Was very pricey but was quite unimpressive. I ordered Top Sirloin which was quite burned on one side and unevenly cooked, it came with mushrooms which I left and everyone I talked into tasting then did not like them. The baked potatoe was the best part as the onion rings were not particularly special either but I wished better from the steak. I think they were a bit busy. My friend ordered a starter but does not like onions so he returned it and asked for one without. They did not give him another without as they were too busy, was his fault for not asking for no onions but they were not stated on the menu. I would have hoped they would have performed better. My other friend ordered fish and were satisfied. Servers were polite. I would not return.

So disappointed with this restaurant. We go to keystone often and try the various places. Thought the food was way overpriced for the quality of food you get. A weird dichotomy to have a «fancy» restaurant and a very low key bar next to it. I would drink at the bar but wouldn’t just go to this place for dinner again.

I was a bit worried after some recent reviews that were sub par. Let me assure you this place was a great ski dinner. We had a perfect storm of tired young kids and wore out parents. The older gentlemen waiter was a rockstar… The wine list was adequate and the food was very nice. The band next door was killer. The drummer even snagged a case of percussion stuff for them to jam with during warm up. All in all the perfect laid back delicious ski trip grub!

This used to be the best place to eat in Summit County. It is now one of the WORST restaurants to eat at! The food that has been served to us on more than one occasion is old. Steaks that have been served to us smelled and tasted like old meat that had turned. The last visit yielded«prime rib» which was funky tasting and chewy. Based on our experiences at this establishment, it is easy to say that the owner orders low grade meat and serves old meat in an attempt to be less out of his own pocket. If I had to use only one word to describe this place, it would be disgusting. The ownership and management staff are incredibly arrogant and are certainly not grateful for your patronage. This place is NOT worth it. Try the Briar Rose in Breck instead… even Ruby Tuesday in Dillon is a better shot than this place.

Let me begin by saying I have never given a restaurant bad ratings even if I didn’t enjoy my experience. However, our evening here was so awful I have to review it. To start the hostess was not at all welcoming, never smiled and almost acted put out with helping in any manner. We waited for a waitress, waited for our food and never did receive an appetizer we ordered. After our food was delivered we never saw our waitress again and had to eventually ask the bus boy to find someone to give us our check. Then there was the food. I’m from the midwest so my standards for steak are pretty high. The filet and the Montréal were both quite possibly the worst I have ever tasted. I would never go back to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I came here for dinner last night we were greeted by a not so friendly hostess.(an older lady who seemed to hate her job) We were seated and our awesome waitress Kyla came over a couple seconds after. She is why I gave three stars not because of the food. Now my husband enjoyed his food more than I did, he ordered hot wings as an appetizer which he thoroughly enjoyed and then he ordered the surf and turf for dinner. He got a large piece of prime rib(which was cooked correctly) and lobster tail, it also came with scalloped potatoes. He had the French silk pie for desert which I can say was pretty good! Now as far as my dinner, I order the fettuccine alfredo with a salad. My salad came first and it was just a few types a lettuce in a bowl with ranch dumped on it. I ate a couple bites and had to be done with it. Next, my pasta came and it tasted fake. I could tell it has sauce out of a can or a box. The noodles were over cooked and chewy. After about 6 bites of that I was finished. Following with my husband I ordered desert, the chocolate confusion cake… by far the best part of my meal. For paying over $ 100 for dinner I really wish I would have eaten more than 6 bites of my dinner. As for our waitress Kyla, hands down best service we have received on our honeymoon thus far!

The staff was great and attentive. However the food was less than desirable for the price. I was expecting flavors to be amazing. The steaks had absolutely no flavor and I doubt they were aged. The sides were very average. It was a small dining room and you could barely hear anything because it was so loud. My steaks at home that I make are 5 stars these steaks were a half star. I would suggest that the owner fire the chef and give the place a makeover. The staff made up for things by comping one steak and the dessert.

First a disclaimer, this is the only restaurant I’ve eaten at in Keystone so I don’t know how it compares to others. The service was excellent, as were the swiss mushrooms as an appetizer. My entrée, shrimp Mediterranean pasta, was subpar. It had delicious ingredients, but the flavor of the pasta was off. I did quite enjoy the shrimp in it. My husband ordered the filet, which was okay. It was cooked perfectly med-rare/rare as requested though. His accompanying salad was great with lots of delicious blue cheese crumbles. Overall, it’s not worth the money spent($ 25+ per entrée) unless you stick with alcohol and appetizers. I can’t speak to the desserts, but they sounded good.

Snake River Saloon. We didn’t dine here but came here to drink after a day of boarding. It’s a few skips from the lift and a good place to unwind after a long day of snowboarding aka falling and rolling down the hill. It’s a fairly decent size bar with pool tables, a patio, tables and some bar games. This place isn’t a club where people come to dress up and hook up. It’s a local dive bar with a chill and down to earth vibe. There was no bottle service, no big name EDMDJ, and no go go dancers. There was no love in the club but I’m not saying you can’t do it. «Who said you can’t find love in a club? ‘Cause I wanna tell them they wrong. Come on, just baby, try a new thing and and let’s spark a new flame. You gon’ be my baby. Love me, love you crazy. Tell me if you with it. Baby, come and get it. Maybe try a new thing and let’s spark a new flame.» The liquor selection is okay but the bartender was really cool. He let us DJ and choose songs we wanted to hear. Also, he was taking shots with us. Of course, this was two hours before closing when no one was in the place. We got trash, had fun and walked back to our cabin.

This place surprised us in our hunt for some good food in Keystone. Yes it’s odd that a bar is attached to a white tablecloth restaurant but who cares after a day of shredding the mountain? For a nice meal, this place had everything I was looking for. A place that wasn’t a loud sports bar for me an my lady to relax and chat. A place that had some nice cuts of meat. And a place that had nice service. They also had a great drink selection. I’ll definitely hit this place up on my next trip to Keystone.

One its over priced big time. The steak my son had was well done, my trout was over done w/nuts. The bread(home made was very good) The artichokes appetizer was boring no flavor. My son had the T-bone and mushrooms(very good) the potatoes w/chesse was way too much cheddar. and need salt… borrrring. I had the trout, was okay, but the rice side was dry, no flavor, and again… boring. Now the after dinner drinks. spainish coffee was good. I suggest going to Rita’s in Breckenridge on main st. EXCELLENT.

I do so like this place and went here for dinner on our way back from Aspen to our Hotel in Keystone. Aug 22, 2013 I’ve been here once before over 2 yrs ago and remember liking it. My hubs has been here numerous times and was craving some hearty steak. So it was about 8pm and I was starving. The place was average and not overly crowded, it felt nice coming in from a rainy sticky weather outside. This is what we had, also I took pics as well: NIghtly special — Salmon topped w/cajun shrimp, au gratin cheesy potatoes — Delicous! the topping of shrimp and the sauce is what made it for sure! Beef Montréal– a Sirloin steak with seasoning, medium. I got to have some and it was so tasty and cooked perfectly! The seasoning was Perfect and you didn’t need any kind of sauce at all! It may be a little salty for the normal pallet, like my hubs, but he still loved it. I thought it was perfect! He had his w/veggie medley. Cheese jalapeño soup– this was ok, the portion was only a little bigger than a shot glass if you ask me and not the extra $ 3. Hubs had reg, salad– his was worth atleast the extra $ 3. Honey butter and complimentary free bread — Love the hot fluffy inside of the bread. yummy Appetizer– Escargot– this was soooo GOOD! Oh how I loved the gravy juice it was soaked in and how they had the snail laying over a mushroom cap like a plate. It came with nice soaked buttery garlic bun and I loved eating it like soup and dipping my bread in the escargot bowl. Yums. I loved how chewy the escargot was and how the mushroom added a meatiness texture to it. I could’ve had 3 bowls of this just for dinner. Worth the $ 12! Service — same as I remember… Spot on and very courteous, always refilling our waters and everything came out in a timely manner. This was a nice dinner after the failing of our early lunch snack…
