How do you manage to mess up an order when your the only person there? Didn’t notice until I was home. No receipt was given to me and wouldn’t refund me.

Popeyes chicken. This one didn’t have napkins or cups or soft drinks or sauces out for the public to grab and use. I asked for a hot sauce and was denied cause it wasn’t included in my meal. Maybe this is always the rule, but first time I’d been denied my buffalo sauce for the mild chicken my kids eat. Chicken is good as ever.

I’m almost a 15min drive from this location… Every time I come to this location, I spend just under $ 40. I order an additional Large Side of Red Beans and Rice every time. I am charged almost $ 6 with tax for this, and you guys forget it, every time. Popeye’s owes me at least $ 24 for all the times they’ve forgotten my food. This is ridiculous. Thanks Popeye’s for screwing up, yet again! Very disappointed.

If there could be a minus star this would be the location. I went there on more than one occasion, I should have stopped after the last one. I placed my order thru the drive-thru and was asked to wait in the spot for waiting since there was a line. I did that, A woman I work with who got off work 30 minutes after me, came thru the line and was out before me. I went in and asked for my order they said we gave it to you. I said, no you did not !!! I have been waiting for you to get my order together, since I ordered 3 ears of corn and you only had 2, they all started laughing and were very unprofessional and I called and complained the next morning to the manager. He said well, it was a girls last day so they were probably showing her«some love», well what about your customers. I left the store promising to never be back. My 84 year old mother who can only eat small portions asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw with her chicken, she got spicey fries(which she cannot eat. Maybe they should train their employees to listen to the customer, read back their order and correct any mistakes. this would eliminate upset customers. this is my promise… I will never step foot in this store again. Poor service and even worse management. The manager does not care about his customers only his staff.

This Popeye’s is awesome. Why do I single this location out for sheer awesomeness? Because I don’t know that any other Popeye’s Chicken sells all chicken for half price on Tuesdays! You know where I am every Tuesday!
