THEBESTPHO I’VEEVEREATEN! And may I add, incredible peanut sauce for spring rolls?! You know you’re having great phở when everyone in your table is licking up the broth until the last drop. Also, we were sad to run out of spring rolls to dip in the delectable peanut sauce, which was sweeter than your usual peanut sauce(and thus contrasted very nicely with an otherwise plain and lonely spring roll). My only recommendation for the place is for a more involved service(we had to kind of loiter around the cashier to order, he didn’t really come to us), and there was a lone hornet flying around the windows of the place(it’s spacious so it wasn’t that huge of a threat, but idk if they’d kill the hornet because there were Buddhas everywhere and Buddhists don’t kill animals). Also, the menu is a little limited(like no desserts and the drink menu is limited. We like to look for ‘native’ stuff, and the only thing they had that my friends weren’t game to try was some young coconut juice) So just watch out for a tastebud show with the Viet classics(and perhaps Unilocal from seeing a hornet! Haha) ;) Sincerely, — a Vietnamese cuisine veteran(this is the fifth unique type of Vietnamese place I’ve ever been).

I gave a very low 4. The food is definitely worthy of a 5. The portions are large and the food is authentic Vietnamese. Service needs improvement and I give it at 3 at best. They took our order and gave us our food. They made no trips to our table to see how we were enjoying our food or if they can do anything else for us. Four employees sitting around and not one of them thought of checking on us. It’s the only Vietnamese restaurant in the immediate area so once they focus on customer service I expect them to do very well. We will be returning. A tip for the restaurant: Include English translations for all menu items. Since you are not in an area with a large Vietnamese presence, expect most of your customer to only know English.

The food is awesome! Better prices than What the Phở down the road. The service is a little lacking as they put us in the corner where no one could see us, but the food is fresh and flavorful, thus far. Good news is that we finally got noticed! I had to get up, walk around the corner, and talk to two different people, but my order of egg rolls are coming. Eventually.
