pricing is questionable but customer service of the bartender was disturbingly poor. I’m a bartender as well, so I know that the hours of standing on your feet for hours upon hours can begin to change your attitude for the worse, but this bartender was counting her tips I front of new customers prior to waiting on them refused eye contact and failed to inform the customer of the bill before taking the card… It’s tough to. Are a living right now and I would hate for someone to lose their job, shut someone needs to put this bartender out of her misery and fire her…

Service was friendly. Good wine pour. I ordered simple apps in the spirit of time, of course, I’m at an airport. It took forty, yes 40, minutes for a cup of gumbo(pre– made item, just needs to be scooped out and plopped in cup). I am sure no one reads airpprt reviews be a use you get what you get. If this restaurant was outside an airport it wouldn’t make it. Nice people. Good wine pour. But that’s it.

Check my reviews. Usually don’t do bad ones but this place sucks. Don’t spend $ 25 for a sandwich, small wine and terrible service. Atrium Lounge and their grumpy employees make for an awful way to finish your time in New Orleans. Whatever mood you were in when you get here, they’ll do their best to ruin it. Wish I could put less than 1 star cuz they don’t even deserve that much. Sadly the entire airport isn’t much better. Someone just walked by and told his friend this is by far the worst airport. Gotta say, it’s hard to argue against that assessment. Awful. Hate that my flight is delayed 2 hrs. Get me out of here!!!

Wow… and not in a good way. The food was typical airport. You get whatcha get. The service was another matter! Look… if you don’t like your job, find a new one. If you’re going to try rudeness as being funny… let’s work on your delivery, because today, it certainly wasn’t working!

Don’t waste your time. Incredibly rude bartenders/servers, had to clean your own table off, and then go hunting for the food we ordered that never arrived.

The Atrium is the only straight up bar in Terminal C. It looks like a sad extension of the rest of the airport. There’s absolutely no character to this bar and it just looks like a waiting area. My glass of mediocre pinot noir ran about $ 8 before tip. I would have considered a beer, but the selection was a tiny selection of Abita. I was totally Abita-ed out at that point. It’s the only full bar(I believe Zatarain’s has a few beers on tap) so this your best option for sitting and drinking. This epitomizes a 2-star rating. Meh. I’ve experienced better. At least they gave me a glass of water upon request versus charging me for a bottle.

Thanks to the promise of pre-flight boozy drinks, we entered the Atrium Lounge despite its incredibly dated appearance and small allotment in Terminal C. We found a table in the back and I went up to buy a drink. It was an unorganized line to place an order(they should install a space for people walking up to the bar considering how busy it gets), but thankfully someone else in line pointed out that I had been waiting longer and said to order. I picked up my one and only Abita Amber(eck.) of the trip and went back to sit at the uncomfortable iron table. I don’t understand why this airport has made no attempts to create a decent environment for travelers, and this is the perfect example of the unfortunate dining and drinking areas they host.

Great airport bar! Bloody Mary’s have infused Cajun vodka and the bartenders host you like they would at there home. A lil pricy but it’s an airport bar what can you expect. If I was flying out of that gate is get another one pretty solid!

I’ll start with the good… food was pretty good and a decent portion. The price for a sandwich and non alcoholic drink ran me around $ 13 which is to be expected in the airport. The bad… I had to wait 47 minutes for said sandwich. Don’t choose this establishment if you are in a hurry. Lastly, the manager changed the channel with less than a minutes in an OT football game, because the LSU game came on. Everyone was screaming for him to change it back, but he said it was«company policy.»

How does a bar/restaurant«run out» of almost EVERYTHING on the menu? That’s just poor management or lazy people working. The manager of this establishment should be ashamed! B

These folks are just full of S. They have one entry im the menu called«bloody mary». But in the receipt they show two(2) prices: –titos vodka at $ 8.25. And — cajun bloody mary at $ 3. When you ask them, all they say is is «thats how we do here yall». Bad bad thieves. Why not charge me for the olive, the green beans and heck why not the straw too?

Where to start! Ok, your screwed. You’re trapped in N.O. airport. Sorry. I had the misfortune of stumbling apon this straight up pile. No table service… at all! Which line do you stand in? The one 10 deep at the bar? Or the line that wraps into the next terminal around the back? Yeah, welcome! So you order a hamburger. Which tastes ok, but 6 hours later you find out you got severe food poisoning. Sweet! Was it the meat or the lettuce? Or was it the mystery kitchen it came out of where people go poop and not wash their hands? Welcome! If I could stand in front of this roach mansion and warn everyone for the next two weeks I would. I guess Unilocal is a close second.

Computer went down. Line of people waiting. They can’t even make the drinks until the computer comes back up. What happened to pen and paper? And once the managers fixed the computer, they didn’t even stick around the help with the long line of patrons. Customer service is obviously a foreign concept to the staff.

Two guys trying to catch a 10 am back to Chi city after a crappy night before. Our flight was scheduled to leave the day before but due to flood warnings in Chicago the flight was laid over. Anyway. instead of killing time waiting at the gate we decided to hit this lounge. My buddy’s back was aching and the lounge had a few high top seats that offered help to his hurtful posture. So we moseyed(mo-zeed) on up to the bar and joined the bartender Clarice. For an airport lounge, it’s nice enough. Nice high top chairs at the bar, a few short tables for twos and then a row of laid back low arm chairs.(Would have been nicer if they offered charging stations or usb ports near or around seating.) There is one flat panel television located away from view of most seated at the bar but catches the eyes of those passing by. Pricing is relatively okay compared to downtown New Orleans, it is an airport lounge right?(I’m speaking to some of the other reviewers) For one stiff cocktail and a tall beer I paid about eighteen dollars. Back in Chicago for two tall beers in an upscale airport lounge we paid twenty two dollars before tip. See a trend? Clarice(bartender) had a nice attitude and brought a professionalism to tending bar. Had their been more time, my buddy would’ve had a couple of her bloody Mary’s. Not the mix, but made fresh.

Just an airport lounge bar, but good service & food experience overall. I had a Bloody Mary & Crawfish bread… recommend both.

Overpriced drinks, not enough staff, pretty much standard airport bar joint. Nothing to draw people except for alcoholism and the need to travel by air. I have both.

The officially launching pad of an enjoyable NOLA experience. This little bar is just that, a place to get some well needed drinks after a long flight, before facing the ills of baggage claim. Not much seating available, but a great chance to make new friends! Just ask nicely and pull-up a chair. Unfortunately, no power outlets to charge phone or tablets at tables. While no food served here, you can readily request a menu for the adjacent restaurant and they will walk your food order over. It’s convenient and stress-free. Lots of options, but I recommend wetting your palate with NOLA’s local brew«Abita.» The bar keeper was very friendly and talkative, making my transition into honorary Cajun for a long weekend an easy one.

This«bar» is a disgrace… the bartender was rude, I stood, ignored for almost twenty minutes, as did everyone else. No food, too small, loud – in other words, like an unfriendly Bourbon Street. I’d rather hang out in Gitmo than ever go back here… you’d be better off buying chips and water at the gift shop. If you’re going to put a lounge in a restaurant, do some research first. This airport lacks the excitement of New Orleans. Avoid!

This spot was a nice place to wait on my flight. Ms. Suzanne D. was super nice and efficient(which is always helpful when you have a flight to catch)! It’s A perfect place to grab a drink and light bar fare(wings, sandwiches).
