Always thinks your going to steal something.
Manger: indifferent
They always run out of bags.
This store is making bank, can’t even keep up with bags, or merchandise the prices on furniture is outrageous!
I found ok deals, nothing beats one day sales at Macy’s. :-)

Horrible experience. Every time I go to Ross, shelves and racks are empty, but today it wasn’t. They must have just gotten in a shipment recently. However, for some reason although racks just got filled, everything was still unorganized. I could not find anything I was looking for, and that’s a huge downfall for me. It was busy though, so that usually explains the messiness. Then while at the check out stands, after scanning one item cashier tell us to swipe our card. By doing so, we couldn’t verify that everything was scanning at the right price on the card swiper and it made me feel rushed. Speaking of being rushed, I don’t appreciate the idea of them yelling «NEXT PURCHASE ON REGISTER #__» before the customer has fully gotten their merchandise and walked away. Walking out the door, our bag beeps. Why? Cashier hadn’t taken the security off. Embarrassing. Instead of rushing us, they should’ve carefully made sure everything was done right.

Lines are very very long. I’m grateful for all the money I’ve saved because the last two times I’ve been there I’ve left everything I’ve picked out at the store. I just can’t wait in line for 20 minutes to give a store my money.

I wasn’t a fan of Ross, probably because I’ve only been able to shop at a Ross while on vacation. Let’s face it, while on vacation you don’t have time to try on clothes. I’ve been to Ross in Seattle, All over Cali, Las Vegas, Oregon, and every one in the State of Hawaii. I usually only go when I need an extra suitcase or a swimsuit while in Tahoe?! So far my hometown location is by far my favorite. I’m making it a habit to visit once a week. I have been lucky, found items that I’ve been wanting for a longtime.

We finally have a Ross! I am beyond excited and happy.
I went and of course it was a little empty. They had their grand opening a few weeks before. But what they did have, it was a good selection. Almost absolutely no toys, but I wasn’t looking for toys.
Their deals are always good. Reasonable, more than other places. Of course everyone will have the same thing but it gives us even more options.
Looking forward to their new shipments soon. The store is so clean and the staff is friendly.

We were visiting Kauai on a family trip when Ross had it’s grand opening weekend! It was an odd turn of events during our trip as two of my children lost their swimsuits on two separate occasions.
On one trip my husband found my son a great pair of very fashionable swim shorts for super cheap! The second trip was not as successful for my daughter as they didn’t have anything in stock. One of the managers told us that Ross stocks all their items seasonally so being as it was Fall, no swimsuits were coming in. Someone should tell the Ross buying department in the Mainland that we’re in Hawaii where its always Summer!
Although we only had 50% success the workers here were really nice and this brand new store looks great! It was insanely busy when we hopped in on a Sunday and I suspect this is going to be a popular store for locals in the area. Shop on Kauai!

Kauai finally has Ross. went there today and the store looked practically empty.
I’m not really in a rush to shop for stuff, I just wanted to check it out. the store looks great and the employees are very friendly. I will for sure return when there is more to look at. they should of had some back stock knowing that everyone was anxiously waiting for them to open and would buy everything. better luck next time. good luck Ross on «BLACK FRIDAY»!

yay! kauai finally has a ross!
we went on opening day, and they seemed to have the store well organized and stocked.
the staff were all very friendly and helpful! the check-out was a bit insane, but what can you expect for the first day, right?
can’t wait to go back for great deals!
