This McD’s is located inside Walmart. It’s a tiny spot but they still manage to offer a pretty full menu, including McCafe drinks, McFlurries, and the anytime breakfast menu, though no Portuguese Sausage Eggs & Rice (boo!) and I didn’t see any salads listed on the board. There’s a small seating area off to the side. Service is quick and friendly.

This McDonald’s is always busy. It’s found in the only Walmart on the island of Maui. So if you’re squeamish about your surroundings don’t go to this establishment. The people of Walmart are everywhere. By the way, they don’t carry a complete McDonald’s menu. But if you just want something to eat you don’t have to travel far. Another thing, if your child is bothering you for a toy, you can buy a happy meal toy for less that $ 2.

I asked to purchase one of the minion toys, the one that looks like a caveman, and when they found it. it turns out, it was the last one… they then refused to sell it to me because one of the employees wanted it… Now normally that wouldn’t bother me but they were incredibly rude about it, one women looked me in the face and said to me three times… sorry don’t have it sorry… the whole time while one of the other employees held it in their hands so I could see it… And this was all in front of the manager… if I didn’t know better I would think I was being discriminated against…

You are probably wondering why I am Unilocaling a McDonalds… but this is not your typical McDonald’s…its a Hawaiian McDonalds!!! and instead of grandma’s apple pie… you can get TARO PIE!!! FOR $ 1!!! SO GOOD! I bought two and brought them back to the mainland with me. I wish I brought back 10. I missed the Haupia Pie promo :(So hopefully, next time I get that. I wish the mainland McDonalds would make taro pie (at least in the aZn neighborhoods) I’m sure it would be a great seller!!!
