June 29th I went to Red Lobster because though my husband is in Heaven I still celebrate the day that we became man and wife. Red Lobster was our favorite restaurant and the food was always the best. I like to celebrate our Anniversary there every year. This year was even more special because of the service of the staff there. One young man named TJ(I think those were his initials) and the other Carlos were so kind. They let me share some of my treasured memories with them and gave me a chance to re-live such treasures. The food as always was the best. I just want to commend you on your thoughtful staff. I really appreciated being served with heart. God bless you for doing more than serving really good food. Sincerely Paulette M

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Red Lobster because on my last visit over 2 years ago, I realized how much the prices had been raised, and the quality of food had not gotten any better. I went this weekend because I saw a commercial for a 4 course meal for $ 14.99. The 4 courses consisted of a small cup of soup, a salad, an entrée’ and a full size dessert(a plus for me). The soup and salad was bland, I added cracked pepper to help pump up the flavors a bit. The entrée’ was small, but flavorful. I had the Habanero Coconut Shrimp Bites with a skewer of grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp tasted frozen, with an over watery consistency. The habanero cocunut bites were a bit hot, which I like, but very small bites. My key lime pie was the best part of the meal and I was so grateful that it was a full size. I did order a drink — a Hawaiian Mai Tai that had clove on the top and a shot of Disaronno on the side. I saved the Disaronno for dessert and it was a perfect end to the meal. My waiter was a young man who was attentive and professional. Overall, the meal experience was Ok, but I won’t be running back to get any more of this food.

My aunt and I visited this red lobster for what we thought would be a relaxing experience at the end of a busy frustrating day. Red Lobster has a signature drink called Lotta Colada, and it is delicious. We walked in to be met by three angry unpleasant women who looked like they wanted us to turn and walk back out. One of the women asked us would booth be okay and we said we preferred a table, she acted very aggravated by this so we just decided, «Hey we will just sit at the bar if that’s ok, no biggie» So we make our way to the bar where the bartender is trying not to make contact so we end up sitting there till finally he walked over to take our order. We ordered to «Lotta Coladas» and an appetizer(neither of us really had an appetite to eat after we had gotten a look at the dirty, messy kitchen on the way to the bathrooms prior to setting at the bar.) To make a long story short, Service-horrible, Cleanliness-below failing in my opinion, Food/Drink– Very Good. Would I return? No, not to this particular Red Lobster, without any assurance anything is corrected, No I would not!

Our waiter was Brandon, he was nice and very attentive to our needs. My dinner was great. I had crab legs, shrimp roasted potatoes and corn with a house salad. Everything was delicious. Will return

Save a few bucks. Go to the grocery store, buy a frozen seafood dinner, then pour melted butter and salt all over it. Its the same thing.
