Horrible service. Took about 20 minutes to order and get my food, there wasn’t even a line when I started ordering; not to mention that the counter was very dirty and also very hairy. With my experience working in restaurants this is unacceptable and it shows that there is a lack of leadership in the kitchen. I suggest the branch managers shows up fire the staff or at least train them well enough so that the counter where the food is being order is semi-clean.

The food is Wendy’s, didn’t really expect much there. The service, once again, it’s Wendy’s, and to expect anything beyond mediocre would have been expecting too much. The cleanliness, that is where my one star comes in. The nastiest dining room I have seen in a long time. The chairs were all dirty and wobbly. There was ketchup or chili all down the front of the garbage cans. The crew, all the while, standing around talking when they could have been cleaning. As my boss used to tell us, if you have time to lean, you have time to clean.

The salad was advertised green. Mine was made of the white, end of the romaine. It was aging and turning brown. For the money, I would have done better dumpster diving. Yuck!

Very bad, took exit to go eat some breakfast, came 10.10AM. Had to knock the door to have them open it. Than manager told me nothing is ready because they just came(!)

This place is ok if u r just looking for avg. quality burger compare to other wendys. Be careful with freakin salty fries. They always over season them with tons of salts. I felt my blood pressure went up immediately after eating 2 fries.

I was completely infuriated the entire time I was here, which was about 5 minutes longer than I should have been for the drive-thru with 1 car ahead of me. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know all about the«park the cars so you don’t run up your time-clock on each car» trick. That might make sense if there is a long line wrapped around the restaurant. It is not, acceptable, however, when there are 2 cars in your line. The cashier immediately parked the car in front of me, without even bothering to give them their drinks. I was puzzled by this, because typically you give them cold items and give them all of the hot foods together. I was even more baffled when they parked me. I’d only ordered a single chicken sandwich meal. If you don’t have a homestyle chicken patty ready at all times, you’re not operating your franchise appropriately. I then waited a full five minutes for the cashier to run my food out to me. Unacceptable. This location should focus more on ensuring they have the right foods cooking or kept full at all times. It’s clear they value their per-car times more than their service. They need to do MUCH better.
