My partner-in-dine and I arrived at the Burger Bar after a long day of walking on the Strip. We were immediately seated in one of the booths. The booths have their own personal TV set. Since we didn’t have any breakfast or lunch that day(and I walked like a million steps), I decided to treat myself and get the Nutella milkshake and the Hubert Keller burger. The Hubert Keller burger is buffalo meat, baby spinach and blue cheese in a ciabatta bun. It comes with its own special sauce too. My partner ordered the Spicy Lamb burger(also in a ciabatta bun). Our burgers came with a side of the skinny fries. The Nutella milkshake was soooooo decadent and heavenly! I loved it. The blue cheese and the special sauce gave the Hubert Keller burger a uniquely delicious twist. BUT it didn’t really wow me. I have had better burgers in my local area. The spicy lamb got a thumbs-up from my partner. As for the skinny fries… I didn’t really like it. I couldn’t even finish it. I love French fries and can usually finish my order. But I just couldn’t with the skinny fries. I think it had something to do with the texture and taste. Finally, a kudos to our server who was very attentive and knowledgable about their menu. We had a great customer service experience!

Dang it we had high hopes for this place. By far our favorite thing was the fry sampler. Wish I would have tried more. We did sweet potatoes– awesome, onion rings amazing bite right threw and the onion doesn’t string out, the very best… Zucchini fries off the chart good. Probably best we all ever had! Burgers… We ordered 2 create your own 1st– hamburger fried egg Swiss pretzel roll bun, avocado and regular toppings. It was awesome. The flavor of the meat was perfect and cooked perfect too 2nd veggie burger on a chibato roll with provolone fried egg and asparagus. Thank goodness we had some dipping sauce from the fries. Because it was so good at all. No flavor and mushy. Dessert… They were sold out of what we wanted dang it. Would we go back? No fun one time thing. It was just ok in the burger department awesome in the dry. Next time I’m going just for fries.

Delicious! I don’t eat bread and they were very accommodating. Had chicken burger in lettuce instead of a bun with sweet potato fries and each to dip. So good! They sell pear cider too which is a big win for me :) I will visit again and recommend highly.

A really far walk and tram ride from the main stuff on the Strip but a worthwhile trip! The seating is pretty awesome with each booth with its own tv! I would definitely stay here for a bite and a drink if my teams were playing! The waitress and hostess were also very friendly and great service. We chose the Herbert Keller burger($ 21.95) and the sliders($ 13.75). Both came with skinny fries, which were surprisingly delicious! Somehow it tasted light for fries, crunchy, perfectly seasoned and a great portion as a side for the burger. The sliders were also surprisingly good. All three slider burgers were cooked perfectly, ate moist and well seasoned. One was«nature source» with American cheese, angus beef with bacon, and Buffalo with carmelized onions. For sliders that sound regular, all 3 were cooked perfectly and all toppings went well together. In my experience 2 or 1 of 3 sliders are the only ones that are tasty and the rest you eat only because you are hungry. I enjoyed every one of my sliders! My husband had the Hubert Keller burger, which Buffalo, carmelized onions, steamed spinach, blue cheese, red wine and shallots on a ciabatta bun. This one was big but too soggy. Perhaps this is because we were taking our time taking pics but the ciabatta bun was so soggy that made it hard to eat the burger. Despite that, great flavours. With the intense blue cheese, spinach and perfectly medium Buffalo burger, wow well balanced! Plus it came with a full pickle which always is a plus for my palate. All in all, a great burger place. I’d come back for the some or to try the Rossini($ 60). Only 4 stars because of soggy bun and the price tag for the Hubert Keller burger. A fair price would be $ 18. Definitely recommend this one to others!

This place has ruined all other burgers for me. The Rossini has set a standard that no other burger can even come close to reaching. My husband and I make sure to stop here every time we are in town and have yet to be dissapointed.

Great place! I had a business lunch here today and ordered the sliders with skinny fries. There aren’t many people in there… Maybe 10. But the top 40 music is at a loud enough level that it feels like I am somewhere fairly awesome but low enough that I don’t want to kill myself. The service is top notch. These guys are really on top of things. This is my first encounter with Hubert Keller(exec chef from Fleur). First impressions are important, and this food didn’t let me down. The sliders were cooked to perfection. They were three very basic burgers. The focus was on the quality of the basic ingredients. Keller’s staff was putting on a clinic for me of how to present a classic burger with no frills or fancy schmancy sauces and ingredients. I welcome truffles with open arms… In the right dish. You don’t need to put them on my burger. I appreciated the sliders for their raw beauty and taste. Of course, if you want truffles, or triple cream Brie, knock yourself out… You can pile on gourmet ingredients all you like. I was going to get a shake, but at $ 9 opted to stick to my Diet Pepsi. I think that’s where I had the biggest problem. This is definitely a quality burger place. Of the gourmet burger joints in town, this has my vote(for now). However, it is hard for a place like this to dethrone the simplicity and tastiness, and price tag of a good olé single w cheese at In N Out. I know they are not the same. But when I want a burger, INO is the benchmark of a burger. You can certainly get better, but at a $ 15-$ 30 premium? $ 9 for a shake? I’m not sure if that is money well spent. I’ll be back. But not when I am just craving a burger. The next time I get a huge commission and I want to celebrate with my wife or a few of my buddies, the Burger Bar has my name all over it.

Been here a few times and am never disappointed! The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly. The service can be a little slow but it’s worth the wait! Oh… and the alcohol milkshakes. .TRYTHESE. Your life won’t be the same!

Got off the plane an hour before showing up here, we didn’t realize it would be so packed given CES so we had a half hour wait so we decided to go get Fat Tuesday’s in the meanwhile. Brownie points for them having mini TVs in the booths, got to catch the LAL/OKC game while we waited for our food. I ordered the lamb burger(medium well) topped with what I remember to be fried egg, mushrooms, caramelized onions, avocado, and a few other things I can’t remember on ciabatta. It was damn massive and having not eaten since 12 pm(it was 9 pm by now), I somehow found the courage to wolf it down in 7 minutes. Perhaps it was my hunger but damn, that was probably one of the best burgers I’ve had. Everything came together so perfectly and 7 minutes later, I was a happy, well-fed person. Fries I’m not too crazy on but I stole a few from my girlfriend’s plate as she struggled to finish hers and I must say: very good. Definitely gonna have to come back here soon. Didn’t dabble with beer as we were still nursing our Fat Tuesday’s, but the menu looked quite voluminous.

I eat here every time I visit Vegas! They have the best veggie patty I’ve ever had! And with customizing your burger you can always get it just the way you like it. I always recommend Burger Bar to friends who are going to Vegas and they always come back loving it! Plus they have alcoholic milkshakes! Burger and milkshake. Yummy!

Since I was short on time during my attendance of CES2016, I decided on Burger Bar as it was close. I ordered the Baguette Burger and Skinny Fries. Ordered my burger medium rare and it was cooked perfectly(nice and red on the inside). The juices were literally oozing out of the burger when I took my first bite. It had a great flavor and the baguette gave a perfect crunch(I love crispy bread). The skinny fries while they were tasty did not really wow me as much as I expected(especially after reading other reviews). They were cooked well but weren’t as crispy as I thought they would be. They felt a tad undercooked in my opinion. Overall, a good experience at Burger Bar and wouldn’t really hesitate to come back.

This is a must when staying at Luxor or Mandalay Bay!!! The food is phenomenal! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had!!! Service is usually top notch, however this last trip my entire order had something wrong with it. I’m leaving a review because after talking to a manager, they took care of everything and made a fresh burger. I went with the classic American. And they bought our drinks for the mess up which I reiterated was unnecessary but greatly appreciated! The booths are big and spacious and all have their own TV! Great for playoff football! This place is always busy, so call ahead or there may be a wait at peak times!

Popped in for dinner at 7pm during CES week. Place is bigger than it looks from the front and goes quite far back with two separate bars. 15 minute wait for a table or plenty of seats at the back bar for the two of us which we took advantage of. We started off with a local IPA from their hefty selection of beers. Our server was friendly and had an impressive selection of catchy phrases. Everyone I saw working there was really hustling and moving with purpose. I don’t know if they were short staffed this night but they were earning their tips. We both built our own wagyu beef burgers from a plethora of toppings. We skipped the $ 30 truffles ha ha. I was super tempted to get one of their monster shakes but resisted. A guy next to us did and it looked yummy. My only complaint for dinner was the wait after ordering for our food. Maybe it takes 30 minutes to prepare wagyu medium but it seemed long to us.

It’s a bar that serves burgers, but not the kind of place where you struggle to get a seat. Just walk up to the hostess and you’re good. The booths have TVs where you can watch sports center or whatever game of the day is on. They have a full bar, a lot of beers on tap, and an extensive shakes with booze menu. Foodwise, there’s something on there called a billionaire burger with Kobe(style) beef, Foie Gras, and truffle mayo. I just got a baguette burger. It was really really good. My paranoia when it comes to baguettes is that i’m going to get some stale loaf that cuts the roof of my mouth, or gives my teeth a workout. It was actually almost an amazing piece of bread. It if had been only a tiny bit softer, it would’ve been the best baguette burger of my life. Honestly, it was pretty close. The meat was cooked perfectly. There was enough fat in the ground beef for it to ooze flavor when I bit into it. The Gruyère was melted evenly and just had just the right amount of gooeyness. The arugula was fresh and the garlic aioli was flavorful but not overly so. The fries were also good, crispy and fresh. Here’s the best part: every single time I’ve been here the service has been top notch. These ladies really know their stuff, and make me that much more likely to return in the future. Great job

I’ve eaten here a long long long time ago. With so many options for burgers popping up and I never seem to be at Mandalay, I haven’t been back. I «created my own burger» with a naturesource patty, jalapeño bacon, aioli, lettuce, tomato, onion. I just wanted to keep it simple. The patty was decent sized and cooked to medium as asked. They give you sauces on the side, and their aioli is garlicky great. Awesome on fries, too. The husband made his own as well. Both of the burgers were decent. I think the best thing is the sides. I like the zucchini fries and their french fries were solid. Back when this was one of the few burger spots, I thought it was really good. I’ve been a few times years ago. I’ve found many a burger I would trek to a casino for and this isn’t a special trip place for me. It’s still a solid spot and a go-to if you are in the Mandalay Bay.

2.5 stars rounded up. I was not impressed by the Kobe beef burger. Even with a side of truffle mayo, it was nothing special. With so many other gourmet burger options out there, I can’t really say that this was one of the better burgers I’ve tried. The service was great though. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

Cleanliness 4 Service 5 Food Quality 4 Likelihood 4 1 – 5(5 Best!) 4.3 Lunch for 3 please. It was my first time there. I was visiting out of town and two friends who live in Vegas brought me here. They said we MUST try it. GOODCHOICE! Their«thing» is that we must be intentional about«building» our sandwich. Choose your: bun, the«meat», the cheese, the toppings, additions, sides, etc. There is no «pre grouped» option, you build your meal from ground up. I am 47 years old, and I have worked in hospitality for many years, and of course I have eaten in restaurants all of my life. I have NEVER had a meal that was SO intentionally created and presented for me. I could tell the placement of my two cheeses was precise, the placement of the burger on the bun was precise, the placing of the crown of the bun was precise… EVERYTHING was precise. That made me appreciate it more. The server was INCREDIBLE… never missed an opportunity to wow us with flair, friendliness, and refills. Great job. It will be a place I will re-visit when I am back in vegas… in a year or two… :)

If you are going to put the name of a food in the name of your company, you better know how to make a fantastic version of it. Burger Bar delivers. Sitting at the bar was a good alternative to waiting for a table at lunch. They have some standard burger configurations(from $ 12 to $ 65), but they also have a make your own section. So I concocted an angus beef burger on sesame seed bun with caramelized onions, peppers and American cheese. And a side order of a combo of fat fries and onion rings(ask nicely and they might combo it for you, too). The burger was amazing. Cooked perfectly medium with a pink center, and quite juicy. The burger and toppings were perfectly sized to each other and the bun, which is something you don’t often see. And the toppings were plentiful. This is one of the best burgers I’ve had. The fries were nothing to write home about, but the onion rings were crispy rings of perfection. The price is a bit steep($ 18 for the above) but I think well worth it. After all, a quick burger at the Mandalay pool costs $ 12. A new favorite place to go In Vegas.

Pretty solid on-the-strip burger restaurant. Burger Bar is located at Mandalay Place… their hotel shopping area upstairs. There’s plenty of other stuff on the menu too besides just burgers. They got appetizers, salads, «low carb healthy» stuff, «vegetarian options». Also got some«special» meats you can order for your burger… like turkey, lamb or buffalo. I ordered The Hangover Burger which is basically a regular hamburger with onions, tomatoes and lettuce. They give you a pickle spear on the side.(no cheese… I’m sure that costs extra if you want that option.) My burger automatically came with fat fries. Even though it was only a hamburger… this tasted really good. They had a «hangover» sauce in my burger and to me, it kinda sorta tasted like thousand island. I truly enjoyed my burger. Price was… eh…average. $ 13.95 including fries. Not bad when it comes to food prices on the strip.

Great burgers, pure and simple. The setting of the Burger Bar is simple and traditional, with the exception of small tv’s on the wall of every booth. The tv’s aren’t of any particular interest, they had only two channel, sports and one that displayed some facts about the music currently playing. Service was exceptional. Our server was very pleasant and attentive, even with the busy lunch crowd. As for the food it was simple, but it was very good. They have a large variety of shakes, and the mmHg nutella shake was delicious. I had the buffalo burger in the plain bun. The meat portion was generous and not really seasoned, which allowed for the buffalo meat’s strong flavor to be the focal pount. My wife had the chicken sandwich and the chicken was tender and juicy. The onion rings we were unimpressive, very traditional and bland. In addition to the onion rings, the only other complaint is the upcharge for additions like cheese and bacon, only because the burgers are so expensive to begin with. With an $ 18 price tag for a burger, having to pay extra for a slice of cheddar or a couple of slices of bacon seemed like a silly cash grab.

For an expensive on the strip burger joint it was so good! I was shocked by the phenomenal service I had received. We ordered a angus burger with bacon and aioli, it was literally cooked so perfect(medium rare) I was crying with each bite. Their 20 $ ultimate Bloody Mary was really bad. It was so thick and the burger and chicken wing we’re really bland. I wish I would’ve saved the 12 $ and got a normal one. It was so hard to drink and burned my stomach after every sip. It was like a clamato spicy smoothie yuck. The wedge salad was perfect. It was really large in size and reasonably priced. The bacon and bleu cheese combination really worked with the iceberg lettuce and it went amazing together. Their French fries are really good also and were great with the aioli I got for my burger!
