Terrible service. Took over 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. It was cold and unsatisfying. Do not order from here.

The pizza is always amazing, I order delivery from here about twice a week, and I haven’t been disappointed till today. I thought I would change it up a bit and get a cheesesteak sandwich and a Salmon Caesar salad. They called me after I placed the order to inform me that they were out of steak so I substituted for a meatball sandwich which was very delicious, the salmon salad on the other hand, now that is a different story. The«salmon» that came on the salad looked more like a piece of leather, and had a strong fishy odor, and tasted spoiled. I’m convinced it has been sitting out all day. Not at all what I had expected from a place so close to the water. I guess I’ll just have to stick to the pizza next time.

Staff was nice. Pizza was okay. They have Med. Lrg. XLrg. We paid $ 22.50 for a Lrg Half/Half. Cheese, veggies, and meat were all really good. Crust was dry and burnt on the bottom :( I wish I could give 3.5 stars.

I’m a kabob hound. This is one of my goto places for fresh chicken kabobs with rice. I’m a frequent customer. Great service, friendly.

It was close to our hotel in fact walking distance. Pizza was good but nothing to write home about. The price was to high for the quality at $ 17.50 for a create your own cheese large & $ 21.00 for an extra large. For the price & quality that’s why I only gave it 3 stars.

I want to start off by starting that the staff here is very nice. However the pizza not so nice. I really am not a fan of soggy pizza. Their pizza is very soggy just like Pizza On Pearl. Both those places are very similar in the texture of the pizzas. What I mean is that when you pick it up the front flops down and the toppings and cheese fall off(gross). I myself am more of a crisp crust kind of person that like picking up a slice without it falling apart.

The owners are wonderful. The love they put into their food shows. The best cheesesteak in San Diego. The meatball sub is amazing. They make all the bread for their sandwiches from scratch on site. Fresh, organic ingredients and food made from scratch is. Great kebab platters and wraps. They import their rice, their absolute favorite variety.

Had the small pizza before my comedy event and it didn’t turned out great. Cheese was greasy and meat was too hot burning my mouth gums, in need of improvement.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We decided to order a pizza from there because we had a gift card from . If you go on that site you will see a they are participating restaurant. When we got there the lady told us, sorry we don’t accept it. That is ridiculous. Why would you mislead people like that? False advertising. If a business is shady enough to do this, I would definitely not trust them. There are many options in La Jolla, so make sure you choose one of those and not Pizza Pronto.

Was not digging this pizza especially when there is a lot more choice in La Jolla. Bland and I was still hungry after I scarfed down two tiny slices. The place is really small and the food is just not up to par in my book. I will not be returning for a second go around. La Jolla has just so many choices for pizza and you have to get me on the first visit.

I was on vacation and used an app to find a local pizza place. We tried their pizza and salads twice and both times were great. A little costly but better than the hotel’s price of pizza. Chicken kabob salad was fabulous. I would definitely eat there again.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! Stay Away!!! Pizza is anything but Pronto! Crooks! My story I ordered the small/regular sized la jolla style pizza and a caeser salad for delivery @ 6:30 on a Sunday night and tipped on my card which was a HUGEMISTAKE. Fast forward to 7:50 and to my astonishment there was still no pizza, when mind you I could walk to Pizza Pronto in 15 minutes and that’s being modest, so I decide to call and see what’s up. A nice kid picks up and said it was on the way and it would be there any minute, so I said ok, and thank you. Fast forward another twenty minutes and there’s still no pizza or salad so by this time I am starting to get upset and decide to call them again. The same kid picks up and proceeds to put me on hold(only he just put the phone down) and I hear him pick up the other line and it’s another customer calling for the same reason and he tells them the exact same story he told me about it being minutes away. When he comes back to the phone he actually decides to check on the order and discovers it was never delivered. hmmmm He then says it would take another 40 minutes, and by this time I’m livid and he offers the pizza for free which I decline and tell him to cancel the order. After a minute I had second thoughts and figured wth, if it’s free I’ll take it so I call back and let him know I’ll take him up on the offer. Ten minutes later some girl shows up with my order and hands me the food and receipt. With the dogs barking at the door and me focusing on suppressing my anger, I mistakenly signed it and she went on her way. Realizing what I did I immediately called Pizza Pronto to let them know that I had mistakenly signed it so if he could rectify that would be awesome. To that he said he had to call the manager to get the code, but that it would be taken care of so I said thank you and goodbye.(forever) Only I was not so fortunate and ten minutes later I get a call from the same kid asking if there’s anything wrong with the food so I figured he was just practicing good customer service HAHAHA boy was I wrong! I said it was two hours late, the croutons are stale, and I had to microwave my pizza. He then said that he spoke with his manager and that he could no longer give the food to me for free because I willingly accepted it???(more importantly they had my signature) I replied that I was the one who cancelled the order when you offered me a free pizza and you’re the reason I took it! I said that was not acceptable and I better not see it on my card and if they want to pick up what I haven’t eaten then stop on by and I’ll put it on my porch. He said he would get back to me, but I haven’t heard from him since. This was tonight so I’m waiting to see if they do the right thing and not charge my cardin which I will delete this post. Moral of this story: food is hardly decent and it took two hours and a huge headache to get a not so free pizza. STAYAWAY! LIARSANDTHIEVES!

Best pizza in town! Chicken wrap is a must! I’ve been coming here for years and can’t eat pizza anywhere else now that I’ve eaten here. They have an extensive menu offering everything from pizza to kabob to pastas. I’m addicted to their buffalo chicken.

I love the sirloin skewer basmati rice plate, that and an extra cheese with fresh garlic pizza hits the spot and has become a weekly treat. 2nd best thing about this place is that they deliver! Fast, friendly, and good eats. What’s not to love?

Service is a 3.5(if it’s not the owners) and kebabs/wraps are 5 stars and the pizza 4. So I went with four. I always go here for kebab wrap, koobideh kabob, or the chx Caesar wrap. These are my faves and when I’m calorie counting and don’t want to stick to salads only and feel like almost a sandwich, this place is one of my go to spots. their kabob wrap(no rice) or caesar wrap is delish!!! I’ve only had their pizza once and it was pretty decent. But not the best.

Dinner on a Saturday night, we came in and ordered a pesto chicken pizza. For a pizza place, they offer a lot of other food items: kobideh kebab, and other kabob type stuff, served over rice. They really should change their name to reflect the fuller menu of what they offer! I’m guessing that this place is more a quick lunch spot for the local La Jolla workforce than a dinner spot, as judging from this picture: Notice: no customers, no pizza by the slice in the case, and no staff behind the counter. It took a few moments to get someone’s attention to come out and take our order. I guess they mostly do delivery on a Saturday night. Luckily we didn’t have to ring the bell on the counter for service. Here’s the pesto chicken pizza we got: I was a fan of the dough — it had a nice flavor for the thin crust style. Also, they put a good amount of tasty chicken on it. Some places put tomato on their pesto chicken pizza — this is one of them, which was fine for me, but less so for my dining companion. The pesto sauce was lackluster. While they did have a few other people come in to order to-go food, the cashier would disappear back into the kitchen. When we finished up our food, I had to shout for some help so that we could get a box to take home our leftover slices, which made a nice lunch. Note: their online menu of pizzas seems to be more extensive their their signboard menu on the wall. We were originally intrigued by a pizza we saw online, but didn’t see it listed in the restaurant. Is the web site correct, and they do offer it? or is the web site out of date? Decent pizza, poor restaurant service. I guess the best way to enjoy this food is to call in, and get it to go.

Price is right; ingredients are fresh. Since I never order for myself, this threw the person taking my order, BUT they came through with a very good special with veggies and meats. I will hope they pick something more spectacular next time.

I came here because my friend had a groupon, and I will never turn down an offer for free food. I don’t think I would ever come here unless she had invited me, and I am not itching to come back. It was not bad though! We split a caesar salad and the three of us shared a chicken pesto pizza. Actually, that pizza was pretty good. Maybe I would stop by if I wanted a slice and was in the area. Service was fine. We didn’t really need anything because we were just eating pizza, and the guy working there was in and out between the front and the back, but we never waited around for anything. Basically, seems fine by me, but nothing too special.
