AFTER3pm close your doors. I am still very disappointed with this location. Out of donuts and they go stale quickly. What’s the point of being open of your product is not available.

Been to many DD locations this is far the worst, not that many selections and sub par customer service.

I love iced mocha lattes and I just needed a fix. I tried DD again the as I should have known, it was bullshit. The service and my drink. My cup was all messy & they didn’t bother to clean it up. I ask for some napkins and I got one! ONE! I love DD, but this location is just shit.

I stopped by, but they had closed early. The sign was still on, and the employees were still there. Very disappointed in their unwillingness to serve me, even though they should still have been open another 7 minutes. As a former waitress, I know it can be frustrating to have last minute customers — but I drove out of my way for a donut!

I usually find Dunkin’ Donuts consistent and pretty good. This location, not so much. They also don’t have much selection for Munchkins.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. An amazing experience as always. My extra-large blueberry coffee with cream and no sugar was amazing. I also got a red velvet latte to go. That was tasty, if not a little too sugary for my taste, but I’m grateful that Dunkin Donuts is creative with their drinks. The free wi-fi was appreciated, too. I love Dunkin Donuts. Oh yes, I do!

I go to dunkin donuts at least 3 times a week and last night my wife picked me up 3 chocolate cream filled donuts and the person that filled the order put them upside down inside a sack, can you imagine 3 chocolate cream filled upside down on top of the bottom of the next, it was a mess to say the least and my wife is taking them back this morning and I will let you know what they do. They always dissapoint me with their selection. They are always out of donuts. I went through the drive thru and asked for five different donuts they were out of? What, they are a donut shop that makes them on site… This has been going on since opening… unacceptable. The floor inside is always dirty when I come in. They take forever to fill your order. They have been out of large cups on different occasions. The parking situation is terrible. I say they need to step up their game because the food isnt that good. I was a regular that came a least 3x a week with my family now I come like once a month if that.

Well we went to grab a dozen donuts around 5pm yesterday. They hardly had any doughnut available. I asked how often they make donuts. I was told the morning shift makes the donuts for the evening shift and the evening shift makes the donuts for the morning shift. So that means you don’t get fresh donuts in the morning you get donuts from the night before.(Yuck) We picked up some donuts with filling in them and there was hardly any filling in them at all.(Sad) Overall I feel like the staff needs a little more training on how to prepare the donuts and I think the managers need to look at the business model again because they are an embarrassment to Dunkin’ Donuts. I’d rather drive all the way to El Paso and get Krispy Kreme than go to the Dunkin’ Donuts that’s five minutes from my house. Keep working at it DD!

I took my two young children to this location for a special treat. Upon waiting in the line that was all the way out the door, I was told that the only donuts available were cake donuts. Hm, ok. Not that huge of a deal. Right? Well, each of my kids pick their donuts and I get my black coffee.(Coffee was good. You can’t really mess up a plain brewed coffee… at least I’d hope not.) Anyway, neither one of my children would eat their donuts and said they were dry. Dunkin Donuts, you only have one main product. Donuts. If you can’t make them correctly… then what’s the deal?!

I had to hit the airport in El Paso for an early flight so it was the perfect time to get some fresh donuts, or so I thought. I was at the door at 4:30, the time that they open. I got two donuts to go, no coffee. I couldn’t wait. I expected hot, fresh delights to get me going. No such luck. As I got on I-25 South, I opened my bag only to find what can only be described as leftovers. The refrigerator cold and chewy raised donuts told me that these were not fresh and definitely not delightful. I’ll give em another try, but there are other great donut places in town(La Fiesta Bakery and Bosa Donuts) so I’m not forced to like them.
