The place is alright not the best but a good time to have fun with friends on a night out, the food not so great it can be way better, the service is alright as well its not the best unless you get a great server then you will be fine, as well as they do add gratuity to the check so watch out they do have hookah, and they do have valet parking but not its finest it’s okay more of a middle class place, as I came in on a Wednesday not so bad had an okay night wings could be way better but the music is perfect and great to listen & dance with. łövę tyyffanayy

Enjoy it while you can! The owner and management refuse to ensure the safety of their community and gun fire at close is a regular occurrence. Literally four nights this past week over served patrons of this cesspool poured out at close and had altercations on the streets of magnolia grove that resulted in gunfire. Police are called each and every time and TABC complaints are filed en mass by the fed up residents. This place will be shut down by TABC or raided by HPD sooner than later if they don’t begin to take their responsibilities seriously. The ownership should be ashamed of themselves and hopefully have a war chest for the pending litigation once one of the bullets fired by over served patrons kills someone.

Hello, y’all stopped a beautiful song by the title of California and then stopped that and started playing I don’t know what. Just want y’all to know that I was dancing but I guess y’all don’t care. This is my first time visiting this place. I was impressed by the chill-ness of this spot. Now I’m disappointed. We will see if I make another appearance here. It’s not looking promising. See ya!

So… For a Sunday Funday– 4pm– negative — only about 16 people there and most were employees… Not a. Good social spot. We didn’t have a waitress to assist — we had to order from the bar. Then on top of that —(it’s was only2 of us) they automatically added gratuity to our tab! — after a couple of drinks– Kung Fu Salon was the go to!

Conveniently located in the heart of Washington ave, this spot is very quaint. The outdoor patio area is immense and could be better used in chilly weather. I was greatly appreciative of the patio as I walked into a cloud of smoke from hookahs throughout the room. It was slightly overwhelming, to say the least. I had intentions of indulging in a glass of wine, but I was greeted by a sign that said $ 3 mimosas… My waitress mentioned the signage pricing to a mgr of sorts and he gave a crappy answer about how that was from earlier. Needless to say, I paid and kept it moving… I don’t know what the House has to offer on other days, but it’s definitely not worth a $ 10 cover on a Sunday.

No need for valet services if you had to self park your own vehicle. If you ever experience an unpleasant issue don’t think you can talk it out peacfully with the so called«Owner» but looks alot like this sticky promtions DJ Scott becoming so Violent and Irate right off the back. I’ve never experienced a male owner who would come off so disrespectful to his customers, females at that and downgrade them, use profanity towards us, and ask us how much income do we make. I mean did you need help in flipping the table? No to keep repeating it when you could’ve just done so. Having money doesn’t mean you can throw that in a customer’s face, be an arrogant, cocky, & violent son of a bitch! & he made sure to let it all be known. As a first time customer, I would never go back and the customer services was beyond poor. «RATE”-*ZERO*

Really great music here. There was a pretty good crowd. No one really danced until the end of the night when everyone created a dance floor by the bar. The drinks are pretty good. I would definitely recommend the Long Island Ice Tea. They also have hookahs and play beer pong which was fun.

Being forced by Unilocal to give this bar a single star is honestly the most charitable contribution I have made this year. Like a moth to flame, I was drawn to this establishment with the promise of 25 cent wings. While the wings cost a fraction of a dollar, my tab was a fraction of a small country’s economy. Another aspect of the bar I was drawn to was the pong tournament and the promise of free drinks that resulted from winning each game. Little did I know, the organization of the event was not unlike that of a 16 year old’s first house party when left alone while the parents go on vacation. A beer-stained clipboard with a list of names was the only tangible attempt at maintaining order in the chaotic mess of players and rogue ping pong balls. The rules were simple; lose the match, purchase the winners beverage of choice or be kicked out. Unfortunately, the simplicity of this plan fails when the winner makes a mad dash for the opposite corner of the bar and the establishment fails to remove the cheating scum. Gentlemen’s agreements are only valid when you play with gentlemen; sadly none such individual was ever encountered on the premises. While the above was discerning to say the least, I would not have considered it a deal breaker and I would have likely returned. What was however a deal breaker, was the blatant CREDITCARDFRAUD that was executed with the subtlety of Meek Mill’s last diss track. Upon closing out I was told my card has been declined. In blissful ignorance I offered them another card which was approved. To my dismay however, a MASSIVE amount of included gratuity was added to my tab. While this angered me I reluctantly signed and asked why my tab was so absurdly high. I was told that a group with us that left hours before had walked a tab and their drinks were added to my account. This was utterly false as that group has a receipt proving their tab was paid. While unacceptable and illegal, this was the least of my worries. When reviewing my bank statements the charge they claimed was declined had actually been approved. After investigation by the fraud department at my bank it was found that they had approved the initial charge, then added included gratuity and RANTHECARDTHREEMORETIMES!!! They added the gratuity to fool the bank into running it as two separate tabs. Luckily the bank declined the second tab, which was then charged to my other card. If you ever find yourself in this establishment, be sure to keep any receipt and to constantly monitor your account information afterwards. In closing, if you enjoy cheap food and spending hours at the bank battling credit card fraud, then you will love this place.

Visited on a Wednesday for wings night and was promptly greeted by a waiter who offered to seat us, and that was the last we saw of him or any other server. We waited for 15 minutes then walked out.

Went here for wing night and they were disgusting. As soon as the wings came out they were luke warm as if they were sitting in the kitchen for someone to order them. They were not at all any good. Something you can get from a bag and I would even say store bought wings are better. It seems staff needs to be trained. They are not aware of what they have on tap. They were nice just seemed untrained. Last thing is it’s dirty. Had gone at 6pm and place opens up at 5. There was trash on the floor you can’t tell me mess was made within an hour. Just gross. Tables were sticky and wobbly. Don’t waste your time or money.

So I showed up on a Monday at 6pm and had to use their restroom. Their mens bathroom toilet was covered with dried vomit. they had just opened so I figured maybe they would send someone in to clean it. I walked to the bar, converse sticking to the floor with every step and ordered a red bull because they had no ice for anything else. I hung out until 7:30pm before using their bathroom again and leaving. They have no stand up urinals in the mens bathroom so I had to use the stall. Toilet was still covered with what appeared to be dried salad all over their toilet. Also, if anyone has any doubts. I took a picture. Also, In reference to Melissa M’s Review. There was Valet on this Monday night as well.

Good food and great music. The drinks were okay. To get something with a little buzz I had to order the Long Island iced tea. There’s hookah provided when you ask for it. No one dances here. There’s a couple of board games/Jenga. Photo booth is also there which can be fun. Our waiter was super nice and knowledgable

This place has the best Steak && Chicken Tenders sometimes there might be a little wait but it’s worth it! Everybody that works here is friendly and is always checking on you to make sure you don’t need anything I would recommend this to a person that has has a long day at work && needs a drink or if you need to catch up with friends this would be the place(:

If I could I would give this place a zero. I had to tell the waitress I wanted to order after waiting for 10min after receiving my drink. Ordered crawfish. Crawfish came out and they were little, soggy, unsatisfying. I also ordered a corn to go with and the corn was rotten. I asked for another and I have yet to get another corn. No napkins were given when the crawfish came out. I mean c’mon at least give us a little attention. ITSCRAWFISH! Ordered fried pickles. They are okay. A little salty and I waited for them for about 15 min while other guests were getting their cooked burgers. Horrible service. Horrible crawfish. Horrible expereince. On a little good note. Drinks were semi good. But overall I would not want to come back.

This place has changed names so many times it is hard to keep up with! I believe this used to be called the Heights lodge? I’ve been here twice since it changed names, and I’m still undecided on what I think about the new name and business. I wish they still had the sand volleyball court, because that was one of the most attractive things about this place. I’m sure it brought in a lot of business! I don’t understand that strategy. Also, I really hate that this place requires valet! It’s just throwing my money away. The parking lot is empty. I can park it myself, but instead I have to pay someone to drive it 10 feet! I appreciate the service when a place is packed, but that has never been the case here. Don’t require valet. Given those negative aspects, there are still some positives here. The service is usually very friendly. Bartenders especially. And I think it is still a cool place to watch Rockets games. Also, they have trivia, which I always appreciate. The food is all right, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We used to go here a lot. But now it is awful and they are driving away any of the old following that they had by turning it more into a «club» type. They paved over the sand volleyball court to make it valet. Valet only? Really? But anyway, enough with the old. This place sucks. We went for trivia night(Thursdays). The special was half price glasses of wine. So after sitting at the bar for 10 mins with no one even acknowledging us, we ordered our glasses. My bf got his 3 minutes later then 10 minutes later… still nothing. We ask… they go in the back, comes back and says they’re out of that wine. Ooook, shouldn’t take that long to know a wine is 86. So I order another one… annnnd it takes another 10 minutes because why wouldn’t it? So my bf finished his first glass in the time it took me to get one. We order food. It came out 40 mins later. It was awful. I ordered the House burger. My bf had a grilled chicken burger. Fries were cold and hard. His chicken was the size of a chicken nugget on a giant bun. No ketchup was given. Ordered a Bombshell on draft. It was warm. Warm beer. Sent it back, he replaced it with a bottle. Out of bombshell bottles. Go figure. Got michelob ulta Got the bill. No wonder no one in this establishment gives a sh*t. They tack on 20% grat to every single bill for this horrendous service. Will not be returning. Worst service, management and food on Washington.

This was my first visit here on a Saturday night after a Rockets game. I had heard about it from friends who work on Washington. After seatings ourselves(a group of 4), we waited about 10 minutes before having to get up and look for a waitress. After finally getting a waitress, we were able to order drinks and some apps. Apparently there was a special– $ 2 Bud Lights on Saturday night, pretty cool. After a couple times of asking, we got waters, the wait staff was very slow. The food menu is small, mostly bar food– fried pickles, burgers, tacos, wings. We ordered fried pickles, a BBQ chicken flatbread, a margherita flatbread, wings, Parmesan fries, and a burger. The food is extremely mediocre tasting, prices are moderate, and the crowd was not the best. For a Saturday night on Washington around 11pm, I expected a much better scene. They have a lot of TVs and pretty good music. They also offer hookah if you’re into that. May be a good place to watch a game but not the best scene for a Saturday night.
