Kapolei KFC customer service is ridiculous! The assistant manager rang us up. There was a couple in front of us and she was rude to them the lady asked her for sauce and she ignored her and after three times of the lady asking she looked at her like she was a bother. When we walked up to order it was the same way. She looked irritated at us she didn’t tell us our total I had to read it from the cash register screen. She was unbelievably slow and then handed us our receipt with an attitude and didn’t bother saying thank you or anything. I will most likely never come here again. Id rather go and cook my own fried chicken. This place needs to be re taught about customer service. You could have at least smiled lady.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went around looking for somewhere to eat in the Kapolei area before he went to work. We ended up at KFC because we have never eaten there together and we only like eating famous bowls. We never really went to KFC because my boyfriend didn’t like the sound of spending ten dollars on a bowl of mash potatoes and chicken. Well, as we walked up the door they have this huge sign for 5.99 combos. A famous bowl, a cookie and a medium drink was one of them. So my boyfriend and I were surprised and ended eating in and ordering two of the 5.99 combos of the famous bowl. Tasted like how it usually taste. Generous amount of cheese, corn and gravy!

eek me thinks not!!! if i could give this a negative star i freakin would!!! this has to be the worsttttttttt kfc in history!!! the manager is freakin rude rude rude rude rude!!! like i couldn’t believe she was even the manager!!! chicken taste soooooo old and burnt… disappointed!!! never everrrrrrrrrr eating here again!

no stars for this Kapolei KFC~chicken was overcooked or sat in their warmer for over 2 hours~chicken was hard and not tasty at all… I wish I could upload a picture of the drumstick that looked like the chicken was eaten or the meat dried off from sitting in their warmer.

Drive thru not too shabby. Very friendly service, although you’ve gotta know what you want in a hurry. I had just enough time to figure out that I needed something for my family so I figure I’d better scan to the bottom of the board… yup, there it was, «Family Feast». Whoa, $ 40! Okay, so it says it will feed 6 — 8. Taking it to my daughter’s so, we have five. That should do it. You get through quickly… fastest $ 40 bucks I’ve spent since Vegas! I was asked if I wanted HONEY and butter for the biscuits. Well, waddaya know… NO HONEY. And… if I weren’t so rushed, I’d have known this package didn’t have those little corn on a stick. Oh, well, served our family well for that night… next time, I’ll plan better. These places always get the «I gotta get something quick» people to spend more than you need to. Lesson learned. Oh, chicken was good, though the biscuits are getting a bit tiny.

I came here because there was a «Hot Deals Hawaii» special. Friendly, quick, plenty of parking.

Fresh Hot Fried Chicken, Hot buttery biscuits, and for a good price! Finally didn’t order a family meal like usual.
Customer service was really friendly, with a smile, and most of all they were quick. Quick because the place was empty inside the restaurant. A lot of parking space as well.
Key to the restroom? geeez, just like everywhere else on the island huh?
Pretty good chicken, and service, nothing that I can really complain about. I’ll be back when I’m craving that crunchy fried chicken!

Wow this place is ridiculous! I went in with my family, kind of tourists being from California, and thought we were getting a good deal on our family meal. 8 piece meal, $ 16, not bad right? Wrong! At this restaurant, biscuits were not part of the meal! Wow, really? Everywhere in the United States from Texas to California includes biscuits in their meals, but not here! Luckily there was a «special» for adding biscuits and an extra side for $ 5 more. Turns out, Potato Wedges isn’t covered in the sides and you have to pay extra here too!
This place is also a «free refill» place… notice there is no s at the end of refill, because you only get one refill on your soda. If you are with your parents that are senior citizens, don’t bother asking for a senior special drink or a discount.
At «normal» KFCs you can also customize your chicken like asking for more thighs and drumsticks. You guessed it! NOT HERE! You want more thighs, FEE! Oh well, at least we’d get 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks… so we thought! They gave us 5 legs and 3 thighs, and I guess you can say, I was done arguing with the stingy and greedy Asian owners. Way to make our race look bad guys!
Our meal came out to $ 26, and we ordered waters as our drinks… oh and despite the signs, they DO NOT accept American Express.
Never again KFC Kapolei, never again.

They have Tuesday deals like 20 peices of chicken for just under $ 20.
I needed a quick solution for a company pot luck, so across the street to KFC I go. The service is obviously fast, with all those deep fried delicious goodness sitting in a heated glass cover waiting to be packed up.
I also got some corn on the cob and mash potatos with gravy on the side to make it a delicious but junky meal. The cob is neatly wrapped up in foil and each corn has a stick through the core so it makes handling it fairly convenient.
Order the crispy recipe, unless you’re still hung up on the original. Either way it’ll satisfy the craving.
There is plenty of parking in this massive shopping center and the restaurant is really clean.
