Who doesnt love purchasing things at a bargin?
I have to say for my kids, i enjoy coming to any Little Ceasars. Tonight we decided to go with the deep dish pizzas instead of the $ 7 for a large. We purchased 2 of the $ 11 Deep Dish Pizzas (pepperoni and extra cheese) … they also enjoy while waiting for pizzas to bake, an Icee Slurpee with Ice Cream. a classic favorite!
Con: there were no visible changes. for what it is, managment could definetly do more in the cleaning department. maybe take a little pride for cleaniness. customer service could use a smile.
Pros: Pizza was delish. wont be ordering those $ 7 pizzas no more… Deep Dish is the way too go!

Ordered the home run combo today for dinner! It was a combo of crazy bread, deep dish pizza, and a large pizza. The employees were friendly and helpful. It was only $ 20 +tax and only took 25 mins to be ready. It smells great in here! :)
The only reason I gave them 3 stars vs 4 stars is that the picture shows pepperoni pizza as the large but they gave us cheese without asking us which we preferred. Upon calling the store the manager, June, tells me that it comes with cheese or pepperoni and asks me «exactly what is it that you want??» I say, «Hmmm, I want to be reimbursed for the money wasted on a cheese pizza that Will not be eaten.» Long story short, she will compensate our loss with a free pepperoni pizza, which is why 3 stars vs 2.

The sign said «Lunch Special 11 am-​2 pm daily.» So I ordered the Lunch Special. «It’s not ready yet. It’s too early.» Um excuse me? It’s almost 11:30 am! Fine so i order stuffed cheesy bread instead. She stands there and stares at me. And stares at me. And stares some more. Hello! Anybody home? Then she finally drags herself over to the bread and boxes an order. I get to the register and it’s just as slow. Ladies, if you are not happy with your job so much that you make customers feel as if they’re bothering you, then get out because there are so many other people out there that want a job and are willing to work with enthusiasm!!!

I was looking to save money, hate myself, and gather material for my first negative review so a trip to a restaurant next to the Kmart restrooms seemed like the obvious choice. From reading previous Little Caesars reviews –which should tell you something about how I value my time – I expected a loud-​mouthed worker with bad grammar to audibly chew her gum while punching in my order wrong. I didn’t have any issues though and the girls were nice, all of which makes me think that perhaps previous negative reviews were simply the result of the impossible-​to-​please mindset of Walmart-​shopping elitists.
I expected the pizza to be good mainly because I liked it the last time I had it… when I was 7 and thought that a slice of plastic wrapped hormone cheese placed between two squares of crust-​less white bread microwaved for 30 seconds on high was also «good.» The pizza and experience both lived up to my expectations: I did save money, the pizza was «good» enough, and though I don’t necessarily hate myself right now I don’t think my current level of self esteem would be optimal for me to sit down in front of a potential employer or first date and «tell them about myself.»
I’m giving them 3 stars because while they’re not perfect, I realize that by having made a conscious decision to go to Kmart, neither am I.

If I had a choice I wouldn’t have even gave this place 1 star, customer service here always suck, workers don’t smile, don’t greet you and they always seem annoyed while helping prepare your order.

After school I took my kids to get some yummy pizza. I had my son wait 20 minutes for it and when I met up with him it only had ⁷⁄₈ slices in the box. I told him to go back n let them know it was missing a slice and they told my son maybe it’s because he ate it. I spoke with the manager there. Unprofessional, very rude… She insisted there was 8 slices when I know for a fact my son did not eat or drop the pizza. Since it seemed impossible for me to get the 8 slices I paid for, I asked for my money back. BUT I didn’t have my receipt because they took it when my son showed it to pick up. Another customer, who surprisingly was a district manager for Wendy’s, interrupted and offered to pay for my slice. He asked the manager if she was trained on customer satisfaction because he has never seen such horrible customer service.

Terrible service bad attitudes no class or professionalism when management is poor the workers are poor get it together little Caesars

Little Caesars isn’t my favorite pizza joint but their pizzas aren’t bad and you can’t really beat $ 7 for a large pizza. It was my first time to this Little Caesars location in the Kapolei K-​Mart. The restaurant itself was unimpressive and the customer service was a bit slow but overall not bad. They have a large seating area with ample tables and chairs but the floors were disgusting. The tiles were sticky and covered in black streaks. Sadly, this seems to by typical of all the Little Caesars restaurants in the Hawaii K-​Marts.
What prompted me to write this review was their new pretzel crust pizza. It’s the most sinful thing they serve right now. I had a slice of pepperoni pretzel crust pizza and it tasted like I was eating a thousand calories. Yes, it was that good. If the crust that was sprinkled with pretzel salt wasn’t bad enough, there was even more cheese under the cheese and pepperoni slices. The pizza was loaded with nacho cheese that oozed out of the slice after every bite. Can you imagine my pain and pleasure at the same time? I love nacho cheese and it made the pizza taste a million times better. In my head, I knew that the added salt and cheese was clogging my arteries but in my heart I knew that it was one of the best things that Little Caesars has done for me.
I’m not sure if the self-​indulgent pretzel pizza is here to stay but if it’s a limited time item on the menu, I will always go for my Italian Cheese Bread which isn’t any healthier. My usual ICB are breadsticks topped with a generous amount of melted cheese, smothered in butter and has Italian seasoning sprinkled on the top. Yup. Places like Little Caesars are the reason I don’t make any health or weight-​related New Year’s resolutions. No self-​control and no fun without cheese!

Casual. The service tonight wasn’t that great or like usual because they were closing 15 minutes after we arrive. It’s little Caesars so I don’t expect much. To me as long as price is cheap and pizza is good.

I went to the location 2x in October. Both of these times they had nothing prepared! 5 minute waits for bread and even longer for pizza’s I mean nothing was available.
Which I can deal with. What gave them a 1 star is the rudeness of the employee and the manager. They have this sweat older women worker who takes your order, they are rude to her and yell at her infront of customers.
This older lady only try’s to help customer and says sorry for the waits. When she attempts to help them by loading another load of bread sticks they SCREAM at her, that they are taking care of it. Well if you were taking care of it why are we all waiting.?.

I don’t care for Little Caesar’s, but when down to the last few bucks in the wallet, after giving the rest to kmart, whatyougonnado.
This location (Kapolei Kmart) DOES NOT have veggie slice like Waikele does. Why? :’(
Anyway, today the cashier was SO slow. Seriously, there are TWO registers there. Can someone open the other one? I actually thought about leaving my boxed slices there and leaving. Stuck it out, finally made it out, got to the parking lot and feel the boxes… COLD…
