Ross at Radio Shack in the Kukui Grove Shopping Center saved the day(and my vacation) for me! I cracked the screen on my iPhone 5 and he repaired it in just an hour. Friendly service and delivered it in less time than he quoted.

HORRIBLE customer service! I went in there a little before 9:30am today. I am in need of a new phone due to my cracked screen so was browsing the cell phone area. When I walked in there was one customer being serviced at the register and another customer walked in the same time I did. We were BOTH near the phone section then he went to make his purchase and the other customer left. There were two workers behind the register and another two on the opposite end of the store. I was there for a good 15 minutes with NO acknowledgement whatsoever. My 2 year old was starting to fuss and even then NOBODY said a word to me or approached us. I was over it! I walked out and said to my daughter as we walked past the register«lets get out of here because nobody has even bothered with us since we got here so its obvious they dont want our business!» and looked at the workers behind the counter as I said it who was helping ONE girl who came in AFTER me. I looked at my phone when I got out and it was 9:45am. So it was 15 minutes of NO service from ANY of the 4 workers there at the time. I overheard one of the workers saying they needed to get something done by 11 but that is NO excuse to IGNORE customers. I have worked in retail and I KNOW that customer is PRIORITY regardless of what you are doing at the time. They had time to help me but NONE of them did! I will NOT be giving my business to them anymore. I have bought phones from them before and have ALWAYS needed to get them replaced with insurance. And after my recent experience I definitely will not be taking my business to them.

Well, the service could have been better. We got what we came in for immediately though checking out took forever. There were only two people on the floor, by the time we got up to the cash register, one had left and the other was busy with a customer. Except that it took a long time before that remaining employee took forever. Basically he took so long with the other customer that a line had built up and the other employee returned from his lunch break… At the very least they could have acknowledged us while we were waiting.
