Pizza Hut

This is my favorite Pizza Hut location.
Why? because they have «all you can eat pizza/​pasta/​salad» for $ 14. I mean, how much more can you ask for? lol There’s a lot of different variety of pizzas to choose from and they always keep the line stocked. & for the pasta, they either have Alfredo pasta or marinara style pasta. (not the pasta bake kinds).
They also have all you can eat cinnamon bread sticks with frosting for dessert that are so addicting!
lots of room in the restaurant & lot’s of parking!

I Went In With My Family On A Monday Night And The Only Reason Im Leaving This Comment Is Because Jeanellly Made This The Greatest Night. She Made Sure That There Was Always Pizza In The Buffet Slots And Was Making Sure Everything Was Clean. She Asked How Everything Was To Not Just Us But All The Surrounding Families As Well. She Is Truely The Role Model That You Look For In An Employee In These Types Of Establishments. Other Than That, The Pizza Was Delicious With A Variety Of Pizza Coming In And Out Such As Pepporoni, 3 Meat Lover, Supreme, BBQ Italian, And All Sorts. For The Price Of 12.99 You Really Can Go Wrong With That. If Pizza Hut In California Was Like This, I Would Definetly Stop By More Often. Thank You For Your Hospitality Jeanellly!:)

I agree with all the comments re cust Svc! The service sucks! Pizza is okay, but we should not have to put up with poor cust service to get a freakin pizza! I will be going elsewhere for my pizza pie!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A (SEMI-​BUSY) FRIDAY NIGHT!!! pizza took over 40 minutes (after being told the wait was only 20 – 25 minutes) AND it came out wrong. When we questioned the waitress, she looked at us funny and apparently doesn’t know the difference between pepperoni and Italian sausage. This place sure went downhill from what it used to be!

I love pizza hut but their service can kiss my rear end! It’s not the specific store I’m speaking on, but their call center. I had to cancel my order because they didn’t fulfill my request of having the store call me to confirm the order because they always get it wrong. I waited twenty minutes after I hung up to call and ask why no one had called me back. There reasoning was because my order had already been made… um but how can it be made already when my order hasn’t even been confirmed yet? So I cancelled it. Then someone else in my house tried to call the store to see if you could call the store yourself directly, even with their direct number online, it was rerouted and despite explaining why she needed to speak to someone at the store… she was rudely told 3 different times that she couldn’t talk to the store directly and that the girl would help her at the call center. It sure felt like the president worked there. Never ordering at pizza hut again. Get your shiz together because I should be able to confirm my order with at least the manager of the people actually making it. Hello Dominos

I ordered a pizza for delivery. It took over an hour to arrive. I called the office and she said they would call the driver. Five minutes later the driver showed up at my door. He couldn’t talk long because his phone was ringing and he looked frazzled. The pizza was cold and no one from Pizza Hut called me back. No apology. Hmmm, I think not.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in over a year because of bad experiences… Then I recently tried their Pretzel Piggy pizza because my kids wanted to eat out and now I’m hooked! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Love the re-​vamped menu. Pizza Hut won me back.

I’m happy with the customer service! Amazingly, the worker (didnt catch her name) she was awesome. She wasn’t like workers at other fast food places where they try to rush you or look bored, grumpy or tired cause they are almost closing. They need more workers like her!

This store consistently shorts us on the toppings ordered. We usually get a three topping pizza, and we barely get any toppings. I think we’d be better off getting a single topping. Not pleased.

We came here to eat at the buffet. I noticed that fresh pizza came out pretty soon after the trays on the buffet were empty. There could have been more variety of pizzas though; we had to wait forever for a plain cheese or pepperoni pizza to appear, but there were several specialty meat pizzas.
The basket containing the cheese & pepper shakers should be left on the table… I had to get up and ask the cashier for the basket after my kids asked for cheese on their pizzas. Also, there were no napkins to be seen for the first twenty minutes we were there. An employee finally brought out more. The salad bar was nice. could’ve had a few more toppings though. Only real disappointment, when I tried the Caesar dressing it was like eating mustard! It’s a great option to have but it would be nice if it actually tasted good. :-(Overall, pretty reasonable price for all you can eat, $ 26 for four people. The employees just need to be more on top of things so that people don’t have to get up and ask for things every ten minutes.

I came here at lunch time for the buffet. They have a salad bar, 2 types of pastas, breadsticks, about 4 – 5 pizzas and a dessert pizza. I was impressed that it was only $ 10 a person including drinks. Seemed a little dirtyish though like water spots on the plates and cups… that always grosses me out. Other then that it wasn’t bad. Pizzas just go fast. There’s a lot of greedy people there…

I finally got to try the Chicken Cesar Salad Pizza thanks to their commercial! I absolutely loved it regardless of it being something so simple I could make it myself at home.

I like coming here for my son’s free personal pan pizza from the reading program at his school. The buffet is pretty good and includes a drink. I love the stuffed crust pizza! :-) The wait time here is typical of pizza places. Delivery times are common too.

Kapolei Pizza Hut is the only Pizza Hut on the west side that has the buffet. You can’t go wrong, all you can eat pizza, pasta, breadsticks, salad, and drinks for less than $ 10 a person. The service is really good here too. The manager comes around to greet you and make sure everything’s okay. Try it you’ll be glad you did.

Being a fan of breadsticks, Pizza Hut is in my top three. I ordered my breadsticks and waited 6 – 8 minutes for them to come out of the oven. Sometimes they have them ready to go, but it’s better fresh. I received my breadsticks and I was grabbing napkins and the worker that made my food asked if I wanted to exchange my sauce for the hot batch she just made. I said sure and was happy that she even asked. She said she likes it better when the sauce is hot too. She was right, it was so yummy!
They have the usual personal pan pizzas and a few new items that I haven’t tried yet. Good to check out if you’re looking for a quick bite!
