Not worth the asking price. I ordered a $ 9 hamburger (came with pickles, onions, cheese and mustard) and my husband ordered a $ 10 lobster roll. My burger has ok … Reminded me of what we make when we have a BBQ, however, the lobster roll was tasteless. No sides included. We each ordered a cookie — chocolate chip was good, peanut butter was shaped like a golf ball and crumbled apart. Overall, nice location, but not worth how much they are charging.

Grilled cheese sandwich with wet bread. Bacon on grilled cheese seemed generic and sweet. Strawberry jam? The gouda cheese seemed rubbery. Worst sandwich of my life. The chocolate chip coookie is also a huge fail. The tuna fish salad and the potato salad were atleast edible but tasted similar to food one can get at any grocery store. My wife thought the sandwiches to be so bad she didnt want to feed it to our dog. We called the next day to try and let some there know how poor the food had been but were dismissed.

On vacation in IOP and was looking for a place that would have fast service. Look no further, Savor to the rescue! My Husband picked up food for four and with time accounted for walking was back in 25 min. Everyone loved their sandwiches and was happy to have something super tasty that didn’t require waiting. Such a great lunch spot.

Great little hidden spot with friendly staff and amazing food! Get the shortbread cookies!

We stumbled across Savor on a walk around the island and were immediately drawn in by the striking combination of professional-​looking marketing and design and local flavor.
The walk-​up counter inside was packed with locals, and the smells were enticing! The food in the cabinet looked fresh, and we ordered a gyro, a meatball sub, and a chef salad from the hand-​written chalkboard lunch menu. (There were carry out items for dinner, including lasagna, with heating instructions carefully penned on top.)
We went outside, our party of five (three kids) filled most of the outside counter. (There’s space for six at the counter, plus a table for two.) It’s clear most of the local customers carry out their choices. (Savor is next door to the first office building we’ve seen on the island.)
The polite young lady working the counter prepared our food and a helpful gentleman brought it out to us, along with extra napkins. The food was fresh and delicious. Sandwich portions are slightly smaller than anticipated, so we probably wouldn’t split again, but the salad was generous, if heavy on the iceberg. All the meats were very fresh, and there was nothing processed served. We’ll definitely visit again when we return.

Amazing service and fantastic food. With one chef and one man working the counter this little restaurant has a ton of charm. Both employees were extremely laid back, friendly, and helpful. Great find while on vacation in SC.

What a precious gem this is to our island! We stopped in to grab take out after hearing our friends talk about it. Both my husband and I had the chicken gyro special and it was out of this world delicious! My kids split the chicken quesadilla and it was plenty for them. We also got a special treat of Terri’s brownies and wow! I asked my kids how many stars, they said INFINITY, if that gives you any indication. I can’t wait to go back! Dinner anyone?

Stumbled onto this small, but delicious little restaurant while riding our bikes. Love the chicken salad croissant and fresh fruit. Also have good tea even though it’s unsweet, which is unusual in the south.

I’ve carried out from here about 10 times. They are batting 1000% with me. I’ve had the burger at Husk and it was great, but the burger at Savor edged it out. Seriously. Best burger I have ever had. They are super nice and love what they do. In case you dont know, this is not a restaurant with a dining room. There are a few stools on the front porch. You can order sandwiches and burgers or you can take home fresh prepared meals. I am very happy they are around. Oh, and the spinach salad with goat cheese and a warm bacon vinaigrette? Holy crap it’s good. 10 stars. A+++

A hidden gem. Rainy all day so the beach was not an option. Checked Unilocal and saw good reviews for this place. We went at 1:00 for lunch and the line for the second seating for was long. The 15 minute for a seat, however, was worth it. This is not your usual lunch fair. Everything is made fresh with obvious care. The black bean soup with crème fresh had perfectly diced onions and a great taste. The pulled pork taco with pineapple was excellent as was the Ruben. Good choice of beer and wine and a very professional wait staff. Well done.

Great spot on IOP. A take out deli that has excelled at deli food. Isle of Palms has been missing this. Love the veggie roll and any burger special. All salads/​pastas are also exceptional. The outside has a couple seats but get everything to go and head to the beach!

I love Savor (as does my entire office) and collectively my entire staff eats at least one thing from here on a weekly basis. The owner is awesome and whips up some amazing daily specials. If they have fish tacos as a special GET THEM.
I love that this place is take out only. They do have a little area outside to eat but their operation is really ideal for the beach — just order and take it to the beach or take it to a friend or a snack for your stroll. Sitting down to eat is boring — why would you want to be inside when you could eat on the sand?
