Been waiting 15 minutes in line of cars. Can’t back out. 3 cars in front. Can’t imagine how they make a profit unless only 1 person working.

After watching a soccer game at a park without restroom facilities, this Taco Bell location by the Home Depot was a perfect stop.
As long as we were inside we thought, ah why not! So between the two of us we ordered the special 10 taco and burritos for $ 12. You could choose how many of each you wanted and so we chose 2 bean and cheese burritos and 8 tacos, CRISPY shell. The young man behind the counter even repeated the order verbally.
We also ordered a fountain drink, which I thought would have been included in the $ 12 price. We were given our number and receipt and took a place by the window.
The place was not crowded at all so there should be no problems. Well, our number was called after a good ten minutes of wait, and we discovered all tacos were made with SOFT flour tortilla shells. The tacos we wanted became WRAPS… it would take another ten minutes to get this straightened out and the person that took our order had left the building.
The burritos were as expected and we made good on the tacos. Any leftovers would be taken home. No pix to share… I guess fast food is not so fast nor problem free when you least expect it to be.

Line moved pretty fast in the drive through, I know this used to be a problem in the past however it seems they have fixed that. Angelica was very pleasant and was very nice at the window. I was in and out in about 2 minutes and I appreciate that they have gotten faster with the drivethru.

I’m left confused on if I should be angry at the person that possibly used a regular Chalupa shell instead of the Quesolupa shell I ordered or if Taco Bell is try to pass this disappointing Quesolupa shell as this amazing cheesiness new product when it’s not. So as far as the person that took my order and gave it to me… all sunshine and stars for her. But did the person making my Quesolupa get lazy or is this whole Quesolupa just a rip off??? For me, either way, I was disappointed and ripped off. Argh.

Find another Taco Bell/​Pizza Hut. We went here because I get Taco Bell cravings once in awhile and the kids can have pizza.
We drove up to the drive-​thru and were greeted right away. We told her we needed a couple of minutes. She was fine with that and told us to take our time. Finally, we were ready to order. My husband said, «we will have a cheese pizza and…», before he could finish, she said «we don’t have pizza.» What?! The sign does say Taco Bell/​Pizza Hut, right?
My husband said, «you don’t have pizza? This is Pizza Hut, right?» She said, «yes, but we don’t have pizza.»
We put the car in reverse and hauled butt out of the drive-​thru. No wonder this place is never busy because if it was, we would have been stuck in the drive-​thru.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Why I continue to come here is beyond me. Probably because it’s so close to my house. They CONSISTENTLY mess up my orders. Forgetting things or getting it wrong, when on my receipt it is correct. I’ll ask for hot and fire sauce and a decent amount of it and they give me 2 packets of mild. The employees are rude, and get mad when you ask them to correct THEIR mistake. Bottom line, go to the Taco Bell on Beach and Garfield. More well mannered employees and they actually listen to you when you order.

I put five stars so it would be on top BUT me and my boyfriend live right down the street we probably go at least every 3 days .the guy Beatriz A was rude and had us wait 20 mins for a chicken quesadilla and two laoded potatoes gillers. when they gave us our food they said they made the potatoes fresh but when we parked in the parking lot the food was cold it was not fresh out quesadilla were burnt black… don’t get me wrong I do love this place but after the way he was rude then handed me our food like tht I’m better off going to Dell taco

First, two people waiting in line at 9am for over 5 minutes not one person said a word. Then he’s like one minute then 3 minutes latter a lady said have you been helped and i said no, i’ve had two people been waiting there too, then left I left to! What a joke! And they want 15 $ A Hour haha

The layout of this taco bell sucks. Huge rap around pole to get to the cashier. This taco bell screwed up my order several times so double check your order. Food is your typical franchise. My last visit i got a pizza with bread sticks, the bread was hard as a rock and cold.

Very good taco bell location, very clean! The service is very good as well! If you want a good taco bell, choose this one!

6 employees here to start. 17 minutes to get 2 tacos, 2 dollar chipotle chicken grilled and 2 freezers. Every table was dirty with old food stuck to them and only 2 other people eating. Had to wait and show receipt to get freezes. Fast food– not!!! More like someone needs to manage these kids!!! It’s not close to being busy and everything a reck inside. I’ll pass on stopping here again. Sorry Taco Bell —

How hard is it to get an order correct, came home missing my nacho and cheese for my daughter please verify your order. Big girl took our order at 10:15pm 6÷21÷15

OMG. I come here all the time… and it is usually OK… just your regular ‘ol taco bell… sometimes the line is very long at lunch and dinner time… but that is to be expected.
My low 1 star review is for the service lately!
As of 2015. There are a few new employees. I unfortunately cannot name names, and I wish I could. The particular employee I am about to mention is about as bad as a fast food employee can be.
She does not wear a name tag (most likely because she knows she is a problem)
For the past few months… A «new girl» has been taking my order in the drive through…
This particular girl has messed up my order every time she is there. I reiterate… I come here ALL THE TIME. Multiple times per week. I am a regular, so to speak.
It began with my usual drink order of Dr. Pepper ALWAYS being root beer. Unfortunately I didn’t discover it until later EVERY TIME.
Today was officially the LAST STRAW.
I came with my friend, who had known of my problems with «this person» from my many text messages of «check your order of you go to taco bell… that girl is working and she gave me root beer again»
After waiting in the drive through for about 15 minutes (it was lunch time… so I do not mind the wait… I understand being busy) …we finally arrived at the window…
She handed us our drinks… I was SO HAPPY to actually receive Dr. Pepper! I said to my friend «wow…she’s lucky she didn’t mess up this time… I would have yelled!»
I spoke too soon…
After returning my debit card… my friend noted: «She already messed up… I have no straw…»
A minor mess up… forgivable…but then…
The next 20 minutes was filled with: «did you order the crunch wrap?»
«No…»
“Oh…the personal pan pizza?”
«No…we ordered (insert order here)
Then she hands us 1 piece of our 7 piece order… and asks «what did you have to drink?»
…remember how I was impressed about the Dr. Pepper? …she didn’t even remember the one thing she got right!
After she finally handed us our order (with at least 8 cars behind us at this point) We had to request hot sauce and the forgotten straw…
Both of us were speechless and just shook our heads as we drove away…
I Do intend to keep coming here… because they are usually OK! Hence the 2 stars.
But I have to admit I will ALWAYS be QUADRUPLE checking my order when it is her!
(Don’t worry… like I said… I’m a regular… the day she wears her name tag is the day I update this review and note her name ;) watching out for my fellow HB Unilocalers… AND the manager;)!!!) Make your workers wear name tags!!! Its the only way to know the truth about who is RUINING your business!
Update: July 10, 2015. Drive through line is ridiculous. They were taking over 5 minutes for each car. So we thought going inside would be faster. WRONG!!! It has now been over 10 minutes
Oh…and the phone number listed is a fax number… just FYI.

I ordered the Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit Taco for $ 2.69
The Sausage was delicious, the Scrambled Eggs were great, the Cheese was plentiful and the Biscuit Taco was very good.
A great Meal from this Drive Thru.

The food is pretty standard at all the Taco Bell’s, but what stood out to me was the service from Lauren D, — you don’t always see genuine friendliness, and she came across with as good of service as I’ve had or better, from fine dining restaurants…

Being a vegetarian, I seek out food places that will modify ingredients for me (mostly leaving out the meat) and Taco Bell does that no questions asked. Not only does Taco Bell do that, their ordering system makes it easy for the employees to modify food orders, so I hardly ever get the wrong thing for my order. If you go through the Taco Bell drive through, the monitor actually shows the removal/​substitution on the order… then I know they understood me through the historically terrible microphone and speaker system (Taco Bell’s system actually works clearly and it is 2-​way, so they can hear when I try to interrupt them with something I forgot LOL)
I am a big fan of the Taco Bell Crunch Wrap, I actually had a Taco Bell near my work years ago that was a test location for the Crunch Wrap when it was being tested… I must have bought enough of them that I alone put it on the Taco Bell menu as a successful seller ;-)
But, have you tried Taco Bell’s California AM Crunch Wrap? OMG (that is still cool to say isn’t it? LOL), It is a warm, slightly seared flour tortilla full for breakfast goodness. A hash brown disk cooked to perfection, topped with scrammbled-​type eggs (scrambled enough but not too much so they stick together and not fall out), cheddar cheese (I think it is real, no really), pico de gallo (nice size on the cuts)…and the reason it is a «California» Crunch Wrap… guacamole !!! (for my carnivore friends, which are most of you… Taco Bell includes bacon… and not the Kevin kind)

In the past 6 months, the customer service and food at this location has gone from good to terrible. They’ve obviously had a change in ownership or management. I’d recommend visiting one of the other nearby locations

Two words — Chicken Quesadilla

I give this piece of shit fast food place a 0 if that’s even possible. Like seriously it’s the most horrific disgusting food I have ever seen and eaten. I threw away my taco right when they gave it to me.

Worst pan pizza I’ve ever had. Look at the photo. Just wow. That’s bad. I was starving so I ate ¾ of it but I had to take a pic it was so pathetic. And they can’t seem to cut it correctly either. As another reviewer said there is something seriously wrong with the quality control at this location
