Taco Bell

Haven’t been here in a long time. Ordered a cantina power bowl and we get to the window and they gave us a burrito yet the power bowl was on the screen when we ordered it. So we told them that and they asked for the burrito back and made it seem like it was our fault. I’m sorry you messed up our order. And even more so, you give us attitude and resell the burrito? That’s gross.

Workers are rude. Food was a mess and they got my order wrong but didn’t care to fix it or apologize. Smh. Never again will I be eating here.

One Word: Breakfast!
Taco Bell has breakfast now! OMG. It is the best thing ever.
There is your typical fast food hash brown but they also have breakfast burritos with either bacon, sausage or steak. I also tried a a Cinnabon fried mini donuts that were tasty.
My favorite breakfast item is the crunch wrap which is an octagon shaped tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, a hash brown and salsa. Yum!
Dining inside is open at 6am. Drive thru is also available by 6am as well.
Try the breakfast! It will revolutionize fast food breakfast.

I come in to this Taco Bell quite often. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is what you would expect from Taco Bell, but it’s always hot and made to order. The service is accurate and my orders almost always perfect. Inside the restaurant is clean and never unappetizing. It’s always nice and cool. I enjoy my Taco Bell and this Kapolei location is worth a try.

Been here twice when coming from Waianae after the beach… don’t do it! The drive through is super super slow. The manager was nice though and gave us a free drink for the 25 minute wait. This happened to us twice! That was my ignorance, should’ve kept driving…
Staff is nice but for some reason, the drive through is slow.

Came in today to dine in for lunch. Awesome customer service as I walked in the door. Fast service and smiles! As I sat here eating, the cleaning of tables were kept up, smiles and greetings were said to every customer as they walked through the door. My food was made neatly and my taco was packed! Fantastic job Wednesday crew! Thank you for a great lunch!
Just as I was about to leave, a couple was walking out, (Mrs. Who is handicapped.) the person in register saw, ran out from behind the counter, and opened the door for them! Awesome!

This is the third time they got my order wrong within 2 months when going through the drive thru. I thought I was okay because I did a quick check before I drove off! I was wrong! I got home and was missing 5 items! I have a big family and this is our affordable treat every once and a while. I tried calling them with phone number on receipt and went straight fax. I packed my kids back in the car, drove back to get the the rest of my food and didn’t even get a real apology, even after I mentioned the last 2 times they screwed up. Angry and disappointed!

Here tonight to check out there New Quesalupa! First saw this on a YouTube Channel. they made it look soo yummy,. 3 days later and were here to find out for ourselves.
Ordered 1 for me and 1 for my husband… parked the car to get a good look! First thing we noticed was the packaging that the Quesalupa was wrapped in. very clever and kept all the fall out of lettuce, tomatoe, meat and cheese!
Overall it was yummy, almoat like a deeper fried Chalupa. Would i order it again? Sure why not.

A great place to have lunch with my mom especially when we have coupons to use. But one get the second one free. Great tacos and burritos. Want healthy go for taco salad. Need a side dish enjoy some cinnamon twist yummy.

We went through the drive thru for lunch today. Before I left the window I looked through the three bags of our order and noticed our salsa wasn’t in our bag so I had to ask for that. As I released my break I noticed we didn’t have our drinks. I had to pull back to the window for that! Then to top of our visit, I ordered two chicken burritos and asked and paid for extra sour cream. When we got back to our room both chicken burritos were dry. No sour cream and neither was their the guacamole sauce! I called the manager and shared our experience and she took my name and said she’d replace our meal on the next visit. The two stars were for the customer service given by the manager, she was really apologetic!

I’ve been to TB in Kapolei, and the NEX food court. My 12-​year old and I get the same thing: chicken burritos, and the things are consistently better at the Ewa Beach location. By better I mean: there seems to be more filling; it’s rolled up ‘tighter’; and, maybe it’s subjective, it tastes better (I know, it’s all Taco Bell). My kid is pretty discerning for her age as far as chicken burritos go, so, bravo to this TB branch.

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. This review is not based on the food. It’s the speed (or lack thereof) of service. C’mon! You don’t continue training during the lunch rush! According to my receipt, I paid for my order at 11:57am. I got my complete order at 12:16pm! Granted, I did have a pretty large order, but if it was me, I could’ve steamed, stuffed, wrapped and served the order myself AND taken care of the drive-​thru orders! 15 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for «fast food». Needless to say, our tacos were soggy. And to top it off, the Mexican Pizza wasn’t cut. Ok, so after we got our food, just have to say, it still tasted good. I will still come to this location, because I live on this side, and the food will always taste the same. I just don’t want to wait an unreasonable amount of time!

I hit the drive thru and my food was ready by the time I got to the other side of the building.

This location is great. Never had an issue with my order, but if they were out of something, they were willing to offer alternatives. I’ve liked many of their promotional menu items; the cantina steak burrito is one of my favorites. Today is Breakfast Defector day (aka Cinco de Mayo) so we scored a free breakfast taco for each of us. Fun to try something new — especially when it’s free! The cinnamon iced coffee is pretty good — just the right amount of flavor and not overpowering cinnamon. My kids like the 5-​layer burrito and the cheese roll-​ups so it’s great that those are inexpensive. They haven’t offered kids meals in a long time, but with prices like these — you can make your own customizable combos for a reasonable price.
Pizza Hut/​Taco Bell usually sells a coupon book for $ 5 that is full of free items so make sure you snag one when it’s available (it’s value is so much more than the $ 5 you pay). Also, the Sunday newspapers often have coupons for Taco Bell, with discounts like a % off after 8pm. So overall, this Taco Bell is great =)

Went in to get food and paid with my debit card. Nothing wrong with anything till i check my bank statement. I was charged for two different transactions. Called to inquire about the charge as it had to be an error. Carol the manager could not be less helpful. Claims she has to research the error, even though i provide the date, time, and charge amount. Calls me back and cannot find anything in their system. I do not see how this is possible. How they have no record of the two charges if the bank does? I find it worse that an employee messed up and chose not to say anything.
I will never visit this location again.

This is the third time this has happened… I order a chalupa meal and got one that was ok and another that was stale. How long is the food sitting out here? Bs! Where’s the GM? It’s a fast food job, it’s not hard to make these things right! And no sour cream on the stale one either. Come on taco bell kapolei, get it together. :(

Lol I know this sounds Crazy but if you do it right, taco bell is very vegan friendly…
7 layer burrito without cheese or sour cream
Pintos and cheese without cheese
Mexican pizza with no cheese or meat –add lettuce and rice
Black Bean and rice burrito with no cheese…
Just add fresco To anything and you have another serving of veggies.
I cannot give a full five stars because sometimes they do put cheese or something else I do not eat on my meal accidentally, but we are all creatures of habit.
I will update my reviews of TB when I create new meals or variations to share or if new information about ingredients becomes available.

Best place to get a fast meal for cheap. I love their chalupa and crunchy tacos. The fiesta potatoes are good too. Service is fast and friendly.
Need to feed a lot of people but don’t want to bother about what each person wants? Just buy a bunch of tacos! Lol

Usually the service here is good, but idk if it was because they were really busy or what but the drive thru person who took my order had the worst customer service! That person gave bad attitude when asking for my order and I had to repeat myself 5 times on the things I was ordering. She was VERY sassy and had no respect whatsoever! I was overcharged and was given the wrong things.
For one thing, if you don’t like what you do, don’t f’n work here! It’s not my fault your stupid and hate the job so much you take it out on the customers! Second, if you guys are going to talk behind the customers back, at least TURN OFF your mic so we can’t hear you! It just comes to show what kind of person you are!
When things like this happens, I never wanna go back to that place because nobody wants to deal with rude ass people!
