Staff is dope people! Kyle K. and the guy that makes the fancy fries holding it down! And good eats and drinks. One or two plates dropped two keep things real.

Gross. $ 15 falafel. Even w the airport mark-up– WTF. Dry. Like tahini was being rationed. Get a bagel at Einsteins and save yourself the gouge.

Great little bar away from all the busy bars but still has food and drinks. Drinks are great!!! Try the spicy bloody Mary!

3 stars only because the food saves things. Service was horrible. 3 girls stood behind bar chatting up customers there, but ignored all the tables for 1 hour! Inexcusable

The place is tucked away at the A9 end of the terminal. Small with tight seating. The menu is a refreshing change from routine airport fare. I ordered the Greek feta burger which was very nice. The accompanying fries were crisp and fresh just as I like them. The biggest reasons this place did not get 4+ stars is due to service. The service was slow — unacceptably slow for an airport. My server had never seen and was completely unaware of how to handle the 10% Unilocal check in coupon. I also had to ask for my check multiple times. Turned out it had been given by another server to a different table! The food was good, so maybe I’ll return when my flight is delayed …

I just had a great meal in an airport! Generous wine pour. Tasty food. The absolute best stuffed grape leaves I have ever had. The owner is a very friendly customer service oriented person with awesome recipes. Worth the few extra steps to gate A9. I will be back.

Stopped here for a bite and a drink before our flight and it was delightful. I had the gyro plate and loved it. My wife had some wine and I had a beer and the entire meal didn’t break the bank. The service was great, this was a great way to relax and have a meal before our flight.

Excellent service and food! I had the chicken shawarma with a Greek salad on the side. I wasn’t expecting much for airport fate but it was incredible! I wish I could eat here more often. I also enjoyed a lovely glass of Pinot Noir that was smooth and robust. Highly recommend this as an airport destination!!!

Great cheap Mediterranean food. Solid bar selection. Nice bartenders. Beef kafta kabob was solid. Regular portion is fine. So so so much better than the crappy bar/pub/tgi Fridays that you usually find in the airport. The hummus was damn good. I’d come back fo sho

Let’s play Unilocal math: Five stars for freshness. Kafta beef kebab(minus the kebab) tasted of absolutely fresh beef and spices. Hummus was equally freshly made, and pickles and other condiments were spot on. Exactly what I was craving for. Minus one for over condimenting the kebab. Yes it was delicious, but i couldn’t enjoy more than a few bites witout water to cleanse the salt. Bummer. Minus one for the haphazard and disengaged service. Seated myself and it took about 10 minutes from one waitress from the group of 3 waiters plus bartender who were enthusiastically talking amongst themselves behind the bar to come take a drink order, didn’t take my food order, brought the beer and dashed back to the group, and I practicaly had to chase and tackle her down for my food order. The food was delivered within a reasonable amount of time, yet checking on the order was scanty and uninterested. Plus one because, being a restaurant co-owner myself, it is really hard to ensure customer service quality from each and every employee, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. In conclusion, my experience was 5−1−1+1=4 stars, not at all shabby, but with room to improve. Being as picky as I am on food quality, the food was good enough to come back, and as to other factors, I’m sincerely hoping that management takes the feedback and runs with it, as it looks from other reviews that this is not the only negative service experience to be documented recently on this location. Hoping to come back to a five star experience guys!!!

A great place to kill time while waiting for your next flight at DFW airport. The staff is great(bartender Kyle was extremely friendly and loved by all her guests) and the falafel plate was delicious. Prices also aren’t bad for an airport restaurant

I found this place by mistake, but a great mistake it was. Excellent Mediterranean food hidden behind a Martini Bar at Gate A 9 in the DFW Airport. I am Vegan and this place provides more choices than I have ever seen at the airport. The Hummus and Babaganoosh are very good and homemade, not prepackaged. The Tabouli Salad is among the best I’ve had anywhere. Made on-site. If you are looking for healthy and delicious food in the airport, go to A9 via the SkyLink for a great meal.

I have to give this one 5 stars based on what it is. It’s in the airport and it hit the spot. I was on a 1-hour layover in Dallas between Newport Beach and Charlotte. I jumped on Unilocal while in CA to figure out the best place in the airport on quick layover and found Wild Bleu. I was on a mission. It was a quick meal as it’s near the low A gates and I connected at A39(opposite end). I ordered a Gyro and the spicy tequila drink. I can’t remember the name of it but she warned me that it was hot. Hell it’s Texas so I should have taken her at her word. I love heat so I went with it. It was hot. But delicious — jalepeno seeds floating all over the top just to intimidate you as you drink. The Gyro was hot, fresh, and extremely tasty. While it was quick, it was perfect for an airport lunch. Excellent option and highly recommended.

Food good but service poor. Sitting at the bar. Am I invisible? I haven’t talked to you enough to have offended you. The water and beer I ordered, no that’s okay it was just a suggestion. Oh the gentleman next to me didn’t get his fries with his sandwich so you’re knocking half off his bill? Great so since I didn’t get my salad before my meal… oh nothing for me, okay. Sure I’ll stack my plates to let you know I’m done, my flight is delayed maybe I’ll have a few beers. So you just want to clear the patrons’ plates next to me. «Check please» I’ll go spend my money for the next couple of hours someplace else.

Wish we had more time to sit here and eat and drink a bit more! Cool atmosphere, right next to our gate(A9) and the babaganoush was very tasty. The service was spotty but they were busy! If given the chance I would definitely come again and and try some of their other food menu items. Very pricey, but not outside of what you’d expect at a nice restaurant in an airport.

So it’s 5PM yesterday and I’m connecting to SFO at gate A9. Right next to my gate I find this fantastic bar. Hard to believe but moments later I am drinking an amazing cocktail prepared by a real mixologist whom cares about what he is doing. The cocktail I selected was called melon breeze with fresh muddled watermelon(yeah, really), gin and several other special ingredients. Clearly put me in a better mood for the evening. Wish every airport had a place like this to hang out! Prices were a couple of bucks more than you pay at a good martini bar — but oh so worth it!

Stopped in during a layover at DFW. We had the gyros and the appetizer sampler, both were very good. The martini my wife ordered was ok, a bit on the warm side. I ordered a bloody mary after reading the review on here. When the server came back 15+ minutes later I asked about getting my bloody mary, the server said she just served the last one. That said she was alone and otherwise the service was friendly. 3 stars for forgetting and for very small portions on the sampler for the $.
