Redemption! Toms #1 made it right. I met with Cecilia today and got my chili-​cheeseburger along with an order of chili-​cheese fries, no charge. Cecilia even threw in an order of those greek donuts. Everything was really good, especially the chili-​cheeseburger which met my expectations, it was very good. And my wife is now a big fan of those greek donuts.
Cecelia was very professional, pleasant, and apologetic about getting my order incorrect two days ago. She expressed her gratitude at letting them know of their error instead of just disappearing, stating that they can’t learn from their mistakes if they don’t know about them.
Good job Cecilia. Good job Dimitrios.
5 Stars for the food, the chili-​cheeseburger was really good (as was the sourdough burger that I received by mistake two days ago).
5 Stars for the redemptive service.
5 Stars for the price ($ 6.67 for the chili-​cheeseburger and the chili-​cheese fries before the price was zero’d out).
I’ll definitely be back, that california burrito (asada, fries, cheese, and sour cream) just looks awesome so I’m going to have to try it.

Stopped by here unexpectedly to get a bite to eat while traveling. Wasnt expecting too much. Well to my surprise, the food was good the service was great and I got my food in a timely manner. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely stop by here again. Thanks!!!

So, I am a fan ONLY because of their street tacos. BOMB.
DO NOT ORDER:
1. Shrimp fajitas — overpriced and over spiced.
2. Pastrami sandwiches — too salty
3. Burgers — plain
4. World famous chili dog — doesn’t taste anything like a chili dog. smells rotten.
Don’t even try their free donuts. Its free for a reason.
I would like to try their Homemade Menudo though just to give theirs a shot since their tacos are so good.
Service: Extremely slow (but the food is made to order so thats good). The employees are weird, dont speak properly or at all sometimes at the drive-​thru. When you’re done ordering, they end with «ok» and not «ok, pull up to the next window» or anything that hints you to move on from the intercom. Lol.
Anyways, I would recommend this place only for their street tacos or regular tacos even. NOTHING ELSE as of now until I try something else.

Worst service ever. Slow. Like the ladies behind the counter, all with fake nails (not in allowed in food service) just stand there looking disoriented. The kitchen is slow too. The food tastes alright, but Douglas burger is right next door, you see the cooks making your food and they put in work. No one can see the kitchen at Toms. Who knows how dirty it is or what’s going on. Go next door and save yourself some time.

Worst service ever!!! Drive thru waited 15 min for an order… My drink had no ice and the girl said she poured it when I ordered! I said what took so long? She said the cooks are new! WTF

I came in thinking it was going to be a burger place not knowing that they also serve Mexican food. I ordered a toms burger 2 patty melts one with avocado on the side fries and a chili cheese fries. It took forever to get our food then they put avocado ON one of the burgers which was the wrong burger, our patty melts were burnt and our drinks we ordered came out way after the food. The burger was bland to say the least. I will never come back here. The place was a mess and dirty. GROSS

I used to be a frequent customer here. Once a week I would come in and get tacos! I went in tonight 12÷15÷15 through the drive thru to order 10 tacos for me and my family. I always used to order flour tortillas because I don’t like corn ones. To my surprise, the lady said no, we can’t make those. She then asked the cook and he said no. I told her that I frequently purchase them with flour tortillas and she sounded unsure and said sorry, I can’t do that. Finally, the cook offered to make them but they wanted $ 2.79 each. I usually paid $ 1.50 on taco Tuesday! Needless to say, I’m not paying nearly $ 30.00 for tacos so I left. I went across the street to Archinalds and their tacos were buy one get one free! I then asked for flour tortillas and I was greeted by the answer «Yeah, sure we can make those». I ordered carne asada and fish and they were absolutely delicious! I will most definitely be a frequent customer to Archibalds!

Small Mexican salad, RIDICULOUSLY over priced! $ 9 & comes in the smallest to go box imaginable! Very disappointed!

I stopped in for some breakfast to-​go and it ended up being lunch time by the time I finally got the order. They do serve breakfast all day which is a plus if you get your order right. The girl who took my order was nice and she gave me some Greek Donuts for free since it was Sunday and they apparently give them out free every Sunday. Nice touch! The inside was clean, but it took about 30 minutes to get my order and I understand they make it fresh however that is still too long for some bacon and eggs from a fast food joint.
#2 Breakfast Special ($ 5.19) — This came with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, hash browns and toast. I asked for my eggs scrambled and paid extra to have cheese put on them as well the hash browns. There was no cheese on either and the eggs were way overcooked and brown. The toast was hardly toasted at all and the hash browns were decent enough even though they weren’t very hot. I was disappointed with this breakfast special.
Greek Donuts aka «Loukoumades» — I don’t know how much these regularly cost. They give them free to customers every Sunday and they really saved me for breakfast! I clearly wasn’t impressed with my breakfast special and the extras I paid for that I didn’t receive, but these Greek Donuts were excellent and it’s worth stopping here just for those, free or not! I can’t say I’d be back for anything else.
They have a drive-​thru and different specials on certain days of the week. Aside from breakfast they also serve sandwiches, Mexican food, burgers and fries.

I would like to start off by saying, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
I just left this location and came with my wife 2 kids and my parents. My steak sandwich was decent but not amazing, especially for 10 bucks. However that is the only decent thing I have to say about this place.
My wife ordered the Carne Asada quesadilla and it was literally soaked in grease. It looked like someone decided to dip the whole thing in the deep fryer it was disgusting.
My daughters bean burrito tasted like canned beans and also had the same grease issue. She left the whole thing there.
Lastly my father’s carnitas nachos were thrown together and was missing beans. When he tried saying anything they said «well you already ate them all» didn’t offer to remake nor give money back.
Horrible experience, sad because we love other toms locations. Stay away from this one.

How does this place stay in business? Waited in the drive thru for over 10 min with only 1 car in front of us. Everyone one moves at a snail pace. Overpaid for a bean and cheese burrito that was less tasteful than a 1.29 bean and cheese from Taco Bell. Asked for salsa and lady dissapeared for over a min. (Shouldn’t these be prepped beforehand to just grab for customers?) I was over waiting at this point that I didn’t wait. Never again. Save your money and go to taco bell or del taco… faster cheaper service.

Place is horrible. Thought it was so-​so before but recently had a horrible experience. The burgers had a weird taste. Not sure what was mixed in with the meat. The soda was some sort of knock off brand and it smelled like dirty water. I was completely disgusted and I will never return here again.

3 of 4 dinners tonight were great! Disappointed in the machaca burrito tonight. No seasoning in meat/​potatoes. This restaurant is very clean! The free Greek donuts were yummy! The 5pm cashier on duty 8−23−15 was friendly and knowledgeable on their vast menu! We will stop again soon.

If this was the worlds best hamburgers, then Taco Bell is the real Mexican food. Fries were ok.

I don’t deal with clueless girls. We walked in and asked about the daily special and twice got a huh… we walked out the door..

Whatever item you choose it’s going to be good. There is a bit of a wait when you order but I think cause it’s always busy. But the wait doesn’t bother me too much cause the food is always hot and delicious when you get it and having different shows on the TVs help ;) It is not the best looking place but the food is worth it. Hotter salsas would be my only recommendation. The micheladas.menudo.burgers everything is yummy especially the Greek donuts!!!

We’ve used to stopped by and sat thru seriously extended waits in the drive thru for the cheap family pack burgers and fries, but it was once in a while. Last week, I was running errands and stopped in by myself for a tasty lunch. I ordered a wet green burrito. Girl at the counter told me the meal came with rice and chips on the side and charged me almost $ 13.
It took more than 20 minutes, but my number was finally called and I found my tray with a wet burrito and no rice or chips. I asked a different lady at the counter for them and she grabbed a bag of fries off of a tray that had a pile of burgers and fries on it and plopped them down on my tray. When I tried to clarify «rice» not «fries» she argued with me they don’t serve rice on the side of this dish because it had rice inside the burrito. I gave up and took my useless fries back to my seat with my container of salsa and began eating my burrito.
That too was surprisingly disappointing! I like spicy. But the green sauce on my burrito was so spicy that I could barely taste anything else! The flour tortilla was rubbery like it had been microwaved and wouldn’t cut apart. The carne asada was dry and unattractive but tasted pretty good, until got closer to the middle of the burrito and pulled out a piece of chopped meat that was really 9 or 10 pieces of meat held together by a thick chewy stringy slab of sinew and fat. I’ve bought enough carne asada to know that this happens with the lowest of quality cuts and they just cooked it up and stuck it in my burrito, no attempt at quality control whatsoever.
I didn’t go there often before, but I certainly won’t be back. If I wasn’t already behind schedule, I would have waited the time it would have required to fight for my money back. I was reading other reviews… had to laugh out loud… I had seen signs posted that said they gave away donut balls… but I’ve never once been offered any in more than a dozen visits. Shockingly bad experience. Bummer.

We’ve driven by the 4 burgers & fries family pack for $ 13.99 sign a few times. Sounds like a good deal but how good can it be!!! We found out yesterday — the special actually included 4 drinks as well. Well… we like it better than In & Out (don’t get what the buzz is about anyway)! Also, I made mine a double & they even threw in not 1 but 2 cinnamon ball plates.
While we didn’t eat anything else except 2 street tacos, it was plenty of food for the 6 of us. We’ll definitely be back.

Okay… I understand how it can take longer to get food when people are cooking to order, but 20 MINS in the drive thru… and it’s NOT busy?! Are you kidding me?! This better be the most amazing food ever… I doubt I’ll ever come back here. They didn’t even give us our drink while we wait… by the way… still waiting…
Update: When we finally got our food… it was pretty good. I don’t think it’s good enough to come back though.

If I could give this place a negative I would.
After ordering a shrimp burrito and 3 street tacos I asked very nicely for no onions or pico or peppers.
We sat in the drive through for 20 min and then got our food. As soon as I got home I opened up my street taco box and there in plain sight was a long ass hair tangled up in a couple pieces of the meat. A little bit of hair doesn’t bother me. But what set me off was when I took a bite if my shrimp burrito and it should have been a onion and pepper burrito.
I highly recommend to stay the hell away from that place.
