Ended up here for several nights. Located close to plenty of restaurants as well as the airport. Nice breakfast every morning and the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly.

Overall experience was nice. The room was about what you would expect for the price you pay. My only issue with the room was the bed… it was very stiff, zero comfort for me. The continental breakfast, that came included with the stay, was perfect. The hotel is within 15 minutes of pretty much every major ‘tourist attraction’ in the area — which was really convenient with two small kids. The only reason I wouldn’t come back is the bed/mattress.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life, our heater was broken sending smoke everywhere, the guy wouldn’t move us into a different room, let alone send someone up to even check it out! So outrageous!

Each Christmas we meet as a family at this particular Hampton and take over the massive lobby for presents, games, and drinks. I’m sure that other guests really love having us around being loud… but the hotel does an excellent job of accommodating all 25 of us. They let us use part of the lobby and always help us reserve blocks of rooms together. The rates are reasonable, the area is fine(lots of other hotels), and the staff is always friendly. No complaints and plenty of free parking to boot.

I absolutely LOVED this place. I found an awesome deal at Hotel Tonight. I recommend that app for your phone too! But anyways I got stuck in Texas for two nights and used the app to get the room for $ 33 a night!!! That was for me, my husband, and my two children! The staff was awesome. The rooms are extremely clean. The beds are amazing!!! They are so comfortable. They even give you free tooth paste, toothbrushes, shaving utensils, just any necessity that you may have forgotten. The normal stuff like shampoo, conditioner, etc is there too like always. There is an outdoor swimming pool too. The pics posted are exactly what the hotel looks like. The staff was really really nice. We missed breakfast by 30 min and they were kind enough to give us breakfast still before getting on plane. I just can’t thank the staff enough for making this crappy stay in Texas a absolute joy.

Had a fantastic meeting here when a sister property could not accommodate us. The staff was excellent, and the organization of Buckley Sachs, their Director of Sales, was better than most five star hotels. Great place, great location, and I felt like i was at home, only Their cookies were better than at home!

Very comfortable room, not fancy or anything just very clean and nicely equipped. They let me check in on Monday 6 hours early which was very helpful since I didn’t have meetings until 10:00AM. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly Breakfast was decent — good coffee WiFi was quick and reliable Didn’t use the pool Dings include: No shuttle service to the airport… you can go anywhere within 5 miles though for free. My key needed to be magnetized 5 or 6 times in a 2 day period — ANNOYING!

2 ½ star. Below average Hampton inn. Needs some renovation, very outdated. There seemed to be odors reminiscent of sweat throughout the hotel. Not much around the hotel except strip clubs, gas stations, and liquor stores with bars on the windows. Lock your doors.

Rolling into town for a week of testing in June, the best things about this hotel so far are the full-blast air conditioner and the generous ice machine. Looks clean and well-kept And there’s a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was your traditional selection of yogurts, mixed fruit, cereals, pastries and juices, plus a couple of hot options like make-your-own belgian waffles and french toast sticks. I mostly just did the cereal, fruit and yogurt. But in the evening, there’s fresh-baked cookies that were so addictive I always ended up taking at least two. The room was comfortable and had HBO which I watched extensively since I can no longer watch any television with commercials. It was odd that the TV was always turned towards the other double bed after cleaning… was the cleaning staff taking a breather on the other bed? Free wifi, printer downstairs and a large living room area for meetings are great for business travelers. You must have a car though if you want to eat anything other than the complimentary breakfast and cookies… there’s very little within walking distance due to stifling summer heat and lack of sidewalks.
