Came to eat here last night with my friend. They had nothing he wanted. No coffee no bread.. It felt unwelcoming. Not coming back EVER!

Pretty much the best rolls and butter I’ve had. Best pepper corn steak I’ve had too. Over all great service I like the ambience and the 1 man band they have not to many restaurants have that.

The service was not that great the food was not that great bad experience at the driving 20 miles to go there

Just had there lunch special, salad and baked potato. Right amount of food and the service was good. Yum!

First time here, giving this spot 3.5 –4 stars. Bread and butter is by far the BEST I have ever had period.!! I don’t even want to order food I just want this! We had the filet miñon queso, again super AWESOME! Can I get an iv of the stuff!! Wife had baby back ribs and they were … Eeehhh. I had the delnomico steak or something like that. Again awesome. I ordered medium cooked and no steak sauce needed it was sooo tender and juicy. Our server, Kristen was great by the way, glad she helped us out.
Only thing I didn’t like was the mac and cheese. I thought it was horrible! I won’t order that again and don’t recommend. But all in all, I will be back!

First time here. Blake was our server and was perfect for the role. Quick, efficient, good looking (wife does notice these things). Steak cooked exactly as ordered, cajon spices exquisite. Will return. Oh and fresh baked rolls stole the show.

Service is great staff was friendly and helpful, food … Hmmm, next time we are going to Wood Ranch (down the 15).

Came by here during Happy Hour, they do not have as great an offering as some of their competitors but their biscuits are incredible with their flavored butter. I did have their cheeseburger dip and their fried green beans.
I tried one of their craft beers then learned it was not part of their Happy Hour specials even though their menu states Premium beers at a special price. They have a domestic, Premium & Craft.
The bartender was really nice. The restaurant was kind of empty when I was there so we had plenty of time to talk.

It was very slow when we arrived on Sunday around 6. Good for us right? Not really. Ladies room was disgusting!!! The three stalls all were clogged and the paper towel dispenser was barely hanging on the wall. We used the co ed bathroom and there was no trash can? Weird but what ever. Sat down in the booth and all but sunk to the floor. The booth seats need to be replaced with seats that actually have cushion in them. Ordered our food with our server. He was nice. My Cajun ribeye was bland. Ive never had a ribeye with no flavor. My husband had the bacon wrapped filet mignon which was chewy. We both ordered our steaks medium rare. Which they both came out cooked at that temperature. Just poor quality of meat. Sad thing. The kids food was decent, nothing special. If you’re looking for a real steak house this is not the place for you. Save your money.

Fun fact… top sirloin is not a ribeye… the best thing was the rolls. Tiny potato, frozen green beans that were steamed… kind of, top sirloin steak instead of rib eye. Roadhouse it will be from now on

Good service. The staff was very friendly and prompt; however, the food is what you expect from a large chain restaurant. There wasn’t anything to rave or complain about. Food quality was decent, and everything was quick and easy.

I used to be a big fan of this place. The last time I was there, I was very disappointed. Poor service, lousy food. Really too bad…

Today me and my husband decided to stop for lunch after shopping. First impressions walking in the place it didn’t smell like a steak house and the front guy seating people wasn’t very friendly almost like he doesn’t like his job. However after that the experience improved. The waiter Josh was friendly and very attentive. He seemed to be waiting on the whole middle section including the bar and did an amazing job.
The food portions are enough for one person definitely not enough to share. The rolls with the honey butter are to die for very addictive. The sampler appetizer with potato skin, fried green beans and buffalo chicken tenders was delicious. The ribs were tender with the average bbq sauce. The sides are small but come out piping hot so careful to blow on it before eating lol. Mac n cheese was was creamy and garlic mash potatoes are a must. The salmon was not fishy but just bland, would not recommend.
Over all I would eat here again

Went there tonight with my wife, and two other family members. Pleasant enough décor. It’s a steak place so we ordered meat. One steak was under-​cooked and was of such poor quality my wife sent it back and didn’t want another one. One prime rib was ordered medium but was too rare it was sent back to get cooked. Since prime rib is served open, it should have been clear to them it was rare, not medium. That suggests the cook just didn’t know the difference. The returned meat was to her liking and she enjoyed it but the hassle impacted her meal as you can imagine. My father in law’s steak was ok. My NY strip steak was cooked properly but was not of the quality I expected for a $ 23 steak– tough and with veins. Side dishes were fine but nothing amazing. Service was fine.
In terms of the recovery, the establishment took my wife’s steak off the ticket without any hassle so at least they recognized it was their fault. They also gave us a $ 20 off coupon to return. Kudos to them for such thinking.
The restaurant isn’t inexpensive like a Sizzler so the expectations are higher. The quality of the meat and the cooking must be upgraded or they need to cut their prices to compete with other low-​end steak houses.

Went here about a week or so ago, the experience was okay. Service was pretty slow but the people were pleasant when they did come around. Food was decent.

I would’ve given this place 5 stars if they had BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich. I was compelled to write a review after reading other people’s bad reviews, especially the one about the buddy who ate 42 oz steak and his picture was not on the wall… seriously???
My family and I came in for a late lunch, about 2:00. Place was empty except one table, we were greeted upon entry and were seated right away. Our server was very nice and efficient. We ordered appetizer and drinks, then we ordered our food after we got our apps and basket of delicious bread. My Bourbon salmon was very good and the others ordered steak which was very good. Over all, we had a very pleasant experience.

The food is pretty solid. If you’re after a burger and some fries, you won’t be disappointed! I would not recommend ordering any of their steaks… yes that is counter-​intuitive to the name, but honestly their steaks aren’t that flavorful (overly lean, but some people like that). I HIGHLY recommend ordering the loaded cheese fries appetizer with bacon and sauce. Absolutely delicious!
I have had real Texas BBQ in Austin, TX and this place still does not come even close! But for California, it’s not bad for an average chain restaurant. However, after recently returning from a vacation in Texas, the food may need to drop to ²⁄₅ hehe.

Food– First off the food was amazing!!! I had the peppercorn ribeye and it was very flavorful and juicy my 2 sides were the four cheese Mac and the steak fries with bacon and cheddar. For dessert I chose the apple pie with some ice cream. It was amazing!
Service– The service was good! I was greeted with a smile when I walked in and sat quickly. Usually I don’t get good service when I come here but my waiter Josh really changed things for me. He cares for his job & recommended good selections on the menu. Next time I will be back for steak you claim!

This service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! My daughter’s mac’n’chz literally was KRAFT mac’n’chz it was dried & looked like it had been sitting up under a window of heat. The potato skins where soo extremely full of grease, & this food SUCKED! Would never come here EVER AGAIN!!! I ordered the sirloin & wedge salad from Wednesday special… Meat was sooo dry! And was just dressing & cheese! GROWSE! We were 1of 4 tables on the whole restaurant & I was all asking for water, drinks, & were Is my food? Did not take a pic on my own food cause I looked at it & sent it back immediately as my steak looked completely dry and salad was literally drenched in ranch with a whole bunch of cheese. Very disappointed!

This place is only getting two star as we have had ok service during the lunch hour. Generally this restaurant is slow in the kitchen considering they generally get the order wrong. The lunch wait staff is pleasant and does an ok job. Night wait staff and the two male managers we have dealt with are not good. They are not responsive to guest feedback and seem to honestly be part of the problem.
They have had promotions and deals to help get people in the restaurant. I like this however poor planning in staffing hurts them even more. If you do or have an event please staff accordingly. Also it would not hurt to have your best staff during peak hours. This helps your return business and customers satisfaction.
I have been to other locations and have enjoyed myself. This location needs to have corporate training and visits to ensure it remains open. I like the location I live within a mile of it but I go elsewhere because of my experiences. I try about every 6 months and am always dissatisfied. This maybe my last visit.
