always come here, through the drive thru. Very rarely do they remember everything. I always pay for whatever item may be missing. Disappointing every time

Very very delicious. Dear people on here who says it takes too long, I mean… Come on, it’s not McDonald’s… It’s high quality food… Anyhoo. I work close by… Food is so good. Everything I get there I’m Continually impressed… Tomato soup. Amazing. Delicious. Clam chowder. Amazing… Quinoa salad… With chicken. So much flavor… Greek chicken salad… So good… Every bread item is sooo quality bread… It’s clean… and my order is always accurate… That parking lot stresses me out, lol… But panera itself is good. I like how they have that take out shelves inside… Easy to understand and sort tons of orders. The older gentleman who works there, he is probably the owner or something– good customer service, friendly,

I used to go to corner bakery for breakfast but this place is much cleaner, nicer, and the food quality is pretty good. Service is fast and friendly.

Don’t order at the drive thru if you want your order prepared correctly. Last week, I went around 7pm and ordered baked potato soup(I even asked which soups were left first), and when I get home, it’s French onion. Today, I went for a steak and cheddar panini. I get the sandwich alright, but it’s COLD. No sign of even having been near heat of any kind. Cheese was still sliced. I shouldn’t have to pull my entire order apart and remove lids, etc. to make sure it’s all correct. I expect this when I order, especially since it says on their receipts that«accuracy is important.» It’s inconvenient to go all the way back to the store to get my order corrected. I am done with this location and spreading the word that if you visit this drive-thru, make sure you only order salad. Seems to be the only thing they get right.

The«Robotic«food industry. There is little to no compromise as to how things are prepared. Eggs have to be cooked one way only. Flat and well done. Reasoning food contamination. Really? Seriously? It’s the same egg cooked on the same surface just don’t turn it into a rubber patty. And if the meet is served hot on a hot sandwich why would you serve it cold if I ask for it on the side. Common sense people. Beautiful new store grate location it’s just sad that these franchise have no understanding of how to make adjustments. 2+2=4 is not the only correct anwser, 1+3=4 too, you get the same anwser just a different way of getting there. I hope they share this comment with corporate.

Drive thru in the mornings is absolutely horrible. Sat in drive thru a total of 20 mins just for a breakfast sandwich. Never going back.

I don’t mind studying here because it’s not nearly as busy as Starbucks, but for $ 5, you’d think that the hot chai tea late would be bigger and would not take 7 minutes to make… Disappointed with the portions but the taste is okay.

Love panera! I come here at least once a week for my job and love the food here. Prices are reasonable and I have always had great customer service. Last week I came in and my soup was little cold(i got the half soup/half salad) when I asked for another they did more than apoglize they got me a fresh one right away. I work in the food buisness I know how things can be but when I get in there its always fresh clean and perfect! The building is new and everything is perfection. Tip: sign up for their reward system! It will benefit you in the long run!

Today was a first, well, two firsts actually. One, I got to see what food in a toddler prison would look like if there was such a place and two, a sandwich was actually capable of angering me. I’ll admit, I am a bit of a sandwich snob, and my bar is set higher than most, but this was truly like nothing I have ever seen. I was embarrassed for both Panera and for the greater sandwich world for being lumped in with this poor excuse for what really is supposed to be just some meat between two slabs of bread. Well if that’s the case, I guess they succeeded. Oh, and the kids sandwich was pushing $ 5.00 and mine was $ 8.19, both w/o drinks.

I frequented the old location quite a bit and each time it was a great. You’d think that moving 50ft wouldn’t screw everything up but it has. This new location is awful. Each time I’ve tried rapid pickup my order wasn’t ready on time. The drive thru forgets to include basic things like knives for cream cheese, straws for drinks, forks for salads. Went in today for lunch and saw that French onion soup back. I got it to go, and when I opened it didn’t have cheese or croutons. Really? Those are the best bits! Worst of all it had a nice layer of grease on the top. So disappointing.

This was pretty ridiculous guys. I went in last night to get a half sandwich and a chai latte. Only when I got home to enjoy my meal did I realize the chai was all froth. It was barely half full. And i ordered a small. So you can imagine my irritation. Guess I’m taking my money elsewhere.

The star rating and review are solely because of Greg and the exceptional help he gave me after I had a couple of less than favorable experiences with the rapid pick up(pretty sure someone swiped my order… boooo!) Greg helped me when I called in to let someone know what had happened and(to keep a long story short) he made sure I was as happy as possible after the boo-boo on my visit earlier that morning. Will I keep coming back? Yes. Good customer service is hard to find and it feels good to know that if there are any issues with my orders that someone will help me with them instead of saying ‘oh well’ or rolling their eyes(yes these things have actually happened to me). I don’t like to make a fuss about little things because in the end, it’s breakfast. It’s not gonna ruin my day if my order is wrong, it’s just going to make me wary of returning. Luckily they have a great management team that makes me feel better about continuing my patronage knowing they aim to please their customers. Thank you Greg!

This place was closed down, and re-opened at 801 Rockfield Blvd with a new building with a drive-through window. It’s just on a different location in the same shopping center in eye-view of the old site.

Love the soup and bread combo, I always get a bowl and it fills me to, not to mention it’s under 500 calories including the bread woohoo! My favorite is the black bean soup but the turkey chili is also very good. I come here all the time for lunch, love that they just opened a drive through!

I love panera. Food is delicious, however their customer service could improve. The The guy at the register wasn’t very friendly. He wasn’t rude either just not welcoming. After ordering I couldn’t find a table. There were empty tables but they were dirty. I decided to sit at a booth and move the plates to one side. A blonde lady walked by and I asked her to please take the plates. She completely ignored me. I waited until my food got delivered and requested to have the plates, that weren’t mine, to be removed from my table. She did and was very nice. They could improve improve on keeping tables clean, specially during lunch time. Besides that my chowder was good and I enjoyed my panini.

Amazing food and amazing service! The food was fresh and tasted delicious while the service was extremely friendly and inviting. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Just found out that there is a drive through opening in September which is extremely exciting! Definitely will be going back soon!

Ok time to write a review since I have checked in here a bunch of times. Service is really fast from order to delivery. The girl at the counter could use a personality… she’s not rude or anything but not very welcoming and never says Thank You. I just paid 2 or 3 bucks for a soda that costs you a nickel so saying thanks might be a good idea… Food is good so 4 stars for you…

My friend K raved about the Mac n’ Cheese here. Since she had been known for having great taste, I tried it. K was right. Panera’s Mac n’ Cheese is nice and creamy. My guess is that they use Fontina cheese. There is no mention of what cheese they use on the menu board. I also like their lemonade. It has the right amount of tartness and acidity. The sugar in it is not overpowering. Panera Bread’s coffee has disappointed me in the past. Yours truly does not want to order the coffee again. For that, I have deducted one star. Their cashiers offer an apple as one of the sides. Choosing this over chips or bread seems like a smart move. The bread is a small portion of a baguette. In my opinion, the apple is a better choice. What my wallet likes about PB is the lack of a tip jar and obligation to tip. Their servers bring your meal to your table. They also give you napkins and utensils. Coffee and soda fountain drinks are self-serve. I am not crazy about their iced teas, which are also self-serve. I give a 4 Star rating for Panera Bread.
