh, but depending on the worker, they sometimes go light on the toppings.
