McDonald’s

I refuse to come here anymore. Im not kidding EVERY time I’ve been to this McDonald’s my order has been wrong. And my parents have also stopped eating here due to the same issue. First time ordered double cheeseburger meal no mustard. Checked one burger before I left the parking lot. No mustard. Got on the tollway ate one burger. Went to eat the other one. It had mustard.
I called just to let them know. How can a place fix errors they don’t know they are making. Spoke to a manager who was nice and offered for me to come back and they’d give me a new meal. Explained that I already left the area. She offered to give me a credit for a free meal next time. Explained to her that was not why I was calling but thanks for the offer.
Next time I went there. Ordered the sane meal. When they handed it to me I asked no mustard (I really hate mustard). They assured me it had none. I checked both before leaving. Wrong again. Both had mustard. This time I let the manager take my name for a free meal.
Next time I went I used my meal credit. Gave them my name and said it was because of incorrect orders. You think they would make sure my order was correct right?! Nope. Wrong again. Didn’t even bother letting them know this time or getting the correct order. Just tossed it in the trash.
I didn’t go to this McDonald’s again because of this.
A couple weeks ago I thought I’d give them another chance and ordered breakfast. Requested egg whites on my sandwich. Shouldn’t of even bothered. Apparently they can’t handle requests. Ex no mustard. Egg white substitute etc. it had regular egg on it. Didn’t bother having them correct this order either.
Today I stopped again. Was going to just order a drink and fry. Figured no special requests should get it right. Wrong again. They handed me my drink abs a bag and said small fry. I open the bag and no fry but instead a burger?! I went back and told them and let them know every order I’ve ever had from there has been wrong. Got an annoyed sorry.
Given them all the chances. Don’t waste your time. Go to the other McDonald’s further north on 47. This one is a joke.

Very clean staff is nice and I love the tables inside that entertain a little kids. never had a problem yet with drive thru staff plus they are really sweet with my 4 year old in the back seat always talk to her through the window
