Our lunch started out with the fried cheese curds, which were very good. For our main meal we had some Korean BBQ wings and some original buffalo wings. They were both pretty good. The Korean BBQ were a tad too sweet for my taste, but they did set off the vinegar-spice of the buffalo wings. The buffalo sauce was good. The complaint I have is that the wings were tough. They were very large and had lots of meat but it was almost unpleasantly tough. For a place with ‘wings’ in the name, I expected spectacular wings but they were only OK.

Came after work for some wings and beer with some current and former coworkers. Service was so slow here(after multiple requests with multiple servers) my friend missed the last train. They were too busy flirting with each other to help us. I almost felt the urge to get up and walk out since they might not have noticed us anyways, but I’m not that kind of person even though this place makes me want to be.

Went here for some take out wings… Got a nasty hair in my wings so I called to complain and the manager was super helpful and replaced my order at my convenience.

Whitney is the best… she is the reason I come here and the wings are always good! Decent beer selection and good management do not hurt either. I plan to be a regular here as long as those things don’t change I will keep coming back! Please bring back the jalapeño bites! :*

First off, when our drinks got to the table I got my ice tea and then asked the waiter for some sugar. He came back ten minutes later with some waters and without sugar so then I asked again and he didn’t come back until he took our order. I asked for sugar four times until I finally got it. Then when our food came they got my dad’s order wrong and it had to be sent back. He ordered a steak wrap with chips and salsa and a side of fries and they brought like a chicken wrap with fries and no chips. So they brought the right order and then when we asked for a refill of chips they brought us marinara sauce instead of salsa. Like who does that? It’s not hard to tell the difference between marinara sauce and salsa. The waiter also had no idea what half of the menu items were and we had to physically show him what we wanted. We won’t be returning.

Oi ve. My brother was cravin some wangs for his birthday so we decided to meet at the BWW near his house and well, maybe that wasn’t the best decision. The service, friendly, but boy, is the staff clueless and quite slow. Many errors on our order and had to ask for the same thing multiple times. Once we finally all got our correct orders, all was well, food was as good as it usually is and we left satisfied. It’s just a bummer when you go out to dinner and have to go through so much just to get to the good stuff. Again, friendly staff but it seems they could greatly benefit from some more training.

I am only giving 2 stars because of 2 employees that are consistently going above and beyond. One is named Mike, and I am unsure of the girl’s name, but I know she typically works the bar, but every so often works the dining area. Aside from those 2 people, I have never received worse service consistently from a restaurant. I typically go there 1 – 2 times a week with coworkers(not because of the service, but I do like the food). It takes 10 minutes just to get your drinks, then you have to get up and start walking to grab the pitcher of water before they will refill. They consistently get the order wrong(boneless versus traditional). What a disappointment to the BWW name. What’s worse is that we make sure to go before the lunch rush, so there are often 5 – 6 servers, and only 1 – 2 tables of guests and the service is still horrible.

Worst service ever. The ONE server in the bar area(Samuel) is too busy flirting with the bartender to tend to his tables. This place is so awkward and uncomfortable to be in. Wondering if your server is ever coming to take your order. I’d rather stay at home and attempt my own chicken wings. My dog pays better attention to me.

Let me tell you a little-known fact about me: I think chicken wings are a waste of time. I love chicken and I looooooove the fact that it can be flavored any which way or not at all. The pure versatility of the protein makes me a huge fan because I love changing things up but honestly, the skin weirds me out and the fact that the flavoring is mostly on the skin that I usually give a miss — they are just not my thing. I will say that I had a delicious lemon pepper chicken LEG the other day as part of someone’s wing order so I am a fan of those dry rubs used or what not. I don’t like things too saucy so this was a great surprsie! My hsuband, friends and I have been coming here for various events because the best party about this place is the 30+ screens and the channels available! If a game can’t be seen on our Cox cable at home, husband gets on the phone and calls over to see if BWW will have it and I can’t remember a time where they said no. They show Basketball, NFL, Baseball and EVENSOCCER! Although they don’t always open early for the English Premiership Football games my husband lives for, they did a nice set up for on of the USA World Cup games and even took reservations for our party of 10 to be RIGHT in front of a big screen in the main dining room. Very accomodating! I love that they have a dry hard cider on tap(strongbow) instead of only having the overly sweet American versions(I’m looking at you Angry Orchard) so they get bonus points from me for that. The place is just a bit rough at times… the service is usually pretty iffy and the food is just not impressive but they have some great promotions like«Wild Wednesdays» and the TV channel offerings that make up for it. An A-OK place to get a drink and watch a game during happy hour.

First time at a BWW and I gotta say I was pretty darn impressed. It was a slow night but the service was fantastic. The server was fired up and happy to work there. I tried the blazing wings and I couldn’t take the heat. And I’ve never ever turned down a spice challenge. I will say the wings had a bit too much sauce so that’s why I have it 4 stars. But all else was awesome. My wife had a chicken salad that they chopped for her. The beer was okay. But might have just been a flat tap. I’d go again for sure. Definitely a fan.

A couple of things kill this place… When you go on days with Wing Specials… it seems like the wing tend to be extra salty. Ordered wings one time that were simply inedible due to the salt factor. Service as well can be hit or miss. This place kind of makes me miss Hooters on El Toro. I suppose for those with lowered expectations for food and drink-this place is probably acceptable. For me, twas not.

So went here Halloween night– at the door one employee tells me that they closed, I’m like why? They tell me it’s special Halloween hours so close at 10:00 pm. Isn’t it the idea is to open on Halloween and on Saturday little late so you can get more people in? If the owner reading this and it’s not his idea you have some employees to fire. If you closing early at Least put a notice at the door. They sent few ppl away.

Went to see the UFC fight there the other night. The service was great but I was so surprised that there we could not hear any of the televisions! This was one of the biggest fights/events of this year and no one could hear the announcers! BIGBUMMER! Anyway, hope you use the $ 5 cover charge to upgrade your sound system. Hearing the screams, the announcer and all the craziness is half the fun! Buffalo Wild Wings in the Galleria at Tyler knows how to do it…

I like chicken wings. No, I love chicken wings. They are the perfect protein rich bar food for me. With such a large range of rubs and sauces you can always find something you’ll like. I came here for my cousins birthday party. His family is real big on football so they like this place. This was my first time here and I’m not a huge sports person. The amount of TVs in here is kinda ridiculous and over the top. It was crowded and I sat at a big table filled with a lot of my family. Our table was away from most other tables and was the longest table there. Service was good. Our waitress was really nice and helpful, she did a good job for such a big table and she waited other tables too. I feel like our chicken wings took a while to make though. I understand, I mean it was a busy Sunday night, it was just that I was pretty hungry. As for the food it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the best either. I was accidentally was served my cousins wings since we got the same flavors, but he got a bigger order. I ended up eating one of his wings, but then our waitress realized her mistake and gave the wings to my cousins. I actually got my food last, only a couple minuets after everyone else which was weird, but I was happy once I got my food. I got ten traditional wings, half with buffalo sauce and half with garlic parmesan sauce with a side of ranch. The wings were good, really moist and juicy. The sauces were flavorful. My favorite was the garlic parmesan which was creamy like a cheesy pasta sauce and had a surprising spicy red pepper kick. The buffalo was classic and went well with the ranch. The problem was that the skin of the chicken was soggy and chewy, almost inedible. I wonder how long those wings sat in that sauce, probably a while to get that soggy. The skin is always my favorite part of the chicken, but not in this case. Since it was a party my Aunt brought some cake which the staff was nice enough to let us bring. Overall this place isn’t really for me. I like wings but they kinda ruined the chicken skin on mine. I think I might stick with Wingstop.

I have found myself here a couple times lately — once, just because the other’s I was with wanted to, and the 2nd time because my car was being worked on at Subaru across the street. The food is pretty much the same as my previous review, but I have to comment on the service because it has definitely improved! I actually do prefer this location over the Aliso Viejo location now because of the service! The servers are attentive and I see managers walking around checking tables. My only complaint is that we came here on a fight night about 4pm and they almost did not want to let us in because all of their tables were reserved for the fight.

WOW! I was surprised. I came here in 2012 – 2013 and they were good. Nothing stood out at this location, but in 2015, they are a stand out, but not in a good way. Heres the break down based on the last 3 visits here: *Service — HORRIBLE. I sat in the bar area, not too busy, and made eye contact with the server, but it takes about 5 – 10 minutes to have him walk over to get the order. This happened on all 3 visits. It took having to ask the server 2 times for the check on 2 of the 3 times to get the check. The 3rd time the manager comped the dirty beer and moldy carrots. *Dirty glasses. Beer is served in a glass, and the bubbles that are coming from the glass after 5 minutes are from the beer sticking to the food and left over particles from another persons drink. GROSS. 1 time it had a big crack in the bottom of the glass, another had lipstick on the glass. Wonderful job cleaning the glassware. *Food — The fried items are good, nothing special here, but the veggies. It can take anywhere from 4 to 45 minutes to get a «veggie boat.» Carrots and celery. Thats it! And 2 of the 3 times I got this, was not good. 1 time had a pre-bitten celery which the manager took away before I could snap a picture, and apologized for that. 1 time the carrots had clear dark mold on them, and were slimy. Not a good sign to be serving rotten food. *Atmosphere — GREAT for watching sports. Lots of TVs and sound which is a great thing to have. Managers are quick to comp items when there are issues, which seemed like they are used to this. Bottomline. Watch a game here, but if you’re looking for fresh food, clean glasses, and great service, you’re far from it. I’d suggest going to Sammy’s or the Spectrum if in the area, but they will be more and doubtful to have sound on the TVs at other locations.

Came in here a couple of days ago with a party of 4. Service was great and we were seated quickly. –Ordered two large boneless plates(chipotle bbq, honey bbq, slammin’ jalapeño, buffalo, honey mustard were all had) –My favorite flavor has not budged: Chipotle BBQ still rocks my socks off and I ordered it both times. I also tried a new flavor: lemon and pepper. You can’t go wrong with this flavor either. It has a kick to it from the combination of flavors. I enjoyed this a lot and would probably order it next time. The flavors that I don’t like: –Honey Mustard Also enjoyed a few drinks. Angry Orchard, Strawberry Daquiri, and half a pint of Killian’s Irish Red. Promptly returned home to try and digest and ended up in a food coma. Pro-tip: Sign up for the e-mail newsletter, I have gotten a free snack size of wings(boneless or traditional) twice and also get a free slice of chocolate cake on my birthday.

Expensive… yes it is. $ 12.99 for 10 wings… that is pretty steep. I had a mix of lemon pepper and spicy garlic… both were good but I prefer the spicy garlic. I came here Sunday for lunch with my love and his bff… we were served by Christy… a lovely and bubbly lady. She did give us tips on when the specials run so we can get the most out of this place. She was attentive and quick. I am very pleased with our experience. Go during happy hour otherwise its pricey!
