Fantastic Food!!!
I have been eating here for over a year. Never a bad burger. Fast food restaurants get a bad rap sometimes with the staff. I have not experienced that here. In fact I seem to eat here enough that I almost always get the same young man to help me. His name is Daniel and he really is an amazing worker.
Keep up the great work Carl’s Jr. Staff!

I think this is my favorite Carl’s Jr. the crew works hard knows the product knows what to recommend and your order is always right.

This Carl’s Jr. is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! They should be shut down!!! They were pumping sewer lines where they were preparing food. I wish I had gotten a picture of the employees were holding their noses because of how bad it smelled. DON’T GO HERE!!! I can’t believe this place can stay open while they are dealing with sewage.

Meet a family friend here on Thursday around 5:00. When I walked in the people were very friendly and the place was very clean. It is a chain so they are generally very consistent. What impressed me and reason for review was that when we were leaving they said «thank you for coming in and have a nice evening». Now that deserves a good review!

My mom placed an order through the drive through this evening. After getting all the way back home, she discovered that they had forgotten to put a burger in her bag. We were a bit frustrated having to drive back to ask for the forgotten burger. We pulled up to the drive through for the second time and my mom explained what happened. The employee knew what had happened and was very apologetic. He quickly ran out the back door to our car so that we didn’t even have to pull around to the window and wait behind the car already in line. Not only did he rush and apologize again, but he threw in a cookie for our trouble. I wish we had caught his name. This was the best customer service we’ve received from a fast food establishment in a long time.

This place sucks. Ruins my order all the time. And most recently I was so mad I actually came back to make them change it, and no apologies, nothing. Their mgmt needs to change.

I ordered the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Breakfast Sandwich with Sausage for $ 3.49
The Scrambled Egg was very good, the Cheese was excellent, the Sausage was juicy, the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast was delicious and the Maple Glaze Sauce was so very good.
A magnificent Meal from this Drive Thru

I came in during lunch and ordered two ¹⁄₃ pound 6 dollar burgers with a lettuce wrap. They were extremely good, and I would know because I get these all over the place. During lunch this place is top-​notch. The service, the lobby, the bathroom, the food, everything.
Curious observation: fast-​food places seem to run very efficiently when they are run by older Mexican immigrants and mothers (and not by punk American kids).

I really thought I would NEVER have to give 1 star, but here goes. Whoever owns this Carl’s should get a clue on how to run a business. Drive thru is a complete joke. I was there waiting for about 3 minutes after saying Hello multiple times. Decide to drive up and the clown that takes orders says I need to get back in line to place my order because there are now cars behind me? This is my second bad experience at this particular Carl’s. I don’t even eat at this place, I was getting food for my workers and will never come here again! Drove to the Carl’s on Brookhurst and Hamilton, no problems!

The price of the Famous Star increased by $ 0.70, from $ 3.19, $ 3.45 with tax, to $ 3.89, that’s $ 4.20 with tax, since last week. The cashier had no response when questioned about it. There is no info about the increase on their web page, but I do enjoy that burger.

So I walked in today to get some burgers. The cashiers looked like they were all Hispanic. Most of the customers were Caucasian. So the people ahead of me ordered their food and were treated very nicely. Then me, Hispanic by the way, walked up. I placed my order with one of the female cashiers. She was very rude and gave me attitude the whole time. Almost like she didn’t want to take my order. Then I asked for ketchup and she threw it on the tray next to my food. So sorry to bother you… Ohh wait!!! you work here! So it’s your job to get the customers what they need!!!
Like I have said before!!! If you don’t like your job then why do you work there!!! I hate people that give bad customer service!!! I like Carl’s jr burgers but I hate the rude customer service!!! Racist chick!!!
Will not be coming back! And will be contacting your Hr department!!!

They used to offer free food on the app but now it’s free with purchase which is just bs

Carls famous star is always my weakness! Always has been always will be. Guilty pleasure.

The entire trip was basically a waste of time. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we left with our food. We went to the drive thru to get our food cuz we were in a hurry. We pulled up ad the kid asked if we wanted to try their special, we politely said no thank you, his reaction was «ok whatever. What do you want?» So we ordered our food and I asked for no pickles or tomatoes. We pulled up to be window and after we payed the kid handed us our food and walked away without asking if we needed anything else. So we were yelling for him I come back to give us ranch but he was already by the counter checking his phone. We had to wait 5 minutes with cars honking before another lady walked passed the window and we asked her. She was nice. And of cours when I got home, there was pickles and tomatoes and my we didn’t get a thing of fries that we ordered. I usually go to the one on Yorktown. Pretty upset this one could live up to the others customer let service. If I could give less than a star I would.

When the cute Latinas are working there, everything is so much sweeter. When you’re in the drive thru, and the guys voice asks you what you want… just drive over the bushes and go elsewhere… your food will be bleh and order iwll be wrong.

I really like the burgers here. They have burgers called ‘big hamburgers’ that u can order even with cheese just for a little over a dollar and I usually get 2 and fill myself up. okay so the 6 dollar burger is nice with the new bun but it’s pricey. sort of. The western bacon cheeseburgers are real good but once I tried the double western cheeseburger and threw up in bed that night and never had the taste for them again. me throwing up mightve not even had to do with the fact I ate it but I still never liked it again. They are good so try one out. By the way, when u go through the drive through just hope to he lucky because sometimes u get the burger nice and fresh and juicy but sometimes there not as fresh. still good though. Ordered the blue cheese buffalo burger, which was delicious! Went up and asked for a pop tart ice cream sandwich and was given it for free. Great food, Great Service!

I don’t really care for sweet potato fries here. the first few are fine but they are too sweet. i bet if they were fresh made, not frozen like i suspect these are – they would be better.

Cold Famous Star hamburger. Mentioned to the girl at drive in window, this does not feel like it is hot. She insisted it was. I was correct, when I opened it, it was in fact cold.
No more trips to Carl’s for me!

Cold food. Avoid. ’nuff said.
