Great chicken phở. $ 4 for a small. Love the drive through convenience. I also picked up an order of spring rolls and peanut dipping sauce. They were mediocre. The flan was a last minute indulgent splurge that somehow sounded good at 8pm while sitting at the drive through. Won’t be doing that again. Very tiny and lacking in flavor. When I come back it will be for more phở.

Very disappointed in this Resteraunt. Today I went thru the drive thru and before ordering asked what was in the Veggie sand which. I was told lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickled diakon, pickled carrot and jalapeños. Sounded good so I ordered the sand which without the cheese, cost $ 3.89. When I opened the wrapper I had a baguette with lettuce and tomatoes only. I called the store back since I had taken it to go and inquired why my sand which was missing the pickled veggies and jalapeño. I was told the veggie only comes with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese and he made a mistake. I asked if I could return and exchange for something else. After putting me on hold I was then told that he was sorry he gave me the wrong info but they would not exchange the sand which. Sadly what was a simple mistake turned into horrible customer service on their part and I will never return to that Resteraunt.

Fun family owned little place. Great food and consistent quality. Very reasonable prices. Not a date night place, but fantastic for take-out or a great lunch or dinner on the way home. Great spring rolls. Great chicken salad. Good Vietnamese sandwiches. Love the woman that runs the place and will be a regular customer forever.

This is a great place to get your fix of Vietnamese food quickly! They have reasonable prices, great looking pastries, and a drive thru! We opted for dine-in, ordered our food at the counter. And waited for them to bring the food to our table. I loved that the traditional spring rolls came with lettuce, herbs, and fish sauce dipping sauce. The filling was just ok, though. The chicken banh mi, he thought was great! And I tried the grilled pork vermicelli, that was fantastic! The serving size was huge, and my appetite matched it well! It had a good amount of yummy pork, lots of herbs and veggies and a perfect amount of nuoc mam. We wanted to try some of the pastries, but we had stuffed ourselves full already. We would definitely hit up this place again if we are ever back in town!

I ordered vegetarian phở take out the other night and was disappointed by the quality of the soup. The noodles were stuck together in clumps(I will try to post a picture), the mushrooms were so tough it was like trying to chew raw flesh. I am pretty sure they were microwaved to long. I like the convenience of the drive thru and the staff is very friendly but the need to put more effort into their food. At least their phở.

I’m giving this 4 stars because I had asked for a glass of water, but didn’t get it until I was ready to leave :(and it wasn’t busy. I remember when I first visited, I was so shocked that they had a drive thru, and told the guy at the counter that a a drive thru phở restaurant in Oregon would make a killing! That’s when I knew I liked this place. In regards to the food, they give you quite large portions(it’s larger if you eat there than take out). I am in love with their mango salad, it has large shrimp, full of flavor, and it’s a large portion as well. They also have a huge selection of desserts(which kills me every time I visit, it’s just staring at you right in the face).next thing you know, I’ve ordered two slices of tiramisu, and 3 other smaller desserts. Love this place, so I will keep coming back.

Last review of the weekend while the wife and kid are away… This place was a Burger King for as long as I remember. When they replaced it with a phở house, I was immediately put off by the stupid name. I was not a fan of phở at the time so I had no reason to go in and try it. Stupid names and childish logos are a turn off for those unfamiliar with a restaurant. Hole Mole, a New Mexican place on Beach is the same way. Childish logo and stupid name. Now, the reviews for Hole Mole are really good, so I will eventually try that place. As for Photastic, I gave it a try last night based on some friends of mine raving about it. First off, the place has really been updated and looks nothing like a Burger King. Your order at the counter but the counter is a beautiful display case of decadent French pastries and desserts. As for the menu, they offer sandwiches and soups. Not knowing the portion sizes, I was unsure of how much food to order. Dan H. Was raving about the chicken sandwich but I wanted a bowl of phở. Fine, I ordered both. A had a small bowl of rare beef phở and a rotisserie chicken sandwich. The small bowl of phở was actually pretty big. Served with lime, some fresh bitter veggies and bean sprouts, I had to try the broth first before adding everything, since the broth is key to the whole thing. Not bad. Not bad at all. I did add some Siracha sauce but no need to doctor the broth beyond that. A very good bowl of phở. The sandwich(great call, Dan) was excellent. Perfect crunchy roll, very flavorful chicken and fresh and tasty veggies. I actually ate the sandwich later last night while binge watching House of Cards on Netflix. Very solid sandwich and soup house.

Second time back and was really hoping for a better exp… Ordered chicken phở with extra chicken and needles. That part they got right. I ask for extra chili paste two times… I confirmed one more time as I was taking my food out. Got home and they only put one serving of chili paste which was a huge disappointment… The soup was bordering on cold by the time I got home which I only live 2 miles away from the store… Within 5 minutes of taking my food home the food was cold and had to microwave… Bland… Little flavor… Disappointed. again

Best Customer Service with welcoming atmosphere. I love the Combo Beef Phở with veggie inside. The price is affordable too with a good location to dine in!

Please change the Asian meatball menu option as I had to painfully force myself to keep it down. It was dry and the meatballs were more like dried out meatloaf. No veggies and the sauce was like A1 and too sweet. I have given other options a chance and I give up. I’m sure there are other loyal customers. Good luck.

I feel really bad posting this review. The girl at the register was so sweet. But I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from the goi ga chicken salad. :( I can’t prove it, but I highly suspect it based on other things I had eaten, so I’m just putting it out there.

Not the best phở. Not the cheapest bahn mi. But you know what? It’s DRIVE-THROUGHPHO. And my brain explodes in the best way every time I get it. It is a good time to be alive! Love it.

This place is 5 star in menu items. The Phở is excellent along with the variety of smoothies and fresh French bakery. I refuse to go to any other Phở in HB. Love it

A drive-thru phở place?! I can’t believe it. For such a convenient, wonderfully amazing breakfast(after a late night) — the freshness and quality is something to feel blessed over. Fantastic salads. Great service. Always clean. Once I saw a dog running through the restaurant and was carried through the back kitchen(which I found to be questionable but I think they were the owners. But still?). THEIRSMOOTHIES! Strawberry and banana. No boba or whip cream.

The phở combo has hardly any meat. It is sad. The broth left a funny aftertaste in my mouth all afternoon, and not in a good way. Worse broth evah. My friend ordered spring rolls, shrimp only. There was chicken in there. The fried egg rolls were all right. But it’s hard to ruin fried egg rolls. They did however fail to put in the order at first. I know bec. they brought my friend’s shrimp rolls. Then they brought the herbs and bean sprouts. I asked how my egg rolls were. He said he’d check. He came back and asked me, fried egg rolls; right? Yes. Then he went back. Yep failed to start them, I think. They do not have sriracha and hoisin in bottles on the table. They bring them to you if you ask for it. The noodles were congealed together in a lumpy mass. I had to break them apart with my chopsticks. The broth was warm, not piping hot. Good thing there wasn’t rare beef or anything like that, it probably wouldn’t have cooked. The greatest indignity of all? No jalapenos with the bean sprouts and herbs. I can forgive lack of cilantro. I can forgive meager portion of bean sprouts. But no jalapeño is just ridiculous. I won’t be back, and I suggest you not go either.

Q: Who would goto a phở restaurant for pastries?! A: You, if you knew how amazing the pastries here were. If you’re a fan of: tiramisu, dark chocolate, mango mousse, macaroons, cakes, … chances are high that you’ll love what they have to offer. As a pastry lover, I couldn’t keep this one to myself.

Atmosphere: Casual, a medium sized restaurant with outside seating available. Ordered Items: Shrimp spring rolls, Shrimp Phở, and Rare Beef Phở. I enjoyed Photastic, they have extremely helpful staff. The spring rolls we ordered were amazing along with the peanut sauce it was delicious and probably one of the best springs rolls I’ve had in a while. I was not a huge fan of their Phở, the broth lacked some flavor, I felt like I poured a whole bottle of hoisin sauce and sirachca to make it taste like something. But overall not a bad spot for a quick sit down Phở fix.

I wasn’t even thinking about Unilocaling this place but quickly changed my mind after the very first bite. I only ordered a sandwich. The name I can’t seen to remember since it was in Vietnamese. What I did order was a vegetarian sandwich with tofu. Made in the the traditional vietnamese way with pickled carrots and onions. The bread… Rustic crust fresh oven baked baguette was incredible all by itself. This sandwich seemed as thought they actually intended to make it taste the best they possibly could. Isn’t that the way everyone should do it after all? DAMNGOOD! Seriously… Try it!

My boyfriend loves this place. I’m all about the goi ga(chicken and cabbage salad). He’s a fan of the chicken fried rice and chicken phở. The prices are more than reasonable, there’s plenty left to eat for later. I can see the Vietnamese ladies cooking in the kitchen. Every now and then, they talk loudly to one another. Service is good and they are fairly quick at getting the food out. They have samples of cookies usually at the front when you order, by the register. I see a lot of people getting their orders to go or from the drive thru. There’s ample parking and the place is clean.
