You want to get sick, go right ahead. I always go to the one by torrance and they are way better than these i long beach, i brought some to my family and all complained about stomach aches including myslef. The donuts were really nasty, the bread was old, i mean for christs sake the machine makes the donuts how can they mess that up. Will never buy from here again, lucky me that the torrance one is closer to my home.

The display window for watching the doughnuts being made is small. The workers are great, they don’t make small talk. The windows are cleaned well, you might just run into the full length one, haha. Free wi-fi yay

The most friendly Krispy Kreme that I have been to. They actually still care about the customer. Litta greeted me at the door with a warm doughnut D’Ayra was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this location. The coffee is the best.

I expected the long line and craziness in the parking lot so no deduction on my rating for that, but I didn’t expect for them to be sold out of most of their non-glazed specialty donuts. We had very slim pickings as there were only a few donuts to choose from tonight other than the regular glazed. Boooo on planning ahead for their bogo promo and being able to meet the demands for donutsss!!! Otherwise we were happy

It would be so nice if, after standing here for 10’minutes one of the 4 staff members would acknowledge you with a smile and a «I’ll be right with you.» Would go a long way towards the customer experience!

Me and my friend came in after class to grab some donuts for our families, upon entering the store we were greeted by Connie who helped us throughout the whole transaction! She event gave us two warm donuts to enjoy on our way home before attacking the two big boxes. Great customer service

Came here the other night because I was craving donuts. The Hot and Fresh sign was on. One free glaze donut with your order. After ordering my mix dozen I came home and was in donut bliss. The glaze donut just literally melt in your mouth. Delicious! I order two jelly filled donuts and was disappointed that the amount of jelly was a mere tease. The ratio wasn’t even close. I wish they pack more of the filling in the center and have it ooze out just a bit. I love my jelly filled donuts. But not the ones I got the other night. I’ll still come and order them again.

I had a negative experience at the Los Coyotes store regarding a coupon. They wouldn’t take a coupon which didn’t have a expiration date because they are a franchise. When I called to complain I was met with polite indifference by April who hung up on me. When I asked for a supervisor I was put on hold for five minutes who then also met my complaint with indifference. They lost a customer over a dozen donuts. It seems customer service would be more important considering all of the donut options available.

Free hot samples are handed out to purchasing customers. They open at 5:30AM and close at 10PM. The hot light goes from 6−10AM&5:30−9PM. Their donuts are not made at the store. They are delivered from the Gardena store twice a day(5AM&3PM) The only donuts they do make are the hot donuts.

Went through the drive through and had the pleasure to be rung up by Glinda. I got the Valentines doughnuts and had her pick the rest of the dozen. Definitely coming back again.

Came in today for their $ 4.99 dozen original glazed. I also had coupons on my app that I needed to use. They had sent me a buy a dozen get it free, also a free half dozen, and my birthday donut and coffee. As soon as I showed my app they said they were a franchise and not corporate and would not honor any of them. On the app it says their location and let’s me open the Barcode for it. But the manager said no. I said can you attempt before I leave? So this young man tried but claimed my phone could not scan and it would not work. I was so confused but I told him could you have someone help you maybe punch in the card #s. As soon as the manager came over she did it and it entered my card like nothing??? If she knew how it worked why couldn’t she just honor it from the beginning instead of saying they didn’t take them? To top it off they charged me regular price instead of the sale price. W/e I didn’t complain cause they took atleast one coupon. But nvr again will I go to this location. Just BADCUSTOMERSERVICE or lazy workers? P.s– donuts tasted old :/

I’d be honest, I’m a big donut fan. Maybe a little more than Homer from the Simpsons. Oh yeah, I love beer too and pretty soon, I’m going to turn yellow and no hair left. The last couple of years, however, with the explosion of «Gourmet» donuts and Dunkin with their coffee around So. CAL, I really haven’t set foot here with the exception of Free donut day.(Yay!) But if you are looking for simplicity, like their Glazed Donut, this is the place to go. Don’t be fooled just because they have a drive thru here as well because they have Free Wifi inside and on just about every seat next to the wall, there is an outlet. If you are looking for a quiet place to do some work on the computer, I totally recommend coming here. Don’t forget to download their new app for freebies and coupons Yes, lots of photo opportunities with the police station next door.

Everybody greet when I enter the door ane they also gave me a free sample which is the whole glazed donut exactly what I was going to get… but I don’t want to be rude and leave even though I got what I wanted already. So I end up getting couple more donuts. Thank you guys

I’ve had Krispy Kreme donuts brought to me from others for years, but I had never actually been inside a store. This Long Beach location must be their flagship store, it’s a guess, but really it’s huge. There must be a wide lens picture of Krispy Kreme Long Beach somewhere on Unilocal, look for it and get ready for your jaw to drop and be amazed. So big it is, it has it’s own drive-thru. When I went it at 1:30 in the afternoon, I was one of six customers(over a twenty minute period, and fact, I skipped lunch just to fulfill my curiosity of coming here). Inside, what a spread! It’s like those fatten-you-up tables at Disneyland’s Fantasyland by the carousel or Mr. Toad’s. I had a Maple Glazed Donut and an Oreo Donut with high-calorie shame written all over it. I had two that were probably baked seven hours earlier, with oreo bits that probably came in a big shipment box from out of, uh, another far away town. The cashier successfully talked me into buying a mini-carton milk for a handful of my quarters. I wasn’t going to do it, but she was a good salesgirl! I wish I could come here at 5:30 a.m. one day to see what it’s like, to see what kind of Krispy Kreme fanatic customer base I would run into. That’s improbable I’d ever do it, since I live forty miles away, and while I’ve done some crazy things, I’m not that crazy of a people-watcher. I like«Randy’s» donuts in Inglewood, by the way. Those I’ll drive my butt there in the wee hours of morning and throw down my own money. With Krispy Kreme, I still prefer somebody else to buy it for me. #goingfat

I am not a big doughnut fan, but every once in a full blue moon, I will have one. When I first started my first year at Cal State Long Beach for my undergrad(years and years ago), I ended up living in an apartment that was really close to this Krispy Kreme location. To be honest, I had only had Krispy Kreme once in high school but that was because my brother got into the craze when they first became popular and brought home a dozen of their original glazed doughnuts. I had never step foot into an actual store and actually thought they only sold the glazed doughnuts(little did I know that Krispy Kreme has a large variety that they crank out each and every day). Anyways, what I really liked most about this location(yep their original glazed doughnuts still taste the same… excellent consistency) was that you can watch the doughnuts being made. As soon as you walk in, there is the little assembly line(protected by a glass wall) of the doughnuts being made and fried. It starts off with a machine that drops perfectly portioned, circular raw dough into the oil. Then the white/pale dough rides down on these metal rafters(that’s what I will call it) in a river of oil, cooking on one side. Then eventually the dough on the bottom turns a golden brown and flips over so that it can brown on the other side. Once it rides through the river of oil, they are all cooked and ready to be glazed… and volia, you have yourself a doughnut. Honestly, I have seen this little doughnut process numerous of times and still enjoy watching it from start to finish(it’s the child in me I suppose) and have to watch every time I come in here(although not quite often). But anyways, this location has a drive thru but there is also plenty of tables inside if you wish to enjoy your fried treat here. This location is located in a plaza, which is actually right next to Long Beach’s police station(no joke!). And there is also plenty of parking.

After a night of binge eating in sunny California, my family and I decided to top it off with some donuts since we were craving sweets. Krispy Kremes sounded like the best candidate. A short drive later, we arrive! It’s super ironic and funny that this location was right next to a police station. Hey, cops gotta eat too. I’ve always appreciated businesses that offer convenience so I love that there was a drive thru. Even though I was already hit with the case of ITIS(food coma, I swear it’s real and I suffer from it) — we decided to go in and check our their selections. The blazed donuts were too cute. I’m a sucker for miniature sized things, so I had to order one. And a caramel iced coffee as well, which was alright. My family got a variety box. We were there during closing time so once we finished up, we slowly made our way to the exit. The lady closing up shop was super sweet, she ended up giving us a free box of donuts that were Easter themed and cutely decorated. It definitely made my day.

Donuts, I have always believed, were some of man’s greatest creations. I have also heard that donuts were made in regards to human error. Well, if that is the case, then these are the greatest human errors I have ever indulged! Krispy Kreme’s franchise has long been popular amongst Americans looking to feed their sweet tooth. Located right near a big shopping center in the heart of Long Beach, this place is my go to spot whenever I am in the area for my donut needs. I usually get their dozen glazed… not for myself! Usually they will have samples to try. Every time I have came, I have always been warmly greeted. So has my stomach! Lately I have tried their mini donuts and I must say that I am impressed. Parking is plentiful around here. Located right near a police station, I would think that they are their biggest customers! I have never had such an issue coming here. Since discovering other donut spots, I have to say that Krispy Kreme has fallen somewhat from my all time top donut spots! But make no mistake, I still will show Krispy Kreme much love!
