The drive thru service has gotten alot better in terms of timely, correct order, and pleasant staff. Kudos!

Terrible service! The lady that took my order tonight was rude and curt. As we waited in line to pay, I can hear her speak to the next customer in line with the same rude tone. While we were waiting for our order at the window, she coughed and didn’t bother to cover her mouth. I found it humorous that the back of her shirt read «boss». Clearly, she is not management material.

Would’ve given them more stars if they would’ve kept the pickles off of my burger like i specifically asked. Out of my two tacos only one had cheese, so thats another negative point. Not the best jack in the box, but cravings are cravings and i wanted a jumbo jack and this was the one in the area.
