We ate here while staying at the Aquarius and the food was delicious. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The service was great. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Laughlin.

Delicious !!! I had asked for their ribeye well done bone in. Ofcourse they were so busy they messed it up. The manager brought it out the next time around and apologized. I understand it was a busy weekend there was no need for that but still its appreciated.

We had the oriental salad and steak tacos. I ordered the salad with the tuna, I had my choice of tuna, chicken or salmon. The lettuce looked like it was just iceberg out of a bag, but the sliced tuna was good. I have to say that the dressing made the salad. When it first came it didn’t look good and I was disappointed, but the flavors made up for the look. My husband really like the steak tacos. Their dark bread is always great. It is on the expensive side for what you get.

Regardless of lunch or dinner, this is my spot each time that I head to the river. Staff has always been extremely personable. Additionally, it is very refreshing that the prices are not inflated just because the location is in a resort. It’s the menu that you expect from your neighborhood Outback but while on vacation. I had an issue one time with the service and it was addressed immediately by the owner. No establishment is going to get everything perfect but the reaction to my isolated situation was.

This could have been a really bad experience and it started that way. We got there and the man seated us quickly. He was very friendly. Then our waiter came. He took our order but then that was it. Never brought us waters or the drinks we ordered. We never got the bread he said he would be «right back» with. Another couple showed up and orders their drink. Our waiter brought theirs out before ours so we decided to leave. I was really upset and wanted to make the manager aware of our bad experience and let him know that we wanted to cancel our order. He really turned it around for us. He was very apologetic and asked us to stay. His name was Kenny. He sat us with another server named Luis Cruz. Between the two of them they checked on us and were extremely attentive. We actually walked out with a smile and know that we will be retuning. Aside from the first waited we had a great experience.

Wow. Let’s hear it for the hostess staff. After being told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes for a table for two(which was reasonable for the crowd), we waited 2 hours. We were then told twice our table was being cleaned for the next thirty minutes. Finally, after being told it would be another«few minutes», we overheard the bar tables/booths were open seating and there had been and were currently seats available. Needless to say, our small group of two was willing and able to take one of the bar booths. Would have been great to know two and a half hours earlier. Come on everybody, a little help in the future. Once inside our servers were fast, courteous, and amazing. I guess that on the bright side, the continuous waiting saved us money on the tables. Thank you!

We were a group of 5. This place was so slow! Since they were we decided to order a second round once they gave us the first one, and we still didn’t get it accordingly. I ask for refills for water and of course still slow and sometimes the waitress forgot. Never order their firecracker salmon, it suck! No flavor. The veggies on the side was so much more flavorful then the salmon. paid 17 for a nasty salmon.

I did not like the vibe of this location and did not like my server. I felt that my server paid attention to other people more than my party. My order included fries and was not given ketchup. I had to add another server for it and waited more than five minutes to get it. The setting and the design is really nice. I just didn’t like the service that I got. The food is great as always.

Went here with a large group of friends on a work trip. There was 10 of us. Not the biggest party but not your average party of 5. The host said they didn’t have the space to sit all 10 of us together. Really? Does Outback Steakhouse not get parties of 10 ever? The best they could do was a 4 top next to a 6 top right next to each other and apparently the tables were bolted to the ground because we couldn’t turn them and make one table for 10. He actually told us it would be a fire hazard. Anyway… luckily the service, food, and beer made up for it and it ended up working out.

Went here for my birthday dinner with my husband. My prime rib was cooked just how I ordered it. The lobster tail was grilled to perfection. Even had a birthday sundae on the house. I even got to watch a little bit of the Thursday Night Football game. Great evening. Great food.

Last night was a single star. We had a waiter who was TOTALLY out of it. If I could remember his name I’d mention it here but my subconscious must be protecting me from further trauma. But tonight’s waiter(Gerry) was stellar! The food tasted better too! I wish this place(and all restaurants I visit) had more Gerry’s.

My review is strictly on customer service handled by CJ, the restaurant manager. We came to Outback tonight for some good old fashion steaks with variations of seafood, and shrimp dishes. I ordered the steak and lobster and my friend ordered the rib eye steak. Both our steaks came out overly cooked and my broccoli was yellow-tinged and saturated in butter. The situation was brought to our waitress attention who took care of replacing it right away. To our surprise, the restaurant manager CJ came out to our table right away. CJ handled the situation with extreme professionalism. CJ takes pride in the food served at Outback and did whatever he could to accommodate not only the dishes that came out that were below standard, but was also very accommodating to the entire guests at the table. I appreciate a manager like CJ who takes the time and energy to meet the needs of his customers and their entire party.

Amazing service!!! I received my food but didn’t care for the fries as they were a bit soggy and greasier than I like. The server Brooke asked if I wanted a fresh batch but I thanked her and said no. Before we received our check C.J. came over offered to fix the issue or receive a dessert. My husband and I accepted the dessert. Thank you Brooke and C. J for making the effort to keep a couple of out of towners happy!!!

Horrible customer service. We were staying at the Aquarius and decided to have a late dinner. We put in our name with a party of 6 at 9:30. They told us it would be a 15 – 20 wait. We were called to go to our table at 9:55 and they close at 10. Two more of family members decided to come down and join us… we were told by the Manager, CJ that he would not be able to accommodate us because they were going to be closing at 10, although our order was not even taken at this point. So, our family decided to wait for us… We ordered our food and our appetizer came. Our waiter came and we asked again, «Is there really no way we can add two more to our table?» He said he would ask the manager… The manager comes back to our table huffing and puffing with the worst attitude ever, as if we were asking for something so out of the ordinary. «I ALREADY told you no. I CANNOT accommodate you». From our first encounter to our last, he was unwilling to do anything to help us. If he would have had a better attitude about the whole thing, I feel we would have been satisfied with that. They missed out on a good amount of money that we would have spent on 8 adult appetizers, dinners, and drinks. He is in Restaurant Management and he really has no idea how to deal with customers or what customer service is supposed to be. I highly suggest he take some leadership skills, managerial, and personality training. That would benefit this restaurant greatly. Was adding two more to our party really that big of a deal??? We always stay at the Aquarius when we are in Laughlin and I wish our experience would have been different but unfortunately, we will not be back to this restaurant.

I love trying new places. I really do… BUT after going to the various cafes that Laughlin casinos had to offer we decided to try something more recognizable. I appreciate that Outback Steakhouse puts in the effort to maintain their brand service and food quality no matter the location. I give it 5 stars based on the the fast service and the quality of the food when compared to other places in the area with similar prices. It was just nice to have good quality comfort food and a little bit ironic that this chain restaurant was a breath of fresh air after trying several other local casino restaurants on our stay I got the ribs and loaded mashed potatoes and had them carry me to my room when I was done

Great food, burger was juicy and cooked perfectly — Nice way to start off vacation. The service was awesome! Brandy was our server/bartender. Always checking on us, smiled and had a great attitude even though the restaurant was extremely busy and was packed. The French onion soup was savory and delicious. My prime rib was cooked to perfection. Mouth watering, juicy and so much flavor. The dessert trio was delectably sinful. Cheesecake was scrumptious — velvety in each bite.
