I ordered flowers over the phone for my sister’s birthday. When I got home the next day they did not look fresh and they were not in a container I had asked for. I called right away to see what could be done and I was told I would receive a call back. I have called 3 times and still I haven’t spoke with anyone. I don’t want my money back. I would like a nice fresh arrangement delivered to my home for compensation. As you can see in the picture they are dead and it has only been 6 days. I gave 3 stars because Wendy was so nice and helpful when I called to place the order. And the girl I spoke with the next day was very sweet. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I am not happy.

Stopped in to pick up some plants. Stood in the garden for over 30 min walked around. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. I did need help because many of the plants were not priced. They had a random variety of plants. However I couldn’t purchase because no one bothered to help. Then the employees disappeared into the house. I felt awkward so I just left instead

As I live up in San Jose’, I called this florist «blind» back in Dec. 2013 in hopes all would work out for a surprise b’day arrangement for a dear lady. I rcvd a call from my friend telling me the arrangement was «ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!» I was very pleased all worked out. I ma one to ALWAYS pick out my own flowers PRIOR to them being sent out. So I WILL be calling this florist back. Wendy who answered the phone was very very nice & professional!
TODAY 02÷07÷14: I ordered a Valentine bouquet from Wendy and rcvd the SAME service as back in Dec. Wendy is EXTREMELY helpful!!!

Quaint little garden shop with a variety of items. From plants to pretty soap. This botanical house has lots to look at and almost everything is for sale including the furniture used for display.
I have used Kanani’s services for several years now. Even when I didn’t live locally I could call up, order flowers and she’d deliver them. Every Fall she has an Open House and locals gather for wine tasting and appetizers while the wives shop and yes it’s fun.
A couple years back I had them arrange the flowers for my wedding and they were spot on without a whole lot of instruction on my part. Red Roses and Sunflowers and make it pretty. Wedding day they showed up early and helped set them up. It couldn’t have been more of a breeze.
