It was like walking into a horror movie. It looked all old, and the customer service was terrible. The food tasted great though like to know how they pulled that off.

This location was probably one of the best of been to but they are in dying need of a remodel. Friendly staff and good food, everything I ordered was hot and fresh.

I wish that I could give them 0 stars!!! We ordered two fish sandwiches Friday night. It took 10 minutes for me to get the food from the drive through. When I got home both sandwiches had rotten lettuce of them!!! I(tried to call and discuss this with the manager, but the phone simply rang and rang until it hung up and said good bye. I also tried to call several other Long John Silvers in the area to get a district number. None of the numbers worked at all. Then this morning I found that they had charged my bank card more than was on my receipt. Please don’t eat here!!! We will get our fish from somewhere else.

15 minutes in the drive thru? I think this long johns silvers is where old and lame food workers go to die. 4 cars in line behind me. 2 in the parking lot. If I hadn’t already paid I would be gone by now. Since LJS got bought out their service has gone to hell in a handbasket.

It’s hard to give five stars to a fast food restaurant. But the food was fast and hot. The service was friendly. It reminded me of when my grandparents used to take me to LJS. Not a lot has changed but that’s not a bad thing.

Oh man. Dicey. I hadn’t had long john silvers for a while but this place was dirty and sticky inside. But nevertheless it was packed. I’d probably do take out next time. The parking lot can be a B to get out of depending on the time of day. Even for right hand turns.

Pretty okay place. The people here are usually polite but the last time I went the lady was rude and confusing. The food here is good, though.

Note to self… avoid Long John Silvers in Humble! My first issue was paying a .39 cent surcharge for using my debit card, second issue was when my order was ready they gave it away to someone else. So I promptly asked for a refund and then drove thru Jack in the Box in the way back to work. Don’t misunderstand I still like Long John Silvers but I highly recommend not going to the location in Humble.

This is the worst Long John Silvers I have ever been to I got stuck waiting in the drive-through line for 30 minutes because I had cars in front of me and in back of me. When I finally got to the drive through window I was not given an explanation or an apology of why it took so long to get my food. In total there was only four cars in line it should not have taken that long to get my food and then when I finally get it… well let’s just it wasn’t up to par. The girl at the drive-through window was rude I did not even get any forks or napkins or was offered any tartar sauce or ketchup I love Long John Silver’s but I will never be coming back to this restaurant again

I have not been to this chain restaurant in ages! Not really a need to go to a place of this nature while living in New Orleans, but while during my time of Northern living, this place knocked out certain seafood cravings quickly. Fast forward many years from those days, and lo and behold, my coworkers are looking for some place to meet for lunch to break up the monotony of training. I personally voted to quickly drive past this place, but everyone else wanted some pirate loving. Ehh… well, I will just go with the flow on this one. It is definitely a convenient location right off of 1960, so getting there should only be a problem if traffic is heavy. Could not help but to notice a sign letting me know that if I was not satisfied with my order to call a particular lady, number provided, right on the front door(picture provided). Is this an omen to be? Well, first impressions aside, I entered to my fast food, seafood lunch haven. This place, décor wise, has seen better days! This place is slightly old and run down in the inside, with chairs bussing at the seams(picture provided)! I am not snooty by any means, so sitting on a cracked pleather seat does not bother me the slightest. The sign outside says that they have 2 new sandwiches, chicken and fish, to try for $ 2 a piece(picture provided), so I opted to try something new. Ordered one sandwich as a combo, got the fries, and ordered the other sandwich a la carte. I was told that they were going to bring my food out to me, and just to have a seat with my coworkers. I was given a drink cup and selected a beverage of my choice at the self-service drink station, then joined my coworkers to talk about nothing in particular. A short time later, my food was brought to my table(picture provided). Not an overabundance of fries given, nor was the sandwiches overly sizable… but it was a decent amount to knock the hunger edge off. I was asked if I needed any condiments, and when I stated that I needed ketchup and tartar sauce, I was told to stay seated and they would get that for me. Good customer service, undoubtedly thanks to some incident that prompted the sign on the door! I was glad to see a nice coating of crust, but was worried that barely any meat would be found inside. To my surprise, not only was the batter crispy and flaky, but these freshly made sandwiches actually had spices on them! Mainly salt and pepper was used, but I was just pleased that they didn’t dry out both meats, plus they choose to flavor them both. All in all, this is not a place I would run back to for some need of seafood. Yet, I am confident that this location would knock off the edge of needing seafood at the very primal level if they are the only option in town. Hey, it’s a chain restaurant, so don’t expect much!
