Uniqlo has quickly become my favorite jean brand. And shorts. And pretty much anything with two holes that I can put my legs through. They didn’t appreciate me doing that with the trash bins, but they’ll learn. Anyway, this location is always bright, cheery, full of helpful people, and is almost never out of your size. Then again, their Chestnut St location is about the same. So, maybe I just like Uniqlo.

Incredible poor customer service. I’ve gone here several times for the great clothes, which are quality basics at an affordable price. The employees here, however, are a disservice to the experience. The checkout always takes at least five minutes just for my two or three items, with the cashier chatting away with other employees or just taking their time. Whenever I ask if they have something in my size at a sales price, it’s always the«what we have out there is what we have» and even when I ask them to check the inventory they only do it half the time. Last time I went they had security ask my friend to leave while I was in the fitting room because she took a seat on one of the ledges! We have never been treated more rudely. I generally don’t care about how competent the employees are, but I’d like to at least not be bothered or kicked out when shopping. It would be better if it was all self-serve. I really like uniqlo but the people at this location are consistently sub-par. I will be going to one of the other stores instead.

My shopping experiences here were very pleasant. When it comes to clothing I always try to stick to basics, and I love how Uniqlo has plenty of that. So far this store has been very organized and associates are helpful when you need a different size. On my last shopping spree, a team leader at the checkout told me about NYC’s flagship store. He was clearly passionate about the brand and his job — it’s always nice to see this. This store loses 1 star because of its limited collection. I wouldn’t mind seeing some of the special collections.

Good selection of pants & free hemming. Half the store seemed to be one type of jacket though. It was a pretty cool jacket, but more selection would be great.

This store carries awesome clothes, I shop here mostly for the essentials(plain colored t’s, socks etc) And if you’re lucky when their stuff is on sale it can be super cheap. This specific site has some very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Walked into king of Prussia and had NOIDEA Uniqlo had a store here! Staff here are even better than the 5th ave & Soho stores! It is a bit smaller than most Uniqlo locations I have been to but who cares they have one and that is all that really matters!

This location is not a flagship store, so not as big as others, but they have most sizes and the staff is pretty helpful and nice. They are willing to help with a smile but also don’t shadow you. This place definitely makes me feel like I should lose some weight. Be careful with some of those buttons on the slim fits :)

I had read a lot about this store on-line, so I was happy to see a location open up in KOP. All the hype is legit. The clothes are really fashionable and high quality and reasonably priced. I had heard that the clothing isn’t so good for larger people, and that’s mostly true. I usually wear XL shirts and L shorts/pants and definitely needed the XL for both here. If you usually wear clothing larger than XL, definitely not the place for you. Aside from the clothing itself, this location is kind of awful. Maybe it’s because it’s new. So while I was there, there was some flooding going on in the back of the store. None of the employees noticed, and there were a ton of them just standing around. So I mentioned it to a couple of employees and they could not care even a little. They were like yeah we know. And I told them it’s really bad and they should put up a sign or put down some towels or something. Someone could slip and fall real bad. Later on I saw that they did make an effort to bring awareness to the flood. I found a few things that were super cheap and when I was paying, my cashier literally didn’t know how to count. It was a little bit sad, really. He had to call over the manager, who was awfully mean for someone in a customer service role. Yeah, the same kind of Philly attitude where they are doing you a favor by selling you clothing you don’t need. At least the one who couldn’t count was nice. Pro tip — don’t pay with cash, it can get tricky. Stick to credit cards!

My absolute favorite store of all time finally made its way across the ocean and down the highway from New York City. I would make long trips in traffic to NYC just to shop at Uniqlo, and now I may never have to leave the city again ! Although much smaller than most Uniqlo stores, the Japanese spirit of low prices and high quality plus excellent service is well represented at this location. The staff are eager to help. There is a lack of accessories such, but perhaps with the changing of seasons more will unveil itself. This location actually includes children’s clothing which is slightly different than new york’s highly adult centered stores. There is only one floor, but the potential is there to expand. As soon as people learn of the awesome must have Japanese brand, they will come flockin’ Will be back again! Keep up the good work!
