Great food … Great atmosphere… Will definitely go here on our next trip to Vegas. Our server Hilary was awesome !! She was hilarious and her drink recommendations were spot on :). Good service in a crowded restaurant is hard to find these days … We had a great experience.

This place was horrible… I ordered the meat loaf and have never tasted anything like it. Could not get past the horrible texture of the meat. Our waitress looked and acted like she was spun out. My wife ordered the fried chicken and it tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in weeks. Will never return.

Small venue without a bad seat in the house. I have seen three concerts and in all cases the seats have been great.

We came here for dinner. I had the chicken street taco and sweet waffle potatoes. They were both very delicious. It was also reasonably priced. Live music starts at 8pm. The only reason that I gave a 4 star was because our server had someone she was training and there were a few awkward moments(I felt she was a little bit rude) with the trainee. If it wasn’t for that, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Seen quite a number of performers here. I’m fond of the layout of the music venue. Slash played here NYE and that was horrible(insert sarcasm font please) Slash is always phenomenal! Then went and saw Billy Idol, seen him numerous times over the decades. Billy Idol is doing a residency at HoB, better catch his show when he returns in August! Now, he’s 60 and still has that voice and note he still looks great! If only I had that jacket with the studded skull :(will post a video…

Great food. The host was horrible and rude. Ruined my experience. I ate there the morning of 05÷27÷16. So She is bad for business

Every year, at the JCK jewelry show I eat breakfast her, usually more than once. The staff is always friendly, the coffee is good and so is the food. Yesterday I inadvertently took the signed credit card slip and left my credit card. Pablo, our server chased us down almost one hundred yards from the restaurant to return my card. A++ for effort and honesty. We will be here often. Wink

SANTANA gets FIVESTARS!!! And the inside concert area is like all other House of Blues. We really LOVED the concert with SANTANA. Reason for 3 star is it is hard to rate here for the concert a five star yet the minimal food menu they offer gets a ONESTAR. One star for offering bland food. We were not thrilled with the menu and opted to get the lobster sandwich with fries for $ 20+ each. ITISBIGBREAD with a dab of their BLAND lobster salad. Literally no flavor and merely all bread. WORST offering of food at a high price I have ever experienced! Serve the best quality options or don’t bother. It hurt to even show 3 stars on this review because if I am rating the FOOD, ITISONESTAR! Concert with SANTANA, 5 stars! Someone deeply needs to rework the menu quality. Pathetic and how can you possibly feel proud of it??? Ugh. McDonalds style is what we got at 8x the price.

So I came here with a friend to see Billy Idol. Did not try any of the food, drink, or even relieve myself while there. Did not pass go or collect 200 — went straight to the floor area right near the stage and pretty much had an awesome view of the stage for the whole show. Was told by the box office employee earlier that a line usually starts about an hour before doors open. Sure enough there were already 20 people in line when we showed up. Billy Idol had already done a few weeks of shows in residency so all the bugs were worked out and the show itself was flawless other than a faulty mic. Place can hold a few thousand and after all the added Dickheadmaster(or whoever) fees it’s just a little under hundred. Other seating costs more. You do the number crunch. Place was packed and he played all his hits. For souvenir collectors — Steve Stevens just stands there after the encore throwing out hundreds of his personalized guitar picks. Thought that was pretty cool. So for the concert experience I had that night at the House Of Blues — I give this place a five as far as an up close and personal place to see a show. In the Mandalay Bay. Come early. Worth every penny.

During our stay at Mandalay Bay this past week, my Wife and I went to House of Blues for an early dinner before our flight home. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and we were seated right away. My wife is a Bloody Mary fan and ordered the ‘Morning After’ which comes with a mini Hamburger and souvenir glass. My wife loved it(and she’s quite a Bloody Mary critic). We both ordered the NY strip steak which was perfectly prepared and tasted great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, The manager even stopped by to apologize for the appetizer taking a while to come out, which I honestly didn’t think they took too long at all, but they took them off the bill nonetheless. We’ll definitely be back when we return.

My friend and I saw Billy Idol at the House of Blues Theater on Saturday night and we wanted to grab some grub before the show. We had no problem getting into the bar area with no waiting. The beer was cold and the food was delicious! The only reason for not a fifth star was our server was slow and took awhile before she even came over. We were not in a hurry so not a big deal!

I attended my first concert here at The House of Blues. Billy Idol was in the House tonight and rocked this crowd. For a good 2 hours. He played hit after hit, classics and some new material. He still has the voice and commands the stage. He put in a powerful show and the band is fantastic. I would definitely attend another concert here. The concert hall is an intimate setting and the acoustics are great.

This is positively the worst venue anyone could ever experience. The security is ridiculously over the top. They make their presence extremely known – and for no reason whatsoever. They don’t even allow dancing if you have seats in the balcony. In fact, standing up will get you harassed. As a paying customer being constantly interrupted from the music/performance completely ruins the experience. To make matters worse, the sound system is horrible. The sound cut out at least a dozen times in the less than 2 hours that the performance lasted. What a joke of a venue. See the performance somewhere else. It’s just not worth the annoyance and frustration.

Food: excellent — had the fried shrimp and catbites(in the bar during happy hour), chicken wings and fries in the restaurant. Service: consistently excellent — Jessica and Grecia were both outstanding Ambiance: very upbeat. Clean. The bathrooms were well kept even during the busy times.

Not much to say just stopped in for some drinks. A little disappointed in the selection of Scotch and Bourbons. Surprised that there was no «Blues» music being played over the in house stereo. What is the name of this place? I know were were not here during a show, but really to listed to «pop» music at the hose of Blues.

We visited here a couple of times on our trip, once for breakfast and once for lunch. My husband seemed to like it here on his last trip. The food was good. I would say that breakfast was better than the lunch, but then I’m a breakfast person. There was plenty of food for each meal also. The staff was helpful, and when we had a mistake on our bill, they fixed it right up. Typical décor for a House of Blues, and it may be fun to try one of their evening concerts sometime.

We came here on a MyVegas comp. We ordered the chicken quesadilla, wings, and pulled pork sandwich. The chicken quesadilla was lackluster and lacked any significance in both flavor and originality. It was basically cheddar and white breast chicken sandwiched between two warm tortillas. I did not see or taste any peppers, pablano chiles or onions as it was mentioned in the menu. Even the salsa could not save this app. We chose Kansas City BBQ sauce for the wings, as it allowed only one choice of sauce for 8 wings. Again, the sauce was completely unremarkable, it was slathered in sauce yet it was neither sweet nor tangy, like a true KC sauce. But boy was the sauce thick, it was deceiving because the actual wings was quite small and very little meat. The pulled pork also was suppose to be KCBBQ style but again it was just a whole lot of tomato-based sauce and nothing else. The meat was, you guessed it, unremarkable. This is definitely a chain to avoid, even at peak lunch time, the place was dead.

This is a great place to visit. They have live band playing while you eat and drink. The songs they sang are awesome, a lot of classic rock. They also sing very well. The restaurant is very well decorated. The restaurant has a lot of style. Children are also welcomed. What I did not like was when I explained to my waitress that it was my mom’s birthday and that I wanted to suprise her with a birthday sundae. She didn’t deliver. My guest has left already. I am bit disappointed.

From 10÷23÷15 We came to The House of Blues for Korn and Suicide Silence. The House of Blues is located at Mandalay Bay, and not hard to find once you are in the casino. We got our tickets the day of the show which resulted in us having to be in the nose-bleed section, totally our bad– haha! Once we were upstairs, it wasn’t too bad, as a matter of fact the view from the 3rd floor was pretty decent. Drinks are reasonably priced, and there is a server walking around taking food plus drink orders. I had a good experience, and will be coming back for more concerts in the future
