Very unprofessional establishment. Very inattentive server. Children food came out after adults with a 10 minute ordering difference and the order was wrong.

The absolute worst Fridays I have ever been to!!! First of all!!! I waited 1 ½ for my food… wait pause I waited 1 ½ for the manager to come give me a free pick 4 sample smh I went here with 7 people there is no reason we should have had to wait that long for service as we each we going to spend a lot of money tip well and drink good. I will not be back her ever. The staff is rude the management thinks that a free pick 4 is the solution when the real solution is a re staffing of your entire store. Makes no since do not go here they do not value the idea of customer service. I have always been a fridays fan but not anymore the Largo location has turned me off I will go to Chilis!!!

Rude staff. Pasta was cold in the middle. Waitress took forever to bring me a check. I barely ate because the food was so cold. They only get two stars because my 4 year old left happy

HORRIBLE. Simply horrible. –Called-in a to-go order from a hotel. –Clearly stated the non-complicated order, after which the order-taker put me on hold to «give the info to the server.» –After 15 minutes on hold, sent my husband to pick up the order. –Appx 45 minutes on hold, someone picked-up and asked, «Is this the lady with the order?» She again asked me to hold, and then disconnected the call. –Husband arrives and discovers mistakes with the order. They supposedly fixed it, and he brought the now-cold food back to the hotel. Surprise! No au jus for the French Dip. Also, the specially-ordered sandwich was now smeared with mystery goo. –Called the restaurant to inquire about the absent au jus, and was told to come back to get it. –Husband returned to the restaurant, only to find the door locked. He had to call them to get them to unlock the door. –The kitchen staff told him they didn’t have au jus. The manager finally intervened and explained that they just didn’t know where it was. The au jus«dip» was put into a tiny cup, which made it a French Un-dippable.” –Of course, by the this time, everything was stone-cold and inedible. Yuck! I will never patronize another TGI Fridays.

Beware! Don’t make the same mistake as I did. I should of read the reviews before going to this Friday’s. SMH. I recently went to this Friday’s to meet up with a friend for drinks. I arrived first and went directly to the bar area. I found an open table and took it. The table must of just became available as there were several drinks still on the table from the previous guests. No biggie. I’ll just get the server to clean the table off, except the server NEVER came. My friend arrived 10 minutes later and still no server. There was a crowd in the area as a playoff game was on, but nothing that would(or should) prevent receiving service. In total we were there for about 30 minutes without seeing or being greeted by anyone. When we did stop a hostess she did clear off the table and said our server would be with us shortly. Again, they NEVER came. We left after being there for over 30 minutes without any service. I doubt I will ever come to this location again.

There’s nothing special about this Fridays. I met up with a friend after a Redskins game and grabbed a seat within the bar area. I was surprised at how empty it was inside. I never got our server’s name and he wasn’t very prompt. I never got asked if I wanted any food just drinks. I ordered a Bombay and tonic which came out a lot of Bombay and a splash of tonic. From a drinker perspective I prefer my drinks neat with barely ice so this didn’t really bother me much but from a bartending perspective the pour was had a little heavy. This probably means you get to see drunken buffoonary such as «table twerking». The service was very slow and it took about 15 – 20 minutes before we were able to get rung up. Service was with a smile though. Never plan on coming back here but if you like to drink… TGIF.

Is it possible to give less than one star? We walked in and were greeted with a glare from the host. He said it would be a 20 minute wait. There must have been 20 or more empty tables. He finally handed us a beeper. He was so snippy we left without eating.

Stopped here 2 hours after a Redskins game, only a 20 min wait which was a pleasant surprise. Nothing too noteworthy, good or bad, about the experience. The staff, however, is spread extremely thin it seems, especially servers. Our server had not one but 2 large parties and several booths, so was overwhelmed.

I’m giving this place a one soley because the food was good. The customer service however, was not. I was out on a date with my boyfriend we ordered 1 appetizer, and 2 entrees. When we were ready to leave we asked for take out plates for our food. She said okay and came back 10 minutes later explaining how we couldnt get take out plates because the appetizer was an unlimited promotion so you cant take it home. I looked at her like she was stupid. Why would I care about the $ 5 app when I have a $ 20 plate in front of me? So I asked the manager to come over and she gives me the same tired line. After letting her know I would be going to corporate she gave me a take out box. How petty? ?? I will never eat here again

The service is horrible here! The servers don’t come back to check on you. It took 30 minutes to get him to come back after asking other staff for him. The food is under cooked or the orders are incorrect. The shots are half the size of a normal shot. Even if you sit near the bar your service is going to be slow. I get that they play entertaining music but the frustration of trying to order isn’t worth it.

Been waiting almost an hour for food, server is nice, but this is so slow… We ordered a take out order at the same time as our lunch, take out came within 5 minutes and it’s been over 45 for ours… Confused.

This is probably the best Friday’s I’ve been to in a while. I loved it there! The environment there was very welcoming and was very great. The music was great and I was grooving the whole time. Our server was Chris. He was tall with a clean cut and mustache. Anyways my whole table had endless Apps so that made the experience better since they are only $ 10. Chris always checked up on us and made sure that my friends and I were taken care of. He’s a great server and very cute as well lol. Overall, I’ll give this Friday’s a perfect 10! I’ll be going there again soon.

I’m here all the time. One bad experience that warrants a review. Today. I bring my 4 year old for his birthday and I get 4 endless appetizers… We sat 39 minutes between servings and then the server«dashon» comes out and tells me «ummm… *sucks teeth* for future reference if you come in here and order endless appetizers it might be a while»… 1. Did this guy try and tell me off? 2. Is this justification for horrible service?? from now on I only come here for the bar

If this place weren’t so close to my job, I’d never eat at this location. Every time I come here and sit at the bar, I’m ignored for at least 10 minutes. When i order food to-go, it takes forever to be prepared. When I get it, the food is cold and in a much smaller portion than if I were eating in. The drinks aren’t any good. Either too heavy handed or barely having any alcohol. The bartenders spend most of their time pandering to the repeat customer and act like you’re doing them a favor by sitting at the bar. Thursday nights aren’t bad. The DJ plays good music and it gets crowded pretty quickly. I prefer the Bowie location. You may have a better experience, but after 5+ visits, I know what to expect.

Listen, I have been to some bad restaurants. This is not the top 10 worst places I have been but it is a strong 11. Why is the music set to an ear deafening level? It’s not easy listening music either. A lot of base and drum beats so not only is it loud, but you literally feel the music shaking you. It makes NO sense. Forget trying to talk to anyone without yelling. It took 15 mins to get seated. When we were seated we got no silverware. Service was slow, but that was to be expected. There were 2 large parties there and the place was busy. We were ignored at our table until one of the hostesses spotted that no one was taking our orders. The waitress came over and we ordered immediately. When the appetizers came out, still no silverware. The manager had to bring them to us. The water tastes like tap water taken out of the Potomac river. When we got our apps, we got no app plates. The chicken wing bites were ice cold in the middle. Plus we asked for blue cheese and got ranch. The tostado nachos were missing the beef and retried beans — so it was essentially a cracker with cheese. The mistake came when we asked the waitress to add chicken. They substituted the beef and beans with chicken. My cheeseburger was MIA for a half hour. When I got it, the fries were cold. The edges of my cheeseburger were burned and bitter from the charring. The manager visited us and said they would take off the chicken nacho app. When we got our app plates, mine was wet with what appeared to be a very small blade of grass that was black. Stay away. The only positive about this place is the manager. He was doing everyone else’s job at Mach 10. We gave him the tip and not the waitress, who we saw 3 times(once to take our order, once to bring us the wrong app, and once when she walked right by us)

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with«hot and fresh out the kitchen.» No, this was not a cheesy coordinated staff greeting. Instead, the restaurant had a famous singer blaring through the speakers. I was admittedly a little taken aback by the volume and type of music played, but as a fan of R&B I wasn’t too bothered. My dining companion and I were seated shortly after entering the restaurant. That is, unfortunately, where the convenience ended. The seats at which we were sitting were literally falling apart and after our initial conversation with the waitress, it was hard to get her attention despite the fact that the restaurant was almost entirely empty. When it was time to order we decided to try something different as this Friday didn’t offer the specials we were accustomed to. I opted for the medium well sirloin with broccoli, mashed potatoes, and ribs. My companion got almost the exact same thing but opted for Jack Daniel-flavored ribs. (Don’t judge. I got the ribs for the sole purpose of having leftovers to enjoy later.) Now, normally restaurants seem to have a policy of delivering food and drinks to everyone at the table simultaneously. This was not the case here. For both our food and our drinks, one of us would get what was ordered a significant amount of time before the other. This was particularly strange given the fact that we ordered similar things. Anyways, onto the actual food. I took a picture of my meal in case anyone is wondering. When I got my food, I was initially disappointed. My broccoli looked like it had been around for a while and had been heated in a microwave. Nevertheless, I pushed past my disappoint to bite into my food. After battling it out with my sirloin, whose exterior was much tougher than I expected, I was rewarded with a succulent steak. It seemed well seasoned and, oddly enough, paired well with the BBQ sauce meant for the ribs. There was something about those two tastes that complimented each other and more than made up for the disappointing broccoli and mediocre mashed potatoes. Now, of course, I just had to try the ribs out. For Unilocal, course. ;) The ribs were practically falling off the bone, but paired awkwardly with the BBQ sauce. I tried some of my companion’s Jack Daniel ribs and felt that it seemed like a more palatable combination. I thought it was a decent deal for the price I paid. I just wish we didn’t have to do so much waiting on our waitress and for one another to get what was ordered. Generally, I enjoy this chain restaurant, but this particular location left much to be desired in terms of customer service.

I went to this Friday’s 2 nights ago and had quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. It was horrible! And I’ve been to this location several times before without incident(hence the 2 stars) but this night took the cake for me. Off the bat the music was so loud that my friend and I couldn’t have a normal conversation, we had to scream back and forth at each other and there was a lot of «huh? What’d you say?» happening. Were seated after about a 10 minute wait and given menus to look over. The waitress came over within about 5 minutes of us sitting down so that wasn’t too bad but after that it went downhill… FAST. I ordered a mango lemonade and my friend a strawberry lemonade. We also put out orders in and I tried to order the pick 2 with spinach dip and cajun shrimp and chicken pasta but the waitress said that pasta had never been an option on the pick 2 menu at that location… LIES! I had been there about a month earlier and ordered that exact combo after going to see 50 shades of grey at the Magic Johnson Theater. I told her that and she continued to dispute with me so I let it go and got the pasta only… A little perturbed. I knew at this point that things wouldn’t get any better. My friend still had hope, but I was right. Since our drinks come from the bar I expected to wait for them for a little while but not for 20 minutes! Yes, it took that long to get our NON-alcoholic drinks. The waitress did not come back that whole time to check on us or offer an explanation. When she finally came with our drinks I asked that she just put our refills in right away so that we wouldn’t be without drinks for a period of time again. She refused and said she would keep an eye on us and come back when we were almost finished to give us refills. I was baffled but didn’t feel like arguing with her again. I knew, once again that was a LIE. We sipped slowly but still finished our drinks before she made it back and were once again without anything to drink for who knows how long… Maybe about 5 minutes. She finally came back, took our cups to the bar and they were REUSED… They didn’t even change out the straw. Idk about you, but to me it’s off putting to get a straw with lip prints on it because it could be mine but it could also not be mine. And it’s not sanitary to have something that was in my mouth behind the bar where you’re mixing drinks. What if the ice scoop touched my straw? That just didn’t sit right with me because apparently that’s a common practice here since she knew to do that. Anyway, so after being delivered 2 or 3 plates of food that we didn’t order and having to constantly explain that it wasn’t ours we finally got our food… My friend’s burger and my pasta. Her burger looked great and she enjoyed it, my pasta however was clearly burned. It had black and brown bits all through it and big chunks of burnt bits that had been scraped up from the bottom of the pan. The shrimp was overcooked and the whole dish tasted burnt. I couldn’t believe they had actually served that to me! The cook clearly didn’t care enough to restart the dish after he realized he burned it and the wait staff apparently didn’t notice that it didn’t look right. Is there no measure of quality control? I sent it back and the waitress said she’d get me a new one. Apparently there was no urgency even tho the kitchen was due to close in 25 minutes. After 15 minutes had passed I cancelled my order and left hungry. Ended up going to Wawa. I won’t be returning to this Fridays.
