Normally the Starbucks in grocery stores are not good for anything other than a drink while you shop. This one is different. They have an area set up in front of the stand with 7 tables with 3 – 4 chairs at all of them. I got a grande soy latte and it came out pretty quick and same quality as a regular store. I only gave 4 stars because one thing it was missing was a wifi hot spot. I used my phone as a spot but really would like the free wifi while working.

This place has really gone down hill after the original crew left to work at the Starbucks up the street. Seems like Vons just doesn’t care enough to hire and retain employees or even staff adequately.
It’s to bad but if I was Starbucks and this was a franchise I would have pulled it from them for mismanagement.
Current employees are doing the best they can but its hard when they keep changing every month

Why the F put a trainee to run the show by herself? She was doing a great job but after I ordered I waited for her to take 6 more orders after me before she started working on my order. Management should be kicked in the rear for stupidity.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 3 years now and the service is excellent.
They do not offer everything on the normal Starbucks menu like warm sandwiches but as far as drinks they have the entire menu a normal store front Starbucks has.
The lines move pretty fast, my overall experience with the quality and service are an A +
Honestly I walk in and they know exactly what 3 drinks I normally order ! I love it

Most convenient Starbucks location. I am a frequenter here because of three reasons: it’s literally walking distance from my house, parking is never a problem, and it is conveniently nestled in my local grocery store where I can pick up any necessities I need for the day. Employees are nonchalant, but I don’t really care to have a 15 minute convo with the barista anyway… I just want to get my coffee and get going. It is like any other Starbucks location with a little less food choice. I love how there are a variety of ways to cut the cals on drinks… but I’m hopeful they’ll carry almond milk in the near future in addition to the only other non dairy option which is soy. Indoor seating area is available as well but it’s more of a grab and go location.

close to my house, line is always short! so it is very convenient.
only downside is that they dont accept birthday rewards.
other than that the staff is nice and they get you what you want.

I don’t understand why a simple coffee has to take 30 minutes. Ya ya I know it gets busy but we all have places we need to be. Time management is important for all businesses, and just because this is Starbucks doesn’t give them any more of an advantage.
The fact that it is located in Vons brings more customers in, however, they do NOT strive for perfection. Why I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is really convenient, yet, I will never return to that Starbucks let alone that Vons because they do not understand how to serve their customers. I’m extremely patient. Imagine what it takes to get me irritated enough to give such a well known business 2 stars.
Please spare your energy and time and visit any other Starbucks location. It will be well worth your time and money.

Don’t have much to say, except that they serve exactly what they’re supposed to.
Perks: No line, Close to my house, Friendly staff!

I would have to disagree with Paul M. The service here is absolutely the worst I have ever come across at any Starbucks. Both times I have been here within the past week have been disappointing. One thing I can’t stand for is poor customer service and while once is just bad luck and catching someone on a bad day… twice in one week is a trend.

Well, it’s starbucks coffee, which I’m not really a big fan of. One reason is it’s expensive. But I gave this place five stars because the service here is excellent.
