Went here in the afternoon, 1:30. 1 person ahead of us in line and finished his order within 30 seconds. The sub is great — one of the best I’ve had from subway. Not sure what the other reviews were talking about. Perhaps they get overwhelmed during the main rush-hour I can’t comment on that part. Veggie delight was very filled. They have extra pickles and sauces. Would easily come here again.

Visited this store this evening at 7:30 and I was in line and literally ordered 3 sandwiches and checked out at 8:15! I really felt bad for Bob he was the only 1 working and he was so nice but he was extremely slow! Sandwiches were good but service on that night was horrific!

Absolutely horrible service. We ended up walking away without a word in the middle of their sandwich making. The only girl that was nice was Mollie. Props to her for handling the line in a professional manner and with customer service. On the other hand, the other 2 were horrendous. They totally butchered the bread. I think my 2 year old could have cut it better. Plus the girl was chomping on her gum mouth wide open like no tomorrow. I got tired of repeating myself like a parrot after they kept on getting my order wrong. Plus no smile or personality, ugh.

Definitely not one of the better Subways we’ve been to… Year after year I feel like we expect the service to improve but it never does. The location is super convenient in Whaler’s Village which is easily accessible from any point along Ka’anapali Beach, but the service is lacking compared to the other places in the same food court. If there’s any type of line, it’s not worth waiting because it’ll inevitably just be frustrating, and although the food is similar to any other Subway, it’s not worth that much irritation.

Great location but the staff is really slow. The line keeps getting longer as we watch(we already have our food). The food is as good as any subway but some of the slowest service I have ever seen at a subway. And it was the same when we were here a year ago. Only walk up to the counter if there is no line.
